Claims (15)

  1. Oszillationsvorrichtung (1) für einen Stuhl, umfassend:
    - einen ersten Körper (2), der auf einem Halterungsschaft (3) des Stuhls in Eingriff gelangen kann;
    - einen zweiten Körper (4), der geeignet ist, um einen Sitz des Stuhls zu stützen und der auf dem ersten Körper (2) montiert ist, sodass er um eine Schwenkachse (X) im Vergleich zu einer Ruhekonfiguration, in der der zweite Körper (4) keinen externen Schwingungskräften unterliegt, vor- und zurückschwingt;
    - zwei Stäbe (5), die durchführend durch jeweilige Schlitze (6), die in gegenständigen Wänden (2') des ersten Körpers (2) ausgebildet sind, angeordnet sind;
    - Eingriffsmittel (8), die zwischen dem zweiten Körper (4) und dem ersten Körper (2) eingesetzt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die zwei Stäbe (5) in den Schlitzen (6) bewegbar sind;
    - die Oszillationsvorrichtung elastische Mittel (7) umfasst, die zwischen den zwei Stäben (5) eingesetzt und ausgelegt sind, um auf eine Änderung des Abstands zwischen den zwei Stäben (5) im Vergleich zur Ruhekonfiguration zu reagieren, und dadurch, dass die Eingriffsmittel ausgelegt sind, um den zweiten Körper (4) mit den Stäben (5) zu greifen, sodass einer der Stäbe (5) nach der Anwendung einer externen Schwingungskraft in Vorwärts- oder Rückwärtsrichtung auf den zweiten Körper (4) in den jeweiligen Schlitzen (6) verschoben wird und eine Änderung des Abstands zwischen den zwei Stäben (5) bewirkt.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Eingriffsmittel (8) so ausgelegt sind, dass der andere Stab (5) nach der Anwendung der externen Schwingungskraft stationär in den jeweiligen Schlitzen (6) bleibt.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Eingriffsmittel (8) ausgelegt sind, um den zweiten Körper (4) mit den Stäben (5) durch einen Kontakt zu greifen.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Körper (2) zwei Paar Schlitze (6) aufweist, mit denen jeweils die zwei Stäbe (5) in Eingriff gelangen, wobei ein jedes Paar Schlitze (6) an gegenständigen Wänden (2') des ersten Körpers (2) ausgebildet ist, wobei ein jeder der Schlitze (6) einen ersten Anschlagsabschnitt (6a) und einen zweiten Anschlagsabschnitt (6b) aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die ersten Anschlagsabschnitte (6a), die an einer selben Wand (2') des ersten Körpers (2) ausgebildet sind, gegenständig zueinander angeordnet sind und die zweiten Anschlagsabschnitte (6b), die an einer selben Wand (2') des ersten Körpers (2) ausgebildet sind, gegenständig zueinander angeordnet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei die Stäbe (5) während der Ruhekonfiguration in Kontakt mit den jeweiligen ersten Anschlagsabschnitten (6a) oder nahe an diesen angeordnet sind, und auf der anderen Seite ein erster Stab (5') während einer Schwenkkonfiguration, in der eine externe Schwingungskraft mit einem Wert, der nicht gleich null ist, angewandt wird, von den ersten Anschlagsabschnitten (6a) der jeweiligen ersten Schlitze (6'), in die der erste Stab (5') eingefügt ist, gehalten bleibt, und ein zweiter Stab (5") sich hinführend zu den zweiten Anschlagsabschnitten (6b) zweiter Schlitze (6") bewegt, in die der zweite Stab (5") eingefügt ist, sodass die elastischen Mittel (7) aktiviert werden.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5 oder 6, wobei die ersten Anschlagsabschnitte (6a) innenseitige Anschlagsabschnitte sind und die zweiten Anschlagsabschnitte (6b) außenseitige Anschlagsabschnitte sind und wobei die elastischen Mittel (7) in Ausdehnung aktiviert werden.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Eingriffsmittel (8) Rippen (8a) umfassen, die fest mit dem zweiten Körper (4) verbunden und ausgelegt sind, um gegen Eingriffsabschnitte (5a) der Stäbe (5) anzuschlagen.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Eingriffsabschnitte (5a) der Stäbe (5) Endabschnitte der Stäbe (5) sind, die außerhalb des ersten Körpers (2) angeordnet sind, und wobei die Rippen (8a) an der Innenseite des zweiten Körpers (4) angeordnet sind.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, wenn dieser von Anspruch 7 abhängt, wobei die Rippen (8a) zwischen den Eingriffsabschnitten (5a) der Stäbe (5', 5") eingesetzt sind, und wobei die ersten Eingriffsabschnitte (6a) proximal zueinander angeordnet sind.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die elastischen Mittel (7) mindestens eine Feder (7a) umfassen, die mit einer Vorspannung versehen ist und deren Enden mit den zwei Stäben (5) verbunden sind.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die elastischen Mittel (7) im ersten Körper (2) angeordnet sind.
  13. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich die Schlitze (6) entlang eines Wegs erstrecken, der einen Kreisbogen bildet, dessen Mitte auf der Schwingungsachse (X) angeordnet ist, in dem sich die Stäbe (5) entlang sich parallel erstreckender Richtungen (Y) erstrecken, die wiederum parallel zur Schwingungsachse (X) angeordnet sind, wobei die Schwingungsachse (X) unter den Stäben (5) liegt.
  14. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Vorrichtung zudem einen Schwenkzapfen (9) umfasst, der sich entlang der Schwingungsachse (X) erstreckt und an entweder am ersten Körper (2) oder am zweiten Körper (4) angebracht ist, wobei der Schwenkzapfen (9) drehbar mit dem anderen Körper, jeweils entweder dem ersten Körper (2) oder dem zweiten Körper (4) durch Einsetzen einer Buchse (10) verbunden ist.
  15. Stuhl, umfassend eine Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Halterungsschaft (3) mit dem ersten Körper (2) im Eingriff ist und der Sitz mit dem zweiten Körper (4) im Eingriff ist.
