  • the closed-circuit regeneration method described above has a number of advantages. On the one hand, it does not involve additional consumption of water, since only that which is initially present in the chamber 20 is used, nor does it require devices for measuring and collecting the quantity of water intended to form the brine. Indeed, from that described above it results that the chamber 20 for containing ion exchange resins also acts as a container for the water intended to form the brine, thereby making it possible to do without a vessel intended specifically for that function, with a resultant simplification of the structure of the integrated component. In addition, the salt reservoir 26 is not placed under pressure, and therefore the brine cannot penetrate into the washing tank 54, even if the plug 29 of the filler tube 28 is not sealed. On account of this, the regeneration can also be carried out during any desired operating stage of the dishwashing machine, with a reduction in the overall time required by the respective washing cycle.

Claims (10)

  1. Composant intégré pour fournir et traiter l'eau pour un lave-vaisselle, comprenant un corps monolithique (10) de matière plastique, dans lequel sont définis un conduit d'entrée (16) pour eau, une chambre (20) contenant des substances aux propriétés d'adoucissement de l'eau, dans laquelle le conduit d'entrée (16) débouche, un réservoir contenant du sel (26) agencé dans la portion la plus basse du corps (10) et ayant un tube de remplissage (28) pour charger le sel, un compartiment (30) pour souffler des vapeurs ayant une ouverture d'entrée (32) et une ouverture de sortie (34), un conduit de sortie (22) d'eau décalcifiée partant de ladite chambre (20), un conduit (36) pour apporter de l'eau décalcifiée audit réservoir (26) afin d'y produire une saumure pour régénérer les substances aux propriétés d'adoucissement de l'eau, et un conduit (38) raccordant ledit réservoir (26) à ladite chambre (20), sur lequel est agencé un moyen de commande de l'écoulement de la saumure vers ladite chambre (20), le composant intégré étant caractérisé par ledit moyen de commande incluant une pompe (40) qui assure une étanchéité à l'eau dans les deux directions d'écoulement, quand elle est inactive.
  2. Composant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un débitmètre (18) est agencé sur ledit conduit d'entrée (16) pour l'eau.
  3. Composant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit corps monolithique (10) est produit en soudant ensemble deux demi-parties (10a, 10b).
  4. Composant selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ledit corps monolithique (10) est formé en soudant ensemble deux demi-parties (10a, 10b) le long d'une ligne qui se trouve sensiblement dans un plan vertical.
  5. Composant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite chambre (20) comporte une ouverture vers l'extérieur (66) pourvue d'un bouchon amovible (68).
  6. Composant selon les revendications 5 et 3 ou 4, dans lequel ledit bouchon (68) est intégré à l'une des deux demi-parties (10a, 10b).
  7. Composant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite chambre (20) est également un récipient de l''eau à apporter audit réservoir (26).
  8. Lave-vaisselle comprenant une cuve de lavage (54) et un composant intégré selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le composant est directement raccordé à la cuve (54) sans utiliser d'éléments de fixation et/ou tubes supplémentaires.
  9. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le composant est raccordé à une paroi latérale (56) et à une paroi de fond (58), respectivement, de la cuve de lavage (54).
  10. Lave-vaisselle comprenant une cuve de lavage (54) et un composant intégré selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le composant est raccordé à une paroi latérale (56) de la cuve de lavage (54) en utilisant un écrou à anneau de serrage.
