As shown in FIG. 11 , since the second transmission portion 920 is formed between the second wall 480 and the second compressor 220B which is arranged closer to the second wall 480 than the first wall 470, the operator can access the second transmission portion 920 easily after detaching the second wall 480. Accordingly, the operator can perform the repair or the check of the second transmission portion 920 easily.
  • a driving portion may be supported by a support member different from a support member which supports a compressor.
  • the driving portion and the compressor may be mounted to a common support member. In this case, an error relating to a relative position between the driving portion and the compressor is decreased.
  • a technique for decreasing an error relating to a relative position between a driving portion and a compressor will be described.
  • a support plate 481 comprises a right support plate 482, a left support plate 483 and a lower support plate 484.

  • a plurality of through holes is formed in each of the right support plate 482, the left support plate 483 and the lower plate 485 of the lower support plate 484.
  • Each through hole is formed after the right support plate 482 and the left support plate 483 are welded to the lower support plate 484. Accordingly, a relative relation of positions of the through holes is substantially equal to a positional relation defined by a design drawing.
  • the through hole formed in the right support plate 482 is used for mounting a first compressor 210B.
  • the through hole formed in the left support plate 483 is used for mounting a second compressor 220B.
  • the through hole formed in the lower plate 485 of the lower support plate 484 is used for mounting a first driving portion 810 and a second driving portion 820.
  • an upper surface is exemplarily shown by upper surfaces of the right support plate 482 and the left support plate 483.
  • a lower surface is exemplarily shown by a lower surface of the lower plate 485 of the lower support plate 484.

Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de compression d'air (100; 100A; 100B) comprenant :
    un premier compresseur (210; 210A; 210B) comprenant une première paroi d'orifice (213; 213A; 213B) dans laquelle un premier orifice d'aspiration (214; 214B) est formé;
    un second compresseur (220; 220A; 220B) comprenant une seconde paroi d'orifice (223; 223A; 223B) dans laquelle un second orifice d'aspiration (224; 224B) est formé ; dans lequel
    la première paroi d'orifice (213; 213A; 213B) et la seconde paroi d'orifice (223; 223A; 223B) sont agencées de manière à se faire face,
    dans lequel le dispositif de compression d'air (100; 100A; 100B) comprend en outre :
    un tuyau d'aspiration (300; 300B) qui guide de l'air vers le premier orifice d'aspiration (214; 214B) et le second orifice d'aspiration (224; 224B), dans lequel
    le tuyau d'aspiration (300; 300B) est disposé entre la première paroi d'orifice (213; 213A; 213B) et la seconde paroi d'orifice (223; 223A; 223B), dans lequel le tuyau d'aspiration (300B) comprend un conduit d'aspiration (310B) s'étendant le long de la première paroi d'orifice (213B), un tuyau de connexion (312B) comprenant une première extrémité (315) connectée au conduit d'aspiration (310B) et une seconde extrémité (316) connectée au premier orifice d'aspiration (214B) et un joint d'étanchéité Trim Seal® (333) qui étanchéifie un espace intermédiaire entre le conduit d'aspiration (310B) et la première extrémité (315).
  2. Dispositif de compression d'air (100A; 1008) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un tuyau de distribution (500; 500B) qui reçoit un premier air comprimé venant d'un premier orifice de distribution (215) formé dans la première paroi d'orifice (213A; 213B), et reçoit un second air comprimé venant d'un second orifice de distribution (225) formé dans la seconde paroi d'orifice (223A; 223B),
    le premier air comprimé est généré par l'air entrant par le premier orifice d'aspiration (214; 214B) qui est comprimé par le premier compresseur (210A; 210B),
    le second air comprimé est généré par l'air entrant par le second orifice d'aspiration (224; 224B) qui est comprimé par le second compresseur (220A; 220B).
