Claims (26)

  1. Cigarette (100) comprenant un filtre (102), un bout (103) de cigarette et un manchon de raccordement (104) adapté pour envelopper et ainsi coupler le filtre (102) au bout (103) de cigarette, la cigarette se prolongeant le long d'un axe (101),
    dans laquelle le filtre (102) est un filtre télescopique coaxial comprenant une partie intérieure (105) et une partie extérieure (106) enroulée autour de la partie intérieure (105), la partie extérieure (106) comprenant en succession le long de l'axe (101) une première section (106a) étant solidaire du bout (103) de cigarette et une seconde section (106b) pouvant coulisser par rapport à la première section (106a) le long de l'axe (101) de la cigarette entre une position rentrée et une position étendue, caractérisée en ce que des moyens, servant à arrêter la seconde section (106b) pour définir la position complètement étendue, sont situés entre la partie intérieure (105) et la partie extérieure (106) et comprennent un premier élément de butée (107) et un second élément de butée (108), respectivement fixés ou associés à la partie intérieure (105) et à la partie extérieure (106), ou vice versa,
    et dans laquelle la distance axiale (« L ») entre les deux éléments de butée définit la course (« C ») de la seconde section (106b) par rapport à la première section (106a) entre la position rentrée et la position étendue.
  2. Cigarette (100) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la partie intérieure (105) comprend un manchon intermédiaire (109) intérieur enroulé autour d'un premier matériau, de préférence un matériau de filtre, et dans laquelle le premier ou le second élément de butée (107, 108) respectif est fixé à l'extérieur ou associé au manchon intermédiaire (109) intérieur.
  3. Cigarette (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la partie extérieure (106) comprend un manchon intermédiaire (110) extérieur enveloppant intérieurement un second matériau, de préférence un matériau de filtre, et dans laquelle le premier ou le second élément de butée (107, 108) respectif est fixé ou associé au manchon intermédiaire (110) extérieur.
  4. Cigarette (100) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle chaque premier et second élément de butée (107, 108) consiste en un morceau de ruban (22, 28) se prolongeant autour de l'axe (101) de la cigarette ou en un ou plusieurs des éléments suivants : couches de poudre, couches d'encre, éléments en relief ou gaufrages, entailles ou plis.
  5. Cigarette (100) selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle la partie extérieure (106) est divisée par une ligne d'incision « T » dans les première section (106a) et seconde section (106b) et le morceau (28), définissant un élément entre le premier et le second élément de butée (107, 108) se prolonge entre la première section (106a) et la seconde section (106b), et dans laquelle une couche adhésive (112) est prévue pour rendre la partie intérieure (105) et la première ou la seconde section (106a, 106b) de la partie extérieure (106) solidaires l'une de l'autre.
  6. Cigarette (100) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le manchon de raccordement (104) comporte une ligne de faiblesse (113) s'étendant autour de l'axe (101) et étant telle qu'elle définit deux parties du manchon de raccordement (104) le long du même axe, une première partie (104a) étant fixée au bout (103) de cigarette et une seconde partie (104b) étant fixée à la seconde section (106b) de la partie extérieure (106) du filtre.
  7. Cigarette (100) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les éléments de butée recouvrent toute la circonférence autour de l'axe (101) ou seulement un ou plusieurs arcs.
  8. Cigarette (100) selon les revendications 5 et 6, dans laquelle la ligne de faiblesse (113) est disposée axialement entre le bout (103) de cigarette et la ligne d'incision (« T »), la distance (« D ») entre la ligne d'incision (« T ») et la ligne de faiblesse (113) étant de préférence supérieure à la course (« C »).
  9. Cigarette (100) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le manchon de raccordement (104) comporte une zone perforée (114) adaptée pour être disposée en correspondance d'une cavité annulaire (« A ») étant créée, dans la position étendue, entre la première section (106a) et la seconde section (106b) de la partie extérieure (106) du filtre.
  10. Cigarette (100) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la partie intérieure (105) comprend un premier matériau, de préférence un matériau de filtre, et la partie extérieure (106) comprend un second matériau, de préférence un matériau de filtre, et dans laquelle les premier et second matériaux de filtre diffèrent en un ou plusieurs aspects choisis, par exemple, parmi les suivants : la couleur, la saveur, la perméabilité, la résistance au tirage.
