Claims (15)

  1. Article à fumer (1), comprenant :
    un élément de tige (2) de matériau à fumer ; et
    un élément de filtre (3) qui est joint à l'élément de tige (2) par une feuille d'embout (4) en papier enroulée autour d'au moins une partie de l'élément de tige (2) de matériau à fumer et d'au moins une partie de l'élément de filtre (3) ;

Article à fumer (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les éléments de profil de surface en relief (6) incluent une pluralité d'éléments allongés ou linéaires qui sont agencés pour s'étendre au moins partiellement transversalement à une étendue longitudinale ou un axe longitudinal de l'article à fumer ;
    dans lequel la pluralité d'éléments allongés ou linéaires (6) s'étendent au moins partiellement parallèlement les uns aux autres et/ou dans lequel la pluralité d'éléments allongés ou linéaires (6) se coupent les uns les autres.

  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un article à fumer, comprenant les étapes de :
    fourniture d'un élément de tige (2) en matériau à fumer ; et
    mise en place d'un élément de filtre (3) de manière adjacente à une extrémité (8) de l'élément de tige (2) en matériau à fumer ;
    fourniture d'une feuille d'embout (4) en papier comprenant une pluralité d'éléments de profil en relief (6) réparti sur une surface externe (5) de celle-ci ;
    enroulement de la feuille d'embout (4) autour d'une partie de l'élément de tige (2) en matériau à fumer et d'au moins une partie de l'élément de filtre (3) afin d'assembler l'élément de filtre (3) à l'élément de tige (2), et

Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'étape d'enroulement de la feuille d'embout (4) autour d'au moins une partie de l'élément de tige (2) et d'au moins une partie de l'élément de filtre (3) comprend la superposition de la feuille d'embout (4) à elle-même dans la région de liaison (7), dans lequel l'adhésif (8) est appliqué dans la région de liaison (7) sur une épaisseur (t) dans la plage d'environ 10 µm à 40 µm.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou la revendication 10, dans lequel l'étape de fourniture de la feuille d'embout (4) comprend la formation, de préférence, l'estampage, d'un motif (N) d'éléments de profil de surface en relief (6) sur la surface externe (5) de la feuille d'embout (4).
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, comprenant l'étape de formation des éléments de profil de surface en relief (6) dans la région de liaison (7) avec une hauteur (h) inférieure à environ 25 µm.
  13. Procédé de production de feuilles d'embout (4) destinées à être utilisées dans la fabrication d'un article à fumer (1), comprenant :
    l'acheminement d'une bande de papier en tant que matériau pour feuille d'embout (M) le long d'un trajet de traitement,
    la formation d'une pluralité d'éléments de profil de surface (6) sur une surface du matériau de feuille d'embout ; et
    la découpe de feuilles d'embout (4) à partir de la bande de matériau pour feuille d'embout (M),
    moyennant quoi chaque feuille d'embout (4) présente un motif (N) des éléments de profil de surface (6) réparti sur une surface (5) de celle-ci et inclut une région de liaison (7) destinée à recevoir un adhésif, les éléments de profil de surface (6) dans la région de liaison (7) présentant une hauteur qui est inférieure à environ 25 µm et inférieure à celle des éléments de profil (6) situés à l'intérieur de la région de liaison.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, dans lequel l'étape de formation de la pluralité d'éléments de profil de surface (6) sur la surface (5) du matériau pour feuille d'embout (M) comprend l'estampage du matériau pour feuille d'embout (M) entre une paire de rouleaux d'acheminement (R1, R2) ; et/ou
    dans lequel l'étape de formation de la région de liaison (7) sur la surface (5) du matériau pour feuille d'embout (M) comprend l'aplatissement ou la compression de la pluralité d'éléments de profil de surface (6) dans cette région (7) ; et/ou
    dans lequel les éléments de profil de surface (6) présentent une dimension de hauteur (h) supérieure à 25 µm ; et/ou
    dans lequel les éléments de profil de surface (6) couvrent ou occupent moins de 35 % de la zone de surface (5) de chaque feuille d'embout (4) ; et/ou
    dans lequel la région de liaison (7) est allongée et s'étend le long d'une partie de bord de la feuille d'embout (4).
  15. Appareil destiné à produire des feuilles d'embout destinées à être utilisées dans la fabrication d'un article à fumer, comprenant :
    un dispositif d'estampage (R1, R2) destiné à former une pluralité d'éléments de profil de surface (6) sur une surface du matériau pour feuille d'embout (M) ;
    un dispositif destiné à aplatir ou comprimer la pluralité d'éléments de profil de surface (6) dans une région (7) jusqu'à une hauteur qui est inférieure à environ 25 µm ; et
    un dispositif de découpe (C) destiné à découper des feuilles d'embout (4) à partir de la bande de matériau pour feuille d'embout (M), dans lequel chaque feuille d'embout (4) présente un motif des éléments de profil de surface (5) réparti sur une surface (5) de celle-ci et la région (7) destinée à recevoir un adhésif.
