Claims (13)

  1. Machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer possédant un trajet d'acheminement de papier pour manchette (4) en bande continue (11), la machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer comprenant :
    une coupeuse mécanique (70) configurée pour réaliser une action de coupe afin de former un motif incluant une ligne ayant une dimension d'au moins 5 mm sur une bande continue de papier pour manchette qui passe le long du trajet d'acheminement de papier pour manchette en bande continue, la ligne s'étendant au moins sur 50 % autour de la circonférence de l'article à fumer lorsqu'il est assemblé,
    un dispositif de sectionnement de bande continue (60) configuré pour sectionner la bande continue de papier pour manchette en segments pour envelopper des articles à fumer, et
    un poste de roulage (50) configuré pour agir sur la bande continue de papier pour manchette,
    dans laquelle la coupeuse mécanique est configurée pour réaliser l'action de coupe en aval du poste de roulage le long du trajet d'acheminement de papier pour manchette en bande continue.
  2. Machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la ligne est une ligne de séparation.
  3. Machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans laquelle l'action de coupe de la coupeuse mécanique est configurée pour définir au moins deux sections de la bande continue de papier pour manchette.

Machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle la coupeuse mécanique est configurée pour réaliser une action de coupe afin de former le motif incluant une ligne dans un sens le long du sens du trajet d'acheminement de papier pour manchette en bande continue.
  5. Machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la coupeuse mécanique est configurée pour réaliser l'action de coupe en amont du dispositif de sectionnement de bande continue le long du trajet d'acheminement de papier pour manchette en bande continue.
  6. Machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la coupeuse mécanique est un dispositif de coupe par écrasement.
  7. Machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle le dispositif de coupe par écrasement comprend un rouleau profilé et un rouleau-enclume entre lesquels le trajet d'acheminement de papier pour manchette en bande continue est défini.
  8. Machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle l'espacement entre le rouleau profilé et le rouleau-enclume se situe dans la gamme de 3 à 5 pm.

Machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre une pré-coupeuse disposée en amont du poste de roulage le long du trajet d'acheminement de papier pour manchette en bande continue, dans laquelle la pré-coupeuse est configurée pour réaliser une première action de coupe sur ladite bande continue de papier pour manchette et l'action de coupe réalisée par la coupeuse mécanique est une deuxième action de coupe sur ladite bande continue de papier pour manchette.
  10. Machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle la pré-coupeuse réalise une action de coupe mécanique.
  11. Machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer selon la revendication 9 ou la revendication 10, dans laquelle la première action de coupe comprend une coupe ayant une dimension inférieure à 5 mm et la deuxième action de coupe comprend une ligne ayant une dimension d'au moins 5 mm.
  12. Machine d'assemblage d'articles à fumer selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la ligne a un rapport minimum longueur/largeur de 60:1.
  13. Procédé de fabrication d'un article à fumer, comprenant :
    l'acheminement d'une bande continue de papier pour manchette le long d'un trajet d'acheminement,
    le roulage de la bande continue de papier pour manchette en utilisant un poste de roulage,
    la coupe mécanique de la bande continue de papier pour manchette pour former un motif incluant une ligne ayant une dimension d'au moins 5 mm sur la bande continue de papier pour manchette,
    le sectionnement de la bande continue de papier pour manchette en segments, et
    l'assemblage d'un article à fumer avec les segments de papier pour manchette, la ligne s'étendant au moins sur 50 % autour de la circonférence de l'article à fumer.