  11. Cigarette (100) selon les revendications 2 et 3, dans laquelle le manchon de raccordement (104) et/ou le manchon intermédiaire (110) extérieur et/ou le premier/second élément de butée (107, 108) sont fabriqués en différentes couleurs ou en différents matériaux à partir du premier ou du second matériau et/ou du manchon intermédiaire (109) intérieur pour indiquer la position étendue à l'utilisateur.
  12. Machine (1) de fabrication d'un tige-filtre (16) adaptée pour fabriquer un filtre (102) télescopique coaxial comprenant une partie intérieure (105) et une partie extérieure (106) enroulée autour de la partie intérieure (105), la partie extérieure (106) comprenant une première section (106a) étant solidaire du bout (103) de cigarette et une seconde section (106b) pouvant coulisser par rapport à la première section (106a) le long de l'axe (101) de la cigarette entre une position rentrée et une position étendue,
    la machine comprenant :
    - une partie (1a) de machine configurée pour obtenir une tige intérieure (9) à partir d'une mèche (7) d'un premier matériau, de préférence un matériau de filtre, ou à partir d'un support, par exemple sous la forme d'un tube,
    - une partie (1b) de machine configurée pour obtenir un tige-filtre (16) en enroulant une bande (14) d'un second matériau, de préférence un matériau de filtre, autour de la tige intérieure (9),
    caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une des parties (1a, 1b) de machine est configurée pour positionner, entre la mèche (7) ou le support et la bande (14), des moyens pour arrêter la seconde section (160b) et adaptés pour être positionnés et fonctionner entre la partie intérieure (105) et la partie extérieure (106) du filtre, de préférence en appliquant au moins un morceau (22) de ruban (24) adapté pour réaliser un premier élément de butée (107) des moyens d'arrêt et de préférence en appliquant au moins un morceau (28) supplémentaire de ruban (30) adapté pour réaliser un second élément de butée (108) des moyens d'arrêt.
  13. Machine (1) selon la revendication 12, comprenant un appareil (1c) adapté pour réaliser un ruban composite (8) comprenant un ruban (19) et un ruban (25) supplémentaire positionnés à l'opposé et parallèlement l'un à l'autre et adaptés, respectivement, pour réaliser un manchon intermédiaire (109) intérieur de la partie intérieure (105) du filtre et un manchon intermédiaire (110) extérieur de la partie extérieure (106) du filtre, le ruban composite (8) comprenant, entre les deux rubans (19, 25), une pluralité de morceaux (22) disposés à une certaine distance (« p1 ») et une pluralité de morceaux (28) supplémentaires disposés à une certaine distance (« p2 »),
    dans laquelle la partie (la) de machine est configurée pour obtenir une tige intérieure (9) en enveloppant la mèche (7) dans le ruban composite (8).
  14. Machine (1) selon la revendication 13, dans laquelle l'appareil (1c) est configuré pour préparer des morceaux (22) ayant, le long de la direction longitudinale principale du ruban (19), une longueur (« Y1 ») égale à deux fois la longueur (« X1 ») des premiers éléments de butée (107), et des morceaux (28) supplémentaires ayant, le long de la direction longitudinale principale du ruban (25) supplémentaire, une longueur (« Y2 ») supérieure à deux fois la longueur (« X2 ») des seconds éléments de butée (108).
  15. Machine (1) selon la revendication 13 ou 14, dans laquelle l'appareil (1c) comprend :
    - des moyens d'alimentation adaptés pour dérouler le ruban continu (19) à partir d'un rouleau (20),
    - un dispositif applicateur (21) servant à appliquer les morceaux (22) et situé le long du parcours (P4) suivi par le ruban (19),
    - des moyens d'alimentation supplémentaires adaptés pour dérouler le ruban continu (25) supplémentaire à partir d'un rouleau (26),
    - un dispositif applicateur (27) supplémentaire servant à appliquer des morceaux (28) supplémentaires et situé le long du parcours (P5) suivi par le ruban (25) supplémentaire,
    - des moyens servant à coupler le ruban (19) et le ruban (25) supplémentaire parallèlement l'un à l'autre aux morceaux (22) et aux morceaux (28) supplémentaires placés entre les deux rubans.
