Definitions
- the present invention relates to a fitting for a sliding door, by means of which the sliding door from a closed, at least one adjacent front substantially flush position is parallel off, then at least partially moved in front of an adjacent front, and a method for mounting a guide fitting ,
- DE 10 201 1050 604 A1 discloses a sliding door fitting by means of which a sliding door can be moved from a flush-mounted position into an offset position in order to be moved from the offset position into a sliding direction in front of an adjacent sliding door.
- Such sliding door fittings allow for a flat design with sliding door cabinets, however, it can happen with heavy sliding doors that they collide when moving from the common plane, especially if too early lateral forces are applied to the sliding door.
- a fitting for a sliding door which effectively prevents a collision of a sliding door during movement from a flush positioning in a parallel position to at least one adjacent front in a simple structural design and precise guidance of a sliding door to be opened guaranteed.
- a guide fitting should be easy to assemble.
- the fitting for a movable sliding door comprises a guide fitting by means of which at least part of the path of the sliding door is guided from the closed position into a position in parallel.
- the guide fitting can thus ensure that at a Initial opening movement, in which a sliding door and an adjacent front are separated by a joint gap, a
- a guide of the openable sliding door preferably in a direction almost orthogonal to the displacement direction of the sliding door, is effected.
- the distance of the guide can be at least as long as the thickness of the adjacent front, preferably in a range between 1 5 mm to 40 mm, depending on the thickness of the adjacent front.
- the guide fitting comprises a first fixable on the furniture body part and a second fixable on the sliding door part.
- a part of the guide fitting may have a U-shaped receptacle, in which engages a guide part of the other part.
- One leg of the U-shaped receptacle then serves to guide the guide part, wherein the U-shaped receptacle also ensures an exact positioning in the closed position.
- the guide member may have a rotatably mounted roller which engages in the receptacle.
- the roller can be made of plastic or have a sheath made of plastic or an elastomeric material. If the roller has a softer material at least on its surface, it can also be used as an abutment in an open position when the opened sliding door is at least partially disposed in front of an adjacent front, so that the role of the guide fitting as a spacer between the sliding door and the adjacent Front serves. The softer surface of the roll then avoids damage to the adjacent front.
- the guide part is fixed to an angle-shaped holder, which is arranged on a rear side of the sliding door. As a result, the guide fitting can be easily retrofitted to existing sliding door systems.
- the U-shaped receptacle can be fixed to an underside of the upper floor of the furniture body, so that the guide fitting is arranged in a little visible area.
- the guide fitting is mounted independently and separately from a holding fitting for holding and controlled movement of the sliding door, so that an optimal alignment of the guide fitting is possible. ever according to the width and length of the sliding door, the guide fitting can be mounted in different positions on the furniture body and the sliding door.
- adjacent front is to be understood in particular a second movable sliding door, which is movably held on a cabinet.
- a front such as a closed door, a revolving door or one or more drawers with front panel (s) are conceivable.
- a first part of the guide fitting is first fixed to a furniture carcass and a second part of the guide fitting is prefixed to the sliding door. Subsequently, the sliding door is closed to align the second part relative to the first part. After aligning the sliding door is opened and fixed the second part of the guide fitting.
- Figures 1 A and 1 B show two views of a piece of furniture with a fitting according to the invention for a sliding door;
- FIGs 2A and 2B show two views of the furniture of Figure 1 with opened
- FIGS. 3A to 3C show several views of a piece of furniture according to the invention in a closed position
- FIGS 4A to 4C show several views of the furniture of Figure 3 during the
- FIGS. 5A to 5C show several views of the furniture of FIG. 3 with the sliding door in parallel;
- Figure 6 is a perspective view of the guide fitting of the furniture of Figures 1 and 3;
- Figures 7A and 7B show two views of the guide fitting of Figure 6, and Figures 8A and 8B show two views of a part of the guide fitting.
- a piece of furniture 1, in particular a cupboard furniture, comprises a furniture body 2, on the front side of which two sliding doors 3 and 4 are movably mounted by means of fittings.
- the sliding doors 3 and 4 In a closed position, the sliding doors 3 and 4 are arranged substantially flush, and for opening a sliding door 3 or 4 can be pulled forward in order to then be moved from a parallel parked position in front of the adjacent sliding door 3 or 4.
- fittings are known per se, and the fitting for holding the sliding door 3 or 4 may be formed as described in the application DE 1 0 201 3 1 04 436 A1.
- the fitting for moving the sliding door 3 comprises a holding fitting 6 consisting of carriage arrangements, pushing devices and control devices, which holds the sliding door 3, 4 on the one hand, and a controlled movement of a sliding door 3, 4 relative to another sliding door 3, 4 on the other hand a flush in a parallel position and vice versa allows. Furthermore, the fitting comprises an upper link 5, which holds and guides the sliding door 3, 4 on the opposite side to the retaining fitting 6. With the retaining fitting 6 and the upper arm 5, the sliding door 3 is thus held and allows a guide to move them first from a closed position to a parallel parked position, from which the sliding door 3 then move into a position in front of the adjacent sliding door 4 can be as shown in Figures 2A and 2B.
- a guide fitting Spaced apart from the upper link 5, a guide fitting is provided, by means of which the sliding door 3 is guided from a closed position over at least part of the path in the parallel parked position.
- the guide fitting comprises a fixable on the sliding door 3 part 7 and a fixed to the top floor of the furniture body 2 part.
- a guide part 8 in the form of a rotatably mounted roller is provided, which consists of plastic or has a jacket of an elastomeric material or plastic.
- the coordinate system shown in FIG. 1A shows, on the one hand, the coordinate direction (X), which describes the direction of displacement of the sliding door, and the coordinate direction (Y), which describes the depth direction orthogonal to the displacement direction (X). Finally, the coordinate direction (Z) describes the height direction.
