In particular, these moving parts of the operating table 200 include energy-carrying lines for supplying the patient bed 202 with energy.
- a bellows 120, 220 is thus used. As in Figure 5 and 6 As shown, this bellows 120, 220 is provided in particular between the patient support surface 102, 202 and the upper component 116d, 216d of the column cladding.
- the known operating tables have the disadvantage that their construction is relatively complicated and expensive due to the use of a bellows provided between the patient support surface and the upper component of the column cladding.
- the U.S. 3,206,188 A concerns an operating table.
- an operating table with the features of claim 1 achieves a simple structure and easy maintenance of the same during operation, since in particular the operating table column comprises a column cladding with at least two rigid components arranged one above the other.
- the operating table column is designed in such a way that all moving parts of the operating table running inside the operating table column are completely covered laterally.
- an intermediate space extends from the upper edge of the two stacked components of the column cladding to the patient support surface, the intermediate space being a space free of bellows.
- the use of a bellows provided between the patient bed and the upper component of the column cladding can thus be avoided.
- the relatively cumbersome cleaning of the folds of the bellows when the operating table is in operation is no longer necessary. This enables simple construction and simple maintenance of the operating table in the operating theater.
- the operating table column is preferably designed in such a way that sections of the movable parts which extend from an upper edge of the two stacked components of the column cladding to the patient bed, are not covered by a bellows at the side.
- sections of the movable parts that extend from the upper edge of the two stacked components of the column cladding to the patient support surface are at least partially covered laterally by a first and second rigid head part element of the operating table column and / or a first and second rigid side rail of the patient support surface.
- these sections of the movable parts can only be covered laterally by rigid head part elements of the operating table column or rigid side rails of the patient support surface.
- non-foldable components can be used to laterally cover these sections of the moving parts.
- an upper component of the two stacked components of the pillar cladding is dome-shaped.
- a relatively large adjustment range of the patient support surface can be provided when the same is inclined about an axis of inclination.
- the upper component of the two stacked components of the column cladding preferably comprises at least two side walls which are at least partially inclined in the direction of the interior of the operating table column. It can thus be avoided that the patient support surface, when it is inclined about the axis of inclination, hits the upper component of the two components of the column cladding that are arranged one above the other too quickly.
- the side walls of the upper component which are inclined in the direction of the interior of the operating table column are preferably two side walls lying opposite one another.
- the two opposing side walls of the upper component include a front side wall with respect to a first direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the patient support surface and a rear side wall with respect to the first direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the patient support surface.
- a lower component of the two stacked components of the column cladding comprises at least two side walls which are at least partially inclined in the direction of the interior of the operating table column. In this way, it can be avoided that the patient support surface, when it is tilted about an axis of tilt, hits the lower component of the two components of the column cladding that are arranged one above the other too quickly.
- the side walls of the lower component which are inclined in the direction of the interior of the operating table column, are preferably two side walls lying opposite one another.
- the two opposing side walls of the lower component include a front side wall in relation to a second direction parallel to the transverse direction of the patient support surface and a rear side wall in relation to the second direction parallel to the transverse direction of the patient support surface.
- the column cladding is preferably designed in such a way that it can be separated into two halves along a dividing line which runs essentially in the direction of stroke movement of the patient support surface through the two components of the column cladding arranged one above the other. A simple separation of the two halves of the pillar cladding can thus be achieved. As a result, the moving parts of the operating table running within the operating table column can be easily serviced.
- the pillar cladding preferably comprises at least one half-shell-shaped housing element integrated in a side wall of a lower component of the two stacked components of the pillar cladding for receiving an IR (infrared) receiver.
- the half-shell-shaped housing element is attached to the side wall of the lower component without screws. It is thus possible to simply attach the half-shell-shaped housing element to the side wall of the lower component or to simply separate it from the side wall of the lower component.
- the pillar cladding preferably comprises two halves which can be connected to one another and which, in the connected state, form the two components of the pillar cladding arranged one above the other.
- two halves of the pillar trim that can be connected to one another can be provided.
- the pillar trim comprises a tongue and groove arrangement for connecting the two halves of the pillar trim.
- a simple and secure connection of the two halves of the pillar cladding can thus be achieved.
- the column cladding preferably comprises an opening for the passage of an inclination cylinder coupled to the patient support surface.
- the opening provided with a sealing element.
- the sealing element is designed such that the opening is completely sealed in every position of the tilt cylinder. Damaged components of the two stacked components of the column cladding can thus be replaced without dismantling the tilt cylinder.