  16. Machine (1) selon la revendication 13 ou 14, dans laquelle l'appareil (1c) comprend :
    des moyens d'alimentation adaptés pour dérouler le ruban continu (19) à partir d'un rouleau (20),
    un dispositif applicateur (21) servant à appliquer les morceaux (22) et situé le long du parcours (P4) suivi par le ruban (19),
    un dispositif applicateur (27) supplémentaire servant à appliquer des morceaux (28) supplémentaires et situé le long du parcours (P4) suivi par le ruban (19),
    des moyens d'alimentation supplémentaires servant à dérouler le ruban continu (25) supplémentaire à partir d'un rouleau (26),
    des moyens servant à coupler le ruban (19) et le ruban (25) supplémentaire parallèlement l'un à l'autre aux morceaux (22) et aux morceaux (28) supplémentaires positionnés entre les deux rubans.
  17. Machine (1) selon la revendication 16, dans laquelle l'appareil (1c) comprend un dispositif de collage (33) adapté pour appliquer une couche de colle (34) sur la face des morceaux (28) supplémentaires étant adaptée pour s'accoupler au ruban (25) supplémentaire.
  18. Machine (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 12-17, dans laquelle la partie (1b) comprend un dispositif d'application (10) de matériau adhésif servant à appliquer au moins des bandes (11) de matériau adhésif le long de la surface extérieure de la tige (9) et un dispositif de centrage (12) situé de préférence en aval du dispositif d'application (10) et comprenant de préférence des nervures longitudinales (13) se prolongeant parallèlement à la tige (9) pour la soutenir entre une bande (11) d'adhésif et une autre.
  19. Machine de fixation de bout-filtre (39) pour la fabrication de cigarettes (100) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1-11, la machine de fixation de bout-filtre étant configurée pour :
    - recevoir en succession des bouts (40) de cigarette obtenus par découpe d'un boudin,
    - recevoir en succession des morceaux de filtres (38) obtenus en coupant un tige-filtre (16) sortant d'une machine (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 12-18,
    - diviser les bouts (40) de cigarette en deux bouts (103) de la moitié de la longueur et en séparant ces derniers dans un sens axial,
    - inciser, au moyen d'un dispositif d'incision (46), les morceaux de filtre (42) en correspondance des lignes d'incision (« T ») afin de diviser la première section (106a) et la seconde section (106b) de la partie extérieure (106) du filtre,
    - diviser les morceaux de filtre (38) en deux morceaux (42) de la moitié de la longueur le long des lignes de coupe (« T2 »),
    - intercaler axialement un morceau de filtre (42) entre deux bouts (103) de cigarette et les relier entre eux à l'aide d'un morceau de ruban (48) pour en faire une cigarette double,
    - diviser la cigarette double en deux en correspondance de la ligne de coupe (« T1 ») pour obtenir deux cigarettes (100) filtres finies.
  20. Machine de fixation de bout-filtre (39) selon la revendication 19, comprenant :
    un poste d'incision (49) fonctionnant sur le ruban (48) et configuré pour réaliser deux zones perforées (114) et
    deux lignes de faiblesse (113) sur le ruban (48), et
    un poste de coupe (50) configuré pour obtenir les morceaux de ruban (48), chacun étant conçu pour former deux manchons de raccordement (104).
