Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a piece of furniture with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the AT 516 282 B1 discloses an arrangement for spreading apart at least two hinged door wings which can be swung open from a closed position into a folded position and can then be inserted into a side pocket on a furniture body.
  • an expansion element is provided which can support the movement of the door panels in the opening or closing direction.
  • the energy store is charged by moving the door wing package into a retracted position, so that numerous steps are necessary to open and close the door wings.
  • the WO 2010/022414 A1 discloses a drive device for a furniture flap, which is formed from two hinged partial flaps. An actuating arm for moving the flap in the opening direction can be driven via a spring device.
  • the JP 2011 162994 discloses a folding door with a device for opening and closing the folding door, which is held in the closed position against the force of a spring via a latching mechanism.
  • an opening device which has a permanently acting energy store and prestresses the door leaves in an opening direction. Furthermore, a holding device is provided which holds the door leaves in a closed position against the force of the opening device, a force impulse acting against the holding device releasing the door leaves in the opening direction for an opening operation.
  • the user therefore only has to deliver a force impulse to the holding device in order for the door leaves to open automatically through the opening device to effect what simplifies the handling.
  • a force accumulator of the opening device is then tensioned.
  • the initiation of a force pulse can be effected in different ways.
  • the user can pull on a handle element of one of the door leaves in order to introduce a force impulse directly onto one of the door leaves, which overcomes the holding forces of the holding device.
  • the latter can be deformed so that a counter-oscillation arises, so that the preferably magnetic locking force of the holding device is overcome, and the opening device initiates an opening process.
  • an ejection device which is spatially separate from the holding device can be arranged in order to exert an impulse force.
  • the ejection device can be unlocked, for example, by pressing in one of the door leaves, so that the forces of the ejection device then overcome the holding force of the holding device and the user initiates the opening process only indirectly via the ejection device.
  • the holding device and the ejection device can also be combined to form a structural unit, for example in a housing.
  • a first door wing is pivotally mounted on the furniture body, and the second door wing is guided in a guide along the furniture body. It is also possible to connect more than two door hinges to one another in an articulated manner, the second and third door wings then being held on the furniture body so as to be displaceable and pivotable. In addition, two door panels can be slidably and pivotably mounted on opposite sides of the furniture body.
  • the opening device can be arranged on the side of an axis of rotation of the door leaf, about which the door leaf is pivotably mounted on the furniture body.
  • the opening device can thus be mounted in a space-saving manner on an inner side wall of the furniture body.
  • a locking device of an ejection device can preferably be unlocked for an opening operation. This simplifies handling in order to open the door leaves. During the closing process, the locking device is again when the closing position is reached locked so that the door leaves can be held in a closed position. As a result, the furniture can also be operated intuitively by the user, since when opening and closing it is immediately apparent what forces are acting on the door leaves.
  • the holding device is provided in a connection area of the door leaves.
  • the connection area is the area which is arranged adjacent to an articulation axis at which the two door leaves are connected to one another.
  • the holding device can be unlocked, for example, by pressing in the door leaves in order to activate an ejection device, which can be detected particularly well in the connection area, since the connection area is pressed in in any case, regardless of whether the force is applied to the first or the second door leaves becomes.
  • an opening process can be initiated by pressing in one of the door leaves, the location of the force application being largely freely selectable.
  • the ejection device has a plunger which can be unlocked by being pressed into the connecting region of the two door leaves, an energy store acting on the plunger slightly moving the plunger and the door leaves into the open position after unlocking.
  • the door leaves which are usually arranged flush with the surface in the closed position, thus reach an angular position in the connection area, for example by being pressed out by the plunger between 5 mm and 30 mm.
  • the holding device can also have a magnet, by means of which the door leaves are held in a closed position.
  • a magnet mechanical holding devices can also be used to fix the door leaves in a closed position. If a distance between the magnet and a magnetic counterpart is created by a push-in movement, for example by the displaceable plunger, the attractive forces are reduced by the magnet, so that an opening process for the door leaves can then be initiated via the opening device, because the force of the energy accumulator Opening device has a greater value than the magnetic attraction.
  • the holding device can be at least partially mounted on or in a floor and / or top floor of the furniture body.
  • appropriate holes can be drilled into the floor or top floor, into which a plunger and / or a magnet are inserted.