  3. Dispositif de compression d'air (100B) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel
    le tuyau de distribution (500B) comprend un collecteur (531) dans lequel le premier air comprimé et le second air comprimé se rejoignent et un premier élément de fixation (534; 535) qui fixe le collecteur (531) sur au moins le premier compresseur (210B) et/ou le second compresseur (220B),
    le premier élément de fixation (534; 535) comprend une première structure d'ajustement (565; 566; 576) qui permet d'ajuster une position relative du collecteur (531) par rapport au premier compresseur (210B) et au second compresseur (220B).
  4. Dispositif de compression d'air (100B) selon la revendication 3, comprenant en outre un second élément de fixation (580) qui fixe le tuyau de distribution (500B) sur la première paroi d'orifice (213B) à une position différente d'une position où le premier orifice d'aspiration (214B) est formé.
  5. Dispositif de compression d'air (100B) selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel
    le tuyau de distribution (500B) comprend un tuyau d'extrémité de base (511) et un tuyau coudé,
    le tuyau d'extrémité de base (511) s'étend du premier orifice de distribution (215) vers la seconde paroi d'orifice (223B),
    le tuyau coudé se courbe à partir du tuyau d'extrémité de base (511) et guide le premier air compressé vers le collecteur (531),
    le tuyau coudé comprend une seconde structure d'ajustement qui ajuste une longueur d'une section guide s'étendant du tuyau d'extrémité de base (511) vers le collecteur (531).
  6. Dispositif de compression d'air (100B) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, comprenant en outre :
    une première partie d'entraînement (810) qui génère une première force d'entraînement destinée à entraîner le premier compresseur (210B) ;
    une première partie de transmission (910) qui transmet la première force d'entraînement au premier compresseur (210B) ;
    une seconde partie d'entraînement (820) qui génère une seconde force d'entraînement destinée à entraîner le second compresseur (220B) ;
    une seconde partie de transmission (920) qui transmet la seconde force d'entraînement au second compresseur (220B) ; et
    un carter (400B) qui forme un espace de logement dans lequel sont logés le premier compresseur (210B), le second compresseur (220B), la première partie d'entraînement (810), la première partie de transmission (910), la seconde partie d'entraînement (820) et la seconde partie de transmission (920), dans lequel
    le carter (400B) comprend une paroi circonférentielle extérieure (440) incluant une première paroi (470) et une seconde paroi (480),
    la première paroi (470) est positionnée verticalement près de la première partie de transmission (910),
    la seconde paroi (480) est positionnée verticalement près de la seconde partie de transmission (920).
  7. Dispositif de compression d'air (100B) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel
    le carter (400B) comprend une plaque supérieure (420) destinée à être reliée à un véhicule, une plaque inférieure (430) située en dessous de la plaque supérieure (420), une paroi circonférentielle extérieure (440) positionnée verticalement entre la plaque supérieure (420) et la plaque inférieure (430) et une plaque de support (481) positionnée horizontalement entre la plaque supérieure (420) et la plaque inférieure (430) et supportant le premier compresseur (210B) et le second compresseur (220B),
    la plaque de support (481) comprend une surface supérieure sur laquelle le premier compresseur (210B) et le second compresseur (220B) sont montés et une surface inférieure sur laquelle la première partie d'entraînement (810) et la seconde partie d'entraînement (820) sont montées.
  8. Dispositif de compression d'air (100B) selon la revendication 6 ou 7, comprenant en outre :
    un dispositif ventilateur (710; 720) comprenant une pale de ventilateur qui tourne pour générer de l'air de refroidissement qui refroidit le premier compresseur (210B) ; et
    un cadre de réglage d'écoulement d'air de refroidissement (730) disposé entre le dispositif ventilateur (710; 720) et le premier compresseur (210B), dans lequel
    le cadre de réglage d'écoulement d'air de refroidissement (730) comprend une première plaque de réglage (731) qui est située face au dispositif ventilateur (710; 720) et une seconde plaque de réglage (732) située face au premier compresseur (210B),
    une ouverture circulaire est formée dans la première plaque de réglage (731),
    une ouverture rectangulaire est formée dans la seconde plaque de réglage (732).