  21. Procédé de fabrication de cigarettes (100) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1-11 comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - traiter un premier matériau, de préférence un matériau de filtre, adapté pour la fabrication de la partie intérieure (105) d'un filtre télescopique coaxial, pour obtenir une mèche (7) du premier matériau, ou préparer un support, par exemple sous la forme d'un tube,
    - traiter un second matériau, de préférence un matériau de filtre, adapté pour la fabrication de la partie extérieure (106) d'un filtre télescopique coaxial, pour obtenir une bande (14) du second matériau,
    - obtenir une tige intérieure (9) à partir de la mèche (7) ou à partir du support et obtenir un tige-filtre (16) en enroulant au moins la bande (14) autour de la tige intérieure (9),
    - couper le tige-filtre (16) le long des lignes de coupe (« T2 ») pour obtenir un morceau (38),
    - couper le morceau (38) le long des lignes de coupe (« T2 ») pour obtenir un morceau (42) et inciser le morceau (42) pour diviser la partie extérieure (106) dans la première section (106a) et la seconde section (106b),
    - diviser les bouts (40) de cigarette en deux bouts (103) de la moitié de la longueur et les écarter dans un sens axial,
    - intercaler axialement un morceau de filtre (42) entre deux bouts (103) de cigarette et les relier entre eux à l'aide d'un morceau de ruban (48) pour en faire une cigarette double,
    - diviser la cigarette double en deux le long de la ligne de coupe (« T1 »),
    caractérisé en ce que l'étape consistant à obtenir la tige (9) et/ou l'étape consistant à obtenir la tige (16) est accomplie en positionnant, entre la mèche (7) ou le support et la bande (14), des moyens d'arrêt adaptés pour fonctionner entre la partie intérieure (105) et la partie extérieure (106) du filtre, de préférence en appliquant au moins un morceau (22) de ruban (24) adapté pour réaliser un premier élément de butée (107) des moyens d'arrêt et de préférence en appliquant au moins un morceau (28) supplémentaire de ruban (30) adapté pour réaliser un second élément de butée (108).
  22. Procédé selon la revendication 21, comprenant l'étape consistant à réaliser un ruban composite (8) comprenant un ruban (19) et un ruban (25) supplémentaire positionnés à l'opposé et parallèlement l'un à l'autre et adaptés, respectivement, pour réaliser un manchon intermédiaire (109) intérieur de la partie intérieure (105) du filtre et un manchon intermédiaire (110) extérieur de la partie extérieure (106) du filtre, le ruban composite (8) comprenant, entre les deux rubans (19, 25), une pluralité de morceaux (22) disposés à une certaine distance (« p1 ») et une pluralité de morceaux (28) supplémentaires disposés à une certaine distance (« p2 »),
    dans lequel la tige intérieure (9) est obtenue en enveloppant la mèche (7) ou le support dans le ruban composite (8).
  23. Procédé selon la revendication 22, dans lequel l'étape consistant à fabriquer un ruban composite (8) comprend
    - alimenter le ruban continu (19) à partir d'un rouleau (20),
    - appliquer les morceaux (22) sur le ruban (19),
    - alimenter le ruban continu (25) supplémentaire à partir d'un rouleau (26),
    - appliquer les morceaux (28) supplémentaires sur le ruban (25) supplémentaire,
    - coupler le ruban (19) et le ruban (25) supplémentaire parallèlement l'un à l'autre aux morceaux (22) et aux morceaux (28) supplémentaires placés entre les deux rubans.
  24. Procédé selon la revendication 22, dans lequel l'étape consistant à fabriquer un ruban composite (8) comprend
    - alimenter le ruban continu (19) à partir d'un rouleau (20),
    - appliquer les morceaux (22) et les morceaux (28) supplémentaires sur le ruban (19),
    - alimenter le ruban continu (25) supplémentaire à partir d'un rouleau (26),
    - coupler le ruban (19) et le ruban (25) supplémentaire parallèlement l'un à l'autre aux morceaux (22) et aux morceaux (28) supplémentaires placés entre les deux rubans.
  25. Procédé selon la revendication 24, comprenant l'étape consistant à appliquer une couche de colle (34) sur la face des morceaux (28) supplémentaires adaptée pour être couplée au ruban (25) supplémentaire.
  26. Ruban composite (8) pour la fabrication de cigarettes (100) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1-11, comprenant un ruban (19) et un ruban (25) supplémentaire positionnés à l'opposé et parallèlement l'un à l'autre et adaptés, respectivement, pour fabriquer un manchon intermédiaire (109) intérieur de la partie intérieure (105) du filtre et un manchon intermédiaire (110) extérieur de la partie extérieure (106) du filtre, le ruban composite (8) comprenant, entre les deux rubans (19, 25), une pluralité de morceaux (22) disposés à une certaine distance (« p1 ») et adaptés pour réaliser les premiers éléments de butée (107), et une pluralité de morceaux (28) supplémentaires disposés à une certaine distance (« p2 ») et adaptés pour réaliser les seconds éléments de butée (108).