  • the opening device preferably has a gas pressure spring.
  • the two door leaves can be fully opened within less than 5 seconds, in particular also less than 3 seconds.
  • the opening device can have a drive lever which is guided at the end along a guide on an inner wall of a door leaf.
  • a piece of furniture 1 comprises a piece of furniture body 2 which has two side walls 3 which are connected to one another via a floor and an upper floor. Furthermore, 1 further partitions and floors can be provided in the interior of the furniture.
  • door panels 4 and 5 are provided, each of which is articulated to one another. In the exemplary embodiment shown, four door leaves 4 and 5 are provided, the number of door leaves can be adapted to the width of the furniture 1.
  • the closed position of the door leaves 4 and 5 is shown, in which the plate-shaped door leaves are arranged essentially flush with one another in an unfolded position.
  • FIG. 2A to 2C A position of the furniture 1 is shown, in which the door leaves 4 and 5 on the left side have been moved from the closed position into a folded open position.
  • the door leaf 4 is articulated on a side wall 3 of the furniture body 2, while the door leaf 5 is articulated on the door leaf 4 and is guided on the side facing away from the door leaf 4 via guide means on the furniture body 2.
  • a guide rail 14 is provided on the furniture body 2 in the area of the floor, and a corresponding guide rail can also be provided on the top floor.
  • other guide means can also be used on the furniture body 2 for linear guidance of the door leaf 5.
  • FIG. 3A An opening device 7 is shown, which is mounted on a side wall 3 of the furniture body 2 and by means of which the door leaf 4 can be pivoted from a closed position into an open position.
  • Several opening devices 7 can be provided over the height of the side wall 3.
  • the door leaf 4 is pivotally mounted on the side wall 3 via a plurality of hinges 6.
  • the opening device 7 has a pivotable drive lever 8 in order to press the door leaf 4 in the opening direction.
  • the drive lever 8 is displaceably guided at the end on a guide 9 which is fixed to an inside of the door leaf 4.
  • the guide 9 has a groove 90 in which a guide pin 81 of the drive lever 8 is guided, so that the drive lever 8 is coupled to the door leaf 4 both during an opening and a closing movement.
  • the energy store for the drive lever 8 is arranged within a housing 10 on the opening device 7.
  • FIG 3B An opening position is shown in which the drive lever 8 engages in the space between the door leaf 4 and door leaf 5, the door leaves 4 and 5 already being in the folded position.
  • the door leaf 5 is guided via a guide 11 on the upper floor of the furniture body, for which purpose a carriage 12 is fixed to the door leaf 5, which is guided with rollers or sliding elements in a guide rail 25 on a front edge of the upper floor.
  • a holding device 15 is shown, which is provided in a connecting area of the two door leaves 4 and 5.
  • the holding device 15 is provided on the door leaf 4, which has a magnet 17 which, in the closed position, engages with a metallic element 16 on the door leaf 4 in order to hold the door leaf 4 in the closed position against the force of the opening device 7.
  • the magnet 17 is arranged on a pot-shaped housing 18 in the top floor, wherein an adjustment device 19 can be provided in the housing 18 in order to be able to adjust the position of the magnet 17.
  • the magnetic forces between the magnet 17 and the metallic element 16 are sufficient to hold the door leaves 4 and 5 in the closed position.
  • the magnet 17 can be designed as a permanent magnet or electromagnet.
  • An ejection device 20 is provided on the door leaf 5 and on the upper floor.
  • a pot-shaped housing 24 is provided on the upper floor, on which a plunger 21 is held displaceably.
  • the plunger 21 interacts with a locking mechanism 22 which, in the manner of a ballpoint pen, can lock the plunger 21 in a pressed-in position.
  • the latching mechanism 22 has an energy accumulator, and when the plunger 21 is pressed into the pot-shaped housing 24, the latching mechanism is unlocked, so that the energy accumulator moves the plunger 21 in the open position, that is to say in the direction of the door leaf 5, transversely to its direction of travel.
  • the plunger 21 acts on a projection 23 which, in the exemplary embodiment shown, is designed as a screw which is screwed in or knocked in on an inside of the door leaf 5.
  • the opening position means a position where the projection 23 and the plunger 21 experience a small spatial distance from one another.
