  • Granular sodium sulfate is placed in a reactor and sodium silicate and pigment are added under stirring. It is then dried. Particles with a diameter of 900 ⁇ m and an apparent density of 1.5 kg/1 are obtained. This density is higher than that of powdered detergents.
  • Example 2 in the granulator, a mixture of sodium sulfate and bentonite is added in a percentage of 85% sodium sulfate and 15% bentonite (% by weight in relation to the total weight of the mixture). It is mixed for 30 seconds to homogenise it and the mixture of water and colouring agent is added. It is mixed for 2 minutes and a granulated product of a homogeneous appearance is obtained, with a mean particle size of 800 ⁇ m and density of 0.9 kg/l. It is a product that is apt for the powdered detergent market since it has suitable particle size, colouring and apparent density.
  • Example 3 to a commercial detergent with a density of 0.8 kg/l, the granulate that is the subject matter of this invention (example 2) and another commercial coloured product (example 1) are added.

Claims (9)

  1. Particules colorées pour des détergents, du type utilisé comme élément distinctif dans la fabrication de détergents en poudre, caractérisées en ce qu'elles comprennent
    de la bentonite, servant d'agent de liaison, dans une proportion comprise entre 15 % et 25 % en poids par rapport au poids total de bentonite et de sulfate de sodium,
    du sulfate de sodium, dans une proportion comprise entre 75 % et 85 % en poids par rapport au poids total de bentonite et de sulfate de sodium,
    de l'eau, servant de liant, dans une proportion comprise entre 5 % et 15 % en poids par rapport au poids total de bentonite et de sulfate de sodium,
    et un pigment ou colorant liquide, servant d'agent de coloration, dans une proportion comprise entre 0,3 % et 5 % en poids par rapport au poids total de bentonite et de sulfate de sodium,
    dans lesquelles leur densité est comprise entre 0,8 et 1,1 kg/l, et
    dans lesquelles leur grosseur de grain est comprise entre 600 et 1 200 µm.
  2. Particules colorées pour des détergents selon la revendication 1, dans lesquelles le sulfate de sodium a une grosseur de grain comprise entre 70 et 450 µm, de préférence entre 70 et 250 µm.
  3. Particules colorées pour des détergents selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lesquelles le pigment ou colorant liquide est présent dans une proportion comprise entre 0,7 % et 1,5 % en poids par rapport au poids total de bentonite et de sulfate de sodium.
  4. Particules colorées pour des détergents, selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lesquelles elles comprennent d'autres additifs tels que des liants et diluants, dans une proportion comprise entre 0 % et 3 % par rapport au poids total de bentonite et de sulfate de sodium et choisis dans le groupe formé d'alcool polyvinylique (PVA, polyvinyl alcohof), de celluloses telle la carboxyméthylcellulose (CMC), et de silicate de sodium.
  5. Procédé destiné à la production de particules colorées pour des détergents, selon les revendications précédentes, dans lequel il comprend trois phases séquentielles :
    Phase 1 de mélange de solides, dans lequel les solides de sulfate de sodium, de bentonite et d'autres additifs solides, si approprié, sont placés dans le bac de granulation et sont mélangés pendant 20 à 90 secondes pour obtenir une bonne dispersion de la bentonite dans le sulfate de sodium et garantir un mélange homogène,
    Phase 2 de dosage de l'eau et/ou d'additifs, dans lequel le pigment a été préalablement mélangé avec l'eau, et
    Phase 3 de granulation,
    réalisées dans un mélangeur de type intensif qui est composé de deux éléments principaux : le bac qui tourne sur son axe, où la granulation a lieu, et un outil de granulation qui consiste en lames rotatives.
  6. Procédé de production de particules colorées pour des détergents, selon la revendication 5, dans lequel en phase 2, le mélange de liquides qui contient l'eau, le pigment ou le colorant est ajouté et, en option, des additifs liquides tels que des liants et diluants.
  7. Procédé de production de particules colorées pour des détergents, selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes 5 à 6, dans lequel en phase 3 l'outil de granulation du bac est utilisé sur le mélange susmentionné, pendant une durée comprise entre 1 et 15 minutes.
  8. Procédé de production de particules colorées pour des détergents, selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes 5 à 7, dans lequel une fois que la phase 3 est terminée, les particules colorées obtenues subissent un criblage jusqu'à la classe granulométrique requise.
  9. Procédé de production de particules colorées pour des détergents, selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes 5 à 8, dans lequel une fois la phase 3 entièrement terminée, les particules colorées se dirigent vers un assécheur où le surplus d'humidité est enlevé.