- the guide through the guide fitting takes place essentially in the Y direction.
- FIGS. 3A to 3C the closed position of the sliding door 3 of a piece of furniture is shown, which is designed as in FIG. 1, but the guide fitting with the part 7 fixable on the sliding door and the part 1 0 which can be fixed on the furniture body is approximately centered on the sliding door 3 arranged.
- the adjacent sliding doors 3 and 4 are aligned flush and form on the outside of a common surface on a plane.
- the guide fitting can also be positioned off-center, as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
- a positioning of the guide fitting eccentrically in the direction of the other sliding door 4 causes a better support of the sliding door 3 in the open position, while a positioning of the guide fitting eccentrically opposite to the direction to the other sliding door 4 ensures better accessibility for the adjustment and fixation of the guide fitting.
- the guide fitting is mounted independently of the retaining fitting 6 for holding and controlled movement of the sliding door 3 and can be retrofitted even with existing sliding door cabinets without much effort.
- the sliding door 3 is now moved in the direction of a parallel parked position (FIGS. 4A to 4C), the sliding door 3 is held over the handlebar 5 and the retaining fitting 6 of the fitting.
- the movement of the sliding door 3 in the parallel parked position must be relatively accurate, since between the adjacent sliding doors 3 and 4, only a small gap gap, for example, 0.5 mm to 5 mm, in particular 1 mm to 4 mm, is present, so that in particular In the case of high, narrow sliding doors 3 and unfavorable force introduction point when a force acts in the direction of the sliding door 4, a collision of the end edges of the sliding doors 3, 4 could occur, which is even more likely due to tolerances within the system.
- a guide fitting is provided which the sliding door 3 in Direction of parallel parked position leads in a fixed path.
- the fixable on the furniture body 2 Part 1 0 a U-shaped receptacle 1 1, in which engages a guide member 8 of the fixed to the sliding door 3 holder 7.
- At least one of the legs of the U-shaped receptacle 1 1 then performs the slide door 3 such that it can be moved past the front side of the adjacent sliding door 4 without collision, as can be seen in detail in Figure 4C.
- FIGS. 5A to 5C the parallel position of the sliding door 3 is shown, in which it is arranged in a spaced-apart plane in front of the adjacent one
- Sliding door 4 is positioned.
- the guide part 8 on the holder 7, the U-shaped receptacle 1 1 leave, so that the sliding door 3 can now be moved in translation in front of the sliding door 4 via the mounting bracket 6 and the handlebar 5.
- the guide on the U-shaped receptacle 1 1 and the guide member 8 is at least as long effective as the sliding door 3 is adjacent to an end edge to the front edge of the sliding door 4.
- the guide fitting comprises the angular holder 7 which can be fixed on the sliding door 3 and has a vertical section 15 in which two horizontal elongated holes 16 are formed. From the vertical portion 1 5 extends a horizontal portion 1 7, in which a bearing 1 8 is formed for an axis 9 for the rotatable roller, which acts as a guide member 8.
- the fixable to the furniture body 2 Part 1 0 is designed as a housing, in particular made of plastic, and comprises a U-shaped receptacle 1 1 for guiding the roller 8. Furthermore, openings 1 2 are formed on the part 1 0 to the part 10 via To fix several screws on a top floor of a furniture body 2.
- FIGS. 7A and 7B the guide fitting is shown in the engaged position when the sliding door 3 is in the closed position.
- the roller 8 is substantially positively against a bottom of the receptacle 1 1, so that as a result of this forced operation, a movement of the sliding door 3 is made possible only in the parallel parked position without the end edges of the sliding doors 3, 4 to collide with each other.
- the U-shaped receptacle 1 1 can easily spread open to avoid jamming the sliding door 3 on the guide fitting.
- the axis 9 can also be provided with a thread 20 and a drive 1 9, here a hexagon drive, in order to realize a height adjustment of the guide fitting can. This is required, for example, to compensate for tolerances.
- the bearing 1 8 is equipped with a complementary internal thread.
- the trained as a roller guide member 8 is arranged as previously rotatable on the axis 9.
- the part 10 with the U-shaped receptacle 1 1 can also optionally spring-loaded on the furniture body 2 or the sliding door 3 are set to make the guide in the U-shaped receptacle 1 1 variable, for example, if different from the standard Door thicknesses are provided or if a larger distance between the sliding door 3 and adjacent front 4 is desired or required for parallel position.
- the part 10 is first fixed to a bottom of an upper floor by means of screws. Subsequently, the second part 7 is prefixed to the sliding door 3 by screws screwed into the slots 1 6, but not yet tightened. Subsequently, the sliding door 3 is closed, the part 7 being aligned relative to the part 10 via the guide part 8. After opening, the part 7 in the now aligned position finally be determined by tightening the screws in the slots 1 6. As a result, the guide fitting can be fixed freely along the width of the sliding door 3 in the desired position.
- the guide fitting is fixed to the top floor of a furniture body 2. It is of course also possible to fix the guide fitting on the top of the topsoil or down to the bottom of the furniture body. 2
- the guide fitting is fixed to the sliding door 3 on the side facing the sliding door 4, whereas in FIGS. 3 to 5 it is positioned substantially centrally on the sliding door 3.
- the positioning The guide fitting is essentially freely selectable depending on the installation situation. Furthermore, it is of course also possible to provide more than one guide fitting per sliding door.
- the part 10 is fixed to the furniture body with the U-shaped receptacle 1 1, while the guide member 8 is fixed to the sliding door 3. It is of course also possible to fix the U-shaped receptacle or a strip-shaped guide element on the sliding door 3, while the guide member 8 is arranged on the furniture body 2.
