Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif (10) destiné à fabriquer des sacs d'emballage (1) à partir d'au moins une bande de matériau d'emballage (20), le dispositif comprenant au moins un moyen de formage (13, 106) destiné à former un sac d'emballage (1) à partir de la bande de matériau d'emballage (20), au moins un moyen de scellement (45, 60, 74) destiné à former au moins une couture longitudinale et/ou transversale (5) du sac d'emballage (1), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un poste d'application de colle (9) est prévu au moyen duquel une couche de colle (82) peut être effectuée sur la bande de papier de matériau d'emballage (20) en papier pour fixer au moins un bec verseur (78) sur le sac d'emballage (1), et en ce qu'au moins une unité d'étanchéité (86) est prévue pour réactiver, notamment liquéfier, la couche de colle (82) pour fixer le bec verseur (78) sur le sac d'emballage (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poste d'application de colle (9) est adapté pour appliquer une couche de colle (82) au moins partiellement annulaire et/ou en forme de bec verseur sur la bande de matériau d'emballage (20).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le poste d'application de colle (9) comporte au moins deux moyens d'application (111, 112) qui interviennent sur des côtés différents de la bande de matériau d'emballage (20).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un moyen d'amenée (84) destiné à au moins un bec verseur (78) est prévu pour amener le bec verseur (78) à l'unité de scellement (86).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de scellement (86) est conçue de manière à presser contre le moyen de formage (13, 106) lors de la fixation du bec verseur (78).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le poste d'application de colle (9) comporte une pluralité de buses pouvant être commandées indépendamment les unes des autres.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de scellement (86) comprend au moins un moyen de réception destiné à recevoir le bec verseur (78).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de scellement (86) est conçue pour être pivotante entre le moyen d'amenée (84) et la couche de colle (82).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de formage (13, 106) fait partie d'une machine à roue de mandrinage et/ou d'une machine de fabrication de sac tubulaire.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de scellement (86) destinée à la réactivation, notamment à la liquéfaction, de la colle (80) effectue un chauffage de la colle appliquée (80) dans une plage de température comprise entre 100 et 200°C et/ou un chauffage pendant une durée comprise entre 150 et 400 ms, de manière particulièrement préférée de 200 ms.
  11. Procédé de fabrication de sacs d'emballage (1) à partir d'au moins une bande de matériau d'emballage (20), au moins un sac d'emballage (1) étant formé à partir de la bande de matériau d'emballage (20) à l'aide d'un moyen de formage (13, 106), au moins une couture longitudinale et/ou transversale (5) du sac d'emballage (1) étant formée, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une couche de colle (82) est appliquée sur la bande de matériau d'emballage (20) en papier pour fixer un bec verseur (78), et en ce que le bec verseur (78) est appliqué sur la couche de colle (82).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication de procédé précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une unité de scellement (86) destinée à réactiver, notamment à liquéfier, la colle (80) effectue un chauffage de la colle appliquée (80) dans une plage de température comprise entre 100 et 200°C et/ou pendant une durée comprise entre 150 et 400 ms, de manière particulièrement préférée de 200 ms.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bec verseur (78) est amené, retiré d'une unité de scellement (86) et amené à la couche de colle (82).
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche de colle (82) est appliquée de préférence sous une forme au moins partiellement annulaire et/ou de bec verseur sur un côté extérieur (90) du sac d'emballage (1).
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux moyens d'application (111, 112) appliquent une colle (80) sur différents côtés de la bande de matériau d'emballage (20) .
