Claims (17)
- Anordnung, die dafür geeignet ist, ein flüssiges Verbrauchsprodukt in einer Verpackung zu verpacken, umfassend
eine Zuführung zur Bereitstellung des vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials mit einer ersten Seite (6) und einer zweiten Seite (7), wobei die zweite Seite (7) dafür geeignet ist, mit dem Verbrauchsprodukt in Kontakt zu sein,
ein digitales Drucksystem (4), das mit der Zuführung verbunden und dafür geeignet ist, mindestens eine Farbe auf mindestens einen Teil der ersten Seite des vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials zu drucken,
eine Verpackungsmaschine (9), die mit einer Abführung des digitalen Drucksystems (4) verbunden und dafür geeignet ist, eine Verpackung aus dem vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterial bereitzustellen, wobei die Verpackung mit dem Verbrauchsprodukt befüllt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung ferner Folgendes umfasst:
ein Sterilisationssystem (8) mit einer Niederspannungs-Elektronenstrahlvorrichtung (12), die dafür geeignet ist, einen Elektronenstrahl auf die erste Seite (6) und die zweite Seite (7) des vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials zu emittieren. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend eine Sterilisationskammer (13), die das Sterilisationssystem (8) kapselt, um ein Austreten von Strahlung in die Umgebung außerhalb des Sterilisationssystems (8) zu verhindern.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Zuführung mindestens zwei Spulen (1, 2) und eine Spleißeinheit (3) zum Spleißen eines Endabschnitts des vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials einer Spule (1) mit einem Anfangsabschnitt des vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials der zweiten Spule (2) umfasst.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche wobei das vorbereitete Verpackungsmaterial mindestens eines des Folgenden umfasst:einen bedruckten Bereich auf der ersten Seite (6), der mindestens teilweise einen Bereich umgibt, der durch das digitale Drucksystem (4) bedruckt werden soll,eine oder mehrere Faltungslinien,mindestens eine optische Markierung zur Positionierung des vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials im digitalen Drucksystem (4) und/oder in der Verpackungsmaschine (9),mindestens eine magnetische Markierung zur Positionierung des vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials im digitalen Drucksystem (4) und/oder in der Verpackungsmaschine (9),eine Kartonschicht und eine oder mehrere Laminierungsschichten auf jeder Seite der Kartonschicht,eine Aluminiumschicht, die zur zweiten Seite (7) des vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials weist,einen reservierten Öffnungsbereich, der mindestens eine Schicht des Verpackungsmaterials weniger als das umgebende Material enthält.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das digitale Drucksystem (4) ein mechanisches und/oder optisches und/oder magnetisches Positioniersystem umfasst, das dafür eingerichtet ist, die relative Position des vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials hinsichtlich eines oder mehrerer auf dem vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterial angeordneter Markierungen und/oder geometrischer Elemente desselben vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials bewertet.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das digitale Drucksystem (4) dafür geeignet ist, eine Markierung auf die erste Seite (6) des Verpackungsmaterials zu drucken, wobei die Markierung im Betrieb von der Verpackungsmaschine (9) gelesen werden soll.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das digitale Drucksystem (4) auf einer beweglichen Plattform angeordnet ist und seine Abführung eine trennbare Schnittstelle umfasst, um das digitale Drucksystem (4) mit einer anderen Verpackungsmaschine (9) zu verbinden.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das digitale Drucksystem (4) einen oder mehrere gekapselte Bereiche (5) umfasst, wobei diese Bereiche für den Betrieb in einer lebensmittelverarbeitenden Umgebung geeignet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verpackungsmaschine eines des Folgenden umfasst:eine Füllmaschine für ein bahnenbasiertes Verpackungsmaterial;eine Füllmaschine für ein bogenbasiertes Verpackungsmaterial;eine bahnenbasierte Tubenfüllmaschine;eine tubenbasierte Füllmaschine.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verpackungsmaschine Folgendes umfasst:eine Spleißeinheit (3) zum Zusammenspleißen von Verpackungsmaterial von zwei Spulen (1, 2),eine Umleitung (4) zum Zuführen von vorbereitetem Verpackungsmaterial vom digitalen Drucksystem,wobei die Spleißeinheit (3) dafür geeignet ist, vorbereitetes Verpackungsmaterial vom digitalen Drucksystem (4) an anderes vorbereitetes Verpackungsmaterial zu spleißen.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend einen Verpackungsmaterialpuffer (11) zwischen den digitalen Drucksystem (4) und der Verpackungsmaschine (9) zur Kompensation von Geschwindigkeitsschwankungen in der Verpackungsmaschine (9) und/oder Synchronisation des gedruckten Verpackungsmaterials mit der Maschine (9) und Positionierung in dieser.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Anordnung in einer lebensmittelverarbeitenden Umgebung aufgestellt ist, insbesondere in einer Molkerei.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das digitale Drucksystem (4) dafür geeignet ist, einen eindeutigen Aufdruck auf die erste Seite (6) des vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials zu drucken.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verpackungsmaschine (9) eine Aushärtvorrichtung umfasst, um die Polymerisation der im digitalen Drucksystem (4) verwendeten Tinte abzuschließen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 14, wobei die Aushärtvorrichtung eine Elektronenstrahlvorrichtung umfasst.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das vorbereitete Verpackungsmaterial einen vorbedruckten Teil auf der ersten Seite (6) des vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials umfasst.
- Verfahren zum Verpacken eines flüssigen Verbrauchsprodukts in einer Verpackung, umfassend
Bereitstellen eines Verpackungsmaterials an eine Zuführung einer Verpackungsanordnung, wobei das Verpackungsmaterial eine erste Seite (6) und eine zweite Seite (7), die dafür geeignet ist, mit dem Verbrauchsprodukt in Kontakt zu sein, aufweist,
Drucken mindestens einer Farbe auf mindestens einen Teil der ersten Seite (6) des vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterials mithilfe eines Drucksystems der Verpackungsanordnung,
Sterilisieren des Verpackungsmaterials durch Emittieren eines Elektronenstrahls auf die erste Seite (6) und die zweite Seite (7) des Verpackungsmaterials mithilfe einer Niederspannungs-Elektronenstrahlvorrichtung (12) der Verpackungsanordnung,
Bereitstellen einer Verpackung aus dem vorbereiteten Verpackungsmaterial mithilfe einer Verpackungsmaschine (9) der Verpackungsanordnung und
Befüllen der Verpackung mit dem flüssigen Verbrauchsprodukt.
