Claims (13)

  1. Table d'opération (10) comportant une colonne de table d'opération (14) et une surface de support du patient (12) disposée sur la colonne de table d'opération (14),
    dans laquelle la colonne de table d'opération (14) comprend un revêtement de colonne (40) comportant au moins deux composants rigides superposés (42a, 42b), dans laquelle un composant supérieur (42a) des au moins deux composants superposés (42a, 42b) du revêtement de colonne (40) est en forme de dôme,
    dans laquelle le revêtement de colonne (40) est fixé à la colonne de table d'opération (10) de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (78) traversant un premier et un second élément de broche (76a, 76b),
    dans laquelle la colonne de table d'opération (14) est conçue de sorte que toutes les pièces mobiles (38) de la table d'opération (10) qui se déplacent à l'intérieur de la colonne de table d'opération (14), sont entièrement recouvertes latéralement, et
    dans laquelle un espace intermédiaire (66) s'étend du bord supérieur (44) des au moins deux composants superposés (42a, 42b) du revêtement de colonne (40) à la surface de support du patient (12), dans laquelle l'espace intermédiaire (66) est un espace sans soufflet,
    caractérisée en ce que des sections de ligne transportant de l'énergie s'étendent à travers l'espace intermédiaire (66).
  2. Table d'opération (10) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que les sections (39) des parties mobiles (38) s'étendant du bord supérieur (44) des au moins deux composants superposés (42a, 42b) du revêtement de colonne à la surface de support du patient (12) sont recouvertes latéralement au moins partiellement par un premier et un second élément de partie de tête rigide (68a, 68b) de la colonne de table d'opération (14) et/ou un premier et un second montant latéral rigide (34, 36) de la surface de support du patient (12).
  3. Table d'opération (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le composant supérieur (42a) des au moins deux composants superposés (42a, 42b) du revêtement de colonne (40) comprend au moins deux parois latérales (46a, 46b) au moins partiellement inclinées en direction de l'intérieur de la colonne de table d'opération (10).
  4. Table d'opération (10) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les parois latérales (46a, 46b) du composant supérieur (42a) inclinées en direction de l'intérieur de la colonne de table d'opération (10) sont deux parois latérales opposées, dans laquelle les deux parois latérales opposées du composant supérieur (42a) comprennent une paroi latérale avant (46a) parallèle à la direction longitudinale de la surface de support du patient (12) par rapport à une première direction (30) et une paroi latérale arrière (46b) parallèle à la direction longitudinale de la surface de support du patient (12) par rapport à la première direction (30).
  5. Table d'opération (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un composant inférieur (42b) des au moins deux composants superposés (42a, 42b) du revêtement de colonne (40) comprend au moins deux parois latérales (48a, 48b) au moins partiellement inclinées en direction de l'intérieur de la colonne de table d'opération (10).
  6. Table d'opération (10) selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisée en ce que les parois latérales (48a, 48b) du composant inférieur (42b) inclinées en direction de l'intérieur de la colonne de table d'opération (10) sont deux parois latérales opposées, dans laquelle les deux parois latérales opposées du composant inférieur (42b) comprennent une paroi latérale avant (48a) parallèle à la direction transversale de la surface de support du patient (12) par rapport à une seconde direction (32) et une paroi latérale arrière (48b) parallèle à la direction transversale de la surface de support du patient (12) par rapport à la seconde direction (32).
  7. Table d'opération (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le revêtement de colonne (40) est conçu de sorte qu'il peut être séparé en deux moitiés (52a, 52b) le long d'une ligne de séparation (50) s'étendant sensiblement dans le sens du mouvement de levage (P) de la surface de support du patient (12) par les au moins deux composants superposés (42a, 42b) du revêtement de colonne (40).
  8. Table d'opération (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le revêtement de colonne (40) comprend au moins un élément de boîtier (56, 58) intégré en forme de demi-coque dans une paroi latérale (48c, 48d) d'un composant inférieur (42b) des au moins deux composants superposés (42a, 42b) du revêtement de colonne (40) pour recevoir un récepteur IR (70), dans laquelle l'élément de boîtier (56, 58) en forme de demi-coque est fixé sans vis à la paroi latérale (48c, 48d) du composant inférieur (42b).
  9. Table d'opération (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le revêtement de colonne (40) comprend deux moitiés (52a, 52b) pouvant être reliées l'une à l'autre, lesquelles, à l'état connecté, forment les au moins deux composants superposés (42a, 42b) du revêtement de colonne (40).
  10. Table d'opération (10) selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le revêtement de colonne (40) comprend un agencement rainure/languette (54) pour relier les deux moitiés du revêtement de colonne (40).
  11. Table d'opération (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le revêtement de colonne (40) comprend une ouverture (60) pour le passage d'un vérin d'inclinaison (64) couplé à la surface de support du patient (12), en ce que l'ouverture (60) est pourvue d'un élément d'étanchéité (62), et en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (62) est conçu de sorte que l'ouverture (60) est complètement étanche dans chaque position du vérin d'inclinaison (64).
  12. Table d'opération (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que la surface de support du patient (12) est rotative autour d'un axe d'inclinaison (18) selon un premier angle de rotation (α) supérieur à 20° dans un sens de rotation positif et négatif et/ou autour d'un axe de pliage (16) selon un second angle de rotation (β) supérieur à 15° dans les sens de rotation positif et négatif, dans laquelle le premier angle de rotation (α) ou le second angle de rotation (β) se rapportent à une position de départ de la surface de support du patient (12).
  13. Table d'opération (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que les au moins deux composants superposés (42a, 42b) du revêtement de colonne (40) sont en matière plastique.