  • the door leaf 4 or the door leaf 5 is pushed in on the front side manually in the direction of the furniture body 2, so that the plunger 21 is pressed in slightly, the latching mechanism 22 being unlocked.
  • This pressing in of the door leaf 4, 5, which is responsible for unlocking the latching mechanism 22, can take place at any position on the respective front side, but preferably in the connection area of the door leaf 4, 5.
  • the magnet 17 can also be mounted so that it can be moved slightly on the housing 18 to support unlocking of the locking mechanism 22.
  • the plunger 21 pushes the door leaf 5 slightly into the open position, as is the case in FIGS Figures 5A and 5B is shown. Due to the linear movement of the plunger, the projection 23 is moved out of the housing 24, and the magnetic element 16 is spaced apart from the magnet 17, so that the magnetic forces are significantly reduced. By reducing the magnetic forces between the door leaf 4 and the furniture body 2, the holding forces are no longer sufficient to hold the door leaf 4 in the closed position, and the opening device 7 now brings about an opening process in that the door leaf 4 is pivoted open and the door leaf 5 on it Door leaf 4 is pivoted and is moved along the furniture body 2.
  • the door leaves 4 and 5 are moved manually by the user in the closing direction until the door leaf 5 meets with the projection 23 against the plunger 21 and presses it against the latching mechanism 22 in order to tension the energy store of the latching mechanism 22 and the plunger 21 again to latch.
  • the magnetic element 16 is also arranged adjacent to the magnet 17, so that the holding forces by the magnet 17 are greater than the forces of the opening device 7.
  • FIG 6A the door leaves 4 and 5 are shown from the inside, it being recognizable that the metallic element 16 is plate-shaped.
  • the projection 23 is formed by the head of the screw which is screwed into or into the door leaf 5.
  • An adjustment mechanism 34 can be provided on the second joint part 32 in order to be able to adjust the height of the door leaves 4 and 5 relative to one another.
  • the two joint parts 31 and 32 can be pivoted relative to one another about a joint axis 33.
  • Figure 6A a front view of the front edge of the top floor of the furniture body 2 is shown, and it can be seen that the plunger 21 and the magnet 17 are visibly arranged on the top floor.
  • the opening device 7 is shown in a closed position without the furniture 1.
  • the opening device 7 comprises a holder 70 which can be mounted on a side wall 3 of the furniture body 2.
  • the angular holder 70 has a receptacle for a gas pressure spring 73, which is a piston rod and has a housing into which the piston rod can be moved in and out.
  • the gas pressure spring 73 acts on the drive lever 8, which is rotatably mounted on the holder 70 about an axis 71.
  • An axis 72 is also formed on the drive lever 8, on which the gas pressure spring 73 engages at one end.
  • the gas pressure spring is arranged on the holder 70 in an articulated manner about a further axis 74.
  • the drive lever 8 is provided on the side facing the door leaf 4 with a guide pin 81 which is held in a guide 9.
  • the guide 9 has a groove 90 which is open at the bottom in the installation situation and into which the guide pin 81 engages at least partially, so that both tensile and compressive forces can be exerted on the door leaf 4.
  • the rail-shaped guide 9 is fixed on an inside of the door leaf 4.
  • the opening device 7 is shown in an opening position.
  • the drive lever 8 has been pivoted relative to the holder 70, in particular by approximately 90 °, and the guide pin 81 has been moved along the guide 9.
  • the gas pressure spring 73 protrudes at an angle from the holder 70 and is in the extended position.
  • the opening device 7 has a gas pressure spring, so that high forces are provided in the opening direction. It is of course also possible to provide other energy stores, in particular springs, spring assemblies or tensioning elements, by means of which the door leaf 4 is acted upon in the opening direction.
  • the holding device can also have other means for locking the door leaves 4 and 5 instead of a magnet 17.
  • a corresponding locking mechanism can be provided on the door leaves 4 and 5, which can be unlocked by pressing in the door leaves 4 and 5.
  • the ejection device can be replaced by a capacitive sensor. Then when a door leaf is pressed in, a sensor can be triggered and then the electromagnet can be actuated to release the door leaf.
  • the voltage supply can be via the mains voltage or an accumulator be made.
