Claims (9)

  1. Wärmeaustauscher mit einer Vielzahl von gestapelten Platten (3), die einen Wärmeaustausch zwischen einem ersten Fluid und einem zweiten Fluid ermöglichen sollen, die in Kontakt mit den Platten (3) umlaufen, wobei der Wärmeaustauscher eine Flasche (11) für das erste Fluid aufweist, wobei die Platten (3) mit Zwischenöffnungen (69b, 75) versehen sind, die einen Umlauf des ersten Fluids zwischen den Platten (3) und der Flasche (11) ermöglichen, wobei die Zwischenöffnungen (69b, 75) entlang einer Richtung angeordnet sind, die im Wesentlichen quer zu einer Hauptrichtung der Längsausdehnung jeder Platte (3) verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenöffnungen (69b, 75) eine längliche und/oder langgezogene Form gemäß einer Strömungsrichtung des zweiten Fluids (3) aufweisen.
  2. Wärmeaustauscher nach dem vorausgehenden Anspruch, bei dem die Platten (3) ausgebildet sind, um jeweils zwei Bestandteile (130, 150) zu definieren, wobei der erste Bestandteil (130) einen Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem ersten Fluid und dem zweiten Fluid vor Durchgang des ersten Fluids in die Flasche (11) ermöglicht und der zweite Bestandteil (150) einen Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem ersten Fluid und dem zweiten Fluid nach Durchgang des ersten Fluids in die Flasche (11) ermöglicht, wobei die Zwischenöffnungen (69b, 75) zwischen dem ersten (130) und dem zweiten (150) Bestandteil angeordnet sind.
  3. Wärmeaustauscher nach dem vorausgehenden Anspruch, bei dem die ersten Bestandteile (130) der Platten (3) eine Kondensationszone (13) definieren und die zweiten Bestandteile (150) eine Unterkühlungszone (15) definieren.
  4. Wärmeaustauscher nach dem vorausgehenden Anspruch, bei dem eine erste der Zwischenöffnungen (69b, 75) einen Umlauf des ersten Fluids von der Kondensationszone (13) zur Flasche (11) ermöglicht, eine zweite der Zwischenöffnungen (69b, 75) einen Umlauf des ersten Fluids von der Flasche (11) zur Unterkühlungszone (15) ermöglicht.
  5. Wärmeaustauscher nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Platten (3) darüber hinaus eine zusätzliche Öffnung (73), die so genannte Öffnung zum Umlauf in Durchgängen, aufweisen, die mit den ersten und zweiten Zwischenöffnungen (69b, 75) ausgerichtet ist.
  6. Wärmeaustauscher nach dem vorausgehenden Anspruch, bei dem die Öffnung (73) zum Umlauf in Durchgängen mindestens einer der Platten (3), der so genannten Sekundärplatte, blockiert ist, um den Umlauf des ersten Fluids in mehreren Durchgängen in der Kondensationszone (13) zu ermöglichen.
  7. Wärmeaustauscher nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, bei dem sich die Flasche (11) in der Hauptrichtung der Platten erstreckt.
  8. Wärmeaustauscher nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Wärmeaustauscher mit Eingangsrohren (19i) und Ausgangsrohren (19o) ausgestattet ist, wobei sich die Flasche (11) und die Rohre (19i, 19o) auf derselben Seite (17) wie der Wärmeaustauscher befinden, der so genannten Oberseite.
  9. Wärmeaustauscher nach dem vorausgehenden Anspruch, bei jede der Zwischenöffnungen (69b, 75, 73) eine Breite aufweist, die gemäß einer Richtung quer zur Hauptrichtung der Längsausdehnung gemessen wird und über nahezu die gesamte Länge der Öffnung in einer Strömungsrichtung des zweiten Fluids abnimmt.
