If appropriate, provision may be made for a sealing gasket to be present between the wall of the opening 66 and the plug 68.
  • the plug 68 may be formed in one piece with one of the two half-parts 10a, 10b, to which it is connected by a flap or similar holding means which allow for the opening/closing movement with respect to the opening 66, in any case holding the plug on the body 10.
  • This arrangement is extremely advantageous because it makes it possible to hydraulically test the component before the resins are introduced into the chamber 20. As a result, only the parts which have passed the test are loaded with the resins, whereas those which are rejected can be passed on directly for the recycling operations. Analogously, at the end of the service life of the component, it is possible to remove the plug 68 and empty the chamber 20 of the resins, such that in this case, too, the component from which the latter have been removed can easily be recycled.
  • valve 41 assumes the first operating configuration in which it prevents the flow along the conduit 36 for supplying water to the reservoir 26, while it allows the flow along the inlet conduit 16 towards the chamber 20. In this way, all the water supplied is directed directly into the chamber 20, where it is decalcified by the ion exchange resins (cf. Figures 6 and 7 ). The decalcified water exits from the top of the chamber 20 through the conduit 22, and firstly passes through the air break section 24, which does not cause a loss of pressure owing to its position downstream of the chamber 20.
  • the decalcified water enters ( Figures 10 and 12 ) into a conduit 53, which issues, in a manner known per se, into the washing tank 54 through a passage formed between an arch of the circumferential wall of the filler tube 28 and the wall of the protrusion 50 arranged coaxially outside it.
  • valve 41 assumes the second operating configuration in which it allows both the flow along the conduit 36 and the flow along the inlet conduit 16 directed towards the chamber 20. In this way, the water which has flowed into the reservoir 26 forms a brine, which, by means of the connecting conduit 38, is directed into the chamber 20, where it regenerates the ion exchange resins.

Claims (10)

  1. Composant intégré destiné à la fourniture et au traitement de l'eau pour un lave-vaisselle, comprenant un corps monolithique (10) de matière plastique, à l'intérieur duquel sont définis un conduit d'entrée (16) pour l'eau, une chambre (20) contenant des substances dotées de propriétés d'adoucissement de l'eau, dans laquelle mène ledit conduit d'entrée (16), un réservoir contenant du sel (26) agencé dans la partie la plus basse du corps (10) et possédant un tube de remplissage (28) permettant de charger le sel, un conduit d'évacuation (22) d'eau depuis ladite chambre (20), un conduit (36) destiné à alimenter en eau ledit réservoir (26) afin de produire dans celui-ci une saumure destinée à régénérer les substances dotées de propriétés d'adoucissement de l'eau, et un conduit (38) reliant ledit réservoir (26) à ladite chambre (20),
    ledit composant étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un compartiment (30) destiné à évacuer les vapeurs présentant une ouverture d'entrée (32) et une ouverture de sortie (34), et une soupape (41) située en un point au niveau duquel ledit conduit (36) destiné à alimenter en eau ledit réservoir (26) part dudit conduit d'entrée (16), ladite soupape (41) pouvant adopter une première configuration de fonctionnement dans laquelle elle empêche l'écoulement le long du conduit (36) destiné à alimenter en eau ledit réservoir (26), alors qu'elle permet l'écoulement le long du conduit d'entrée (16) vers la chambre (20), de sorte que toute l'eau alimentant le point de bifurcation est dirigée directement dans la chambre (20), et une seconde configuration de fonctionnement dans laquelle elle permet l'écoulement le long du conduit (36) destiné à alimenter en eau ledit réservoir (26).
  2. Composant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, dans la seconde configuration de fonctionnement, ladite soupape (41) permet également, au-delà de l'écoulement le long du conduit (36) destiné à alimenter en eau ledit réservoir (26), l'écoulement le long du conduit d'entrée (16) vers la chambre (20).
  3. Composant selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite soupape (41) commande un clapet anti-retour (43) agencé sur le conduit (38) reliant le réservoir (26) à la chambre (20).
  4. Composant selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite soupape (41) est solidaire d'un clapet anti-retour (43) agencé sur le conduit (38) reliant le réservoir (26) à la chambre (20).
  5. Composant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite soupape (41) est du type directionnel ou du type directionnel/mélangeur.
  6. Composant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un débitmètre (18) est agencé sur ledit conduit d'entrée (16) pour l'eau.
  7. Composant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit corps monolithique (10) est produit par soudage l'une à l'autre de deux demi-pièces (10a, 10b), de préférence le long d'une ligne qui se trouve sensiblement dans un plan vertical.
  8. Composant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite chambre (20) présente une ouverture vers l'extérieur (66) pourvue d'un bouchon amovible (68).
  9. Machine à laver la vaisselle comprenant une cuve de lavage (54) et un composant intégré selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le composant est directement relié à la cuve (54) sans utilisation d'éléments de fixation et/ou de tubes supplémentaires.
  10. Machine à laver la vaisselle selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle le composant est relié à une paroi latérale (56) et à une paroi inférieure (58), respectivement, de la cuve de lavage (54).
