Claims (15)

  1. Mechanismus (1) zum Steuern der Kraft zum Kippen einer Rückenlehne (2) eines Stuhls (3), der eine Kastenstruktur (5) umfasst, die einem Sitz (4) zugeordnet ist, an dem, und im Gegensatz zu einem elastischen Element (10, 20, 21), die Rückenlehne (2) gelenkig gelagert ist, wobei:
    - das elastische Element (10, 20, 21) in der Kastenstruktur (5) entlang einer Längsachse (X-X, X'-X') eingerichtet ist; und
    - eine Anschlagvorrichtung (13) der Kastenstruktur (5) zugeordnet ist und konfiguriert ist, um mit dem elastischen Element (10, 20, 21) zusammenzuwirken;
    - das elastische Element (10, 20, 21) mit einer ersten Betriebsposition (P1) und mit wenigstens einer zweiten Betriebsposition (P2) versehen ist;
    - die Anschlagvorrichtung (13) einen umsetzbar bewegbaren Anschlagblock (14) umfasst;
    - Positionseinstellmittel (15) konfiguriert sind, um den Anschlagblock (14) wahlweise aus einer Ruheposition (P3) umzusetzen, wobei der Anschlagblock (14) von dem elastischen Element (10, 20, 21) in wenigstens eine Anstoßposition (P4) entkoppelt ist, wobei der Anschlagblock (14) an dem elastischen Element (10, 20, 21) anstößt, um die axiale Anordnung des elastischen Elements (10, 20, 21) entlang der Längsachse (X-X, X'-X') zu begrenzen und das elastische Element (10, 20, 21) in der wenigstens einen zweiten Betriebsposition (P2) anzuordnen.
  2. Mechanismus (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagvorrichtung (13) konfiguriert ist, um den Anschlagblock (14) entlang einer Richtung (Y-Y) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Längsachse (X-X, X'-X') umzusetzen.
  3. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagblock (14) und die Positionseinstellmittel (15) ein umsetzbar integrales Koppleln vorweisen.
  4. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionseinstellmittel (15) eine Steuerstange (40) umfassen, die mit dem Anschlagblock (14) gekoppelt ist und von der Kastenstruktur (5) seitlich vorsteht.
  5. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerstange (40) einen axialen Hohlraum (42) umfasst, der konfiguriert ist, um einen Stift (14b) fest aufzunehmen, der mit dem Anschlagblock (14) gekoppelt ist, der angepasst ist, um das umsetzbar integrale Koppeln mit der Steuerstange zu ermöglichen (40).
  6. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagblock (14) eine Parallelflachform aufweist, wobei der Stift (14b) von einer seitlichen Fläche (14a) axial vorsteht, wobei der Anschlagblock (14) innerhalb der Kastenstruktur (5) eingerichtet ist.
  7. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellmittel (15) ein Anstoßelement (35) umfassen, das zwischen dem Anschlagblock (14) und der Steuerstange (40) eingefügt ist, und konfiguriert ist, um zu ermöglichen, die Steuerstange (40) mit die Kastenstruktur (5) axial zu koppeln.
  8. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anstoßelement (35) eine Basisplatte (36) und eine Buchse (37) umfasst, wobei die Basisplatte (36) innerhalb der Kastenstruktur (5) gekoppelt ist und die Buchse (37) mit der Basisplatte (36) senkrecht gekoppelt ist und aus der Kastenstruktur (5) vorsteht.
  9. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (10, 20, 21) parallel nebeneinanderliegende erste und zweite Schraubenfedern (20, 21) umfasst.
  10. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch Umfassen der ersten befestigten Schraubenfeder (20), die entlang der Längsachse (X-X) eingerichtet ist, und der zweiten Schraubenfeder (21), die entlang einer weiteren Achse (X'-X') mit wenigstens einem nicht eingeschränkten Ende (21b) eingerichtet ist, wobei der Anschlagblock angepasst ist, um mit dem nicht eingeschränkten Ende (21b) zusammenzuwirken (13).
  11. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 10, gekennzeichnet durch Umfassen der ersten Schraubenfeder (20) und der zweiten Schraubenfeder (21), die zwischen einem oszillierenden Stift (9b) und einer vorderen Querwand (6c) eines Abstandshalters (25), der der Kastenstruktur (5) zugeordnet ist, axial eingefügt sind, wobei der oszillierende Stift (9b) mit entsprechenden Seitenwänden (6a und 6b) der Kastenstruktur (5) quer zugeordnet ist, wobei die Rückenlehne (2) gelenkig gelagert und mit den Seitenwänden (6a und 6b) mittels eines Querdrehstifts (9a) gekoppelt ist.
  12. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützabstandshalter (25) ein Hohlkörper ist, der eine im Wesentlichen Parallelflachform aufweist, wobei der Abstandshalter (25) eine Stützwand (25a) umfasst, die mit einem Loch (28) mit einem Gehäuseelement (29) versehen ist, das konfiguriert, um das nicht eingeschränkte Ende (21b) der zweiten Schraubenfeder (21) aufzunehmen.

Mechanismus nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagblock (14) innerhalb des Abstandshalters (25) eingerichtet und aus der Ruheposition (P3) bewegbar ist, wobei der Anschlagblock (14) zwischen der Seitenwand (6b) und dem Loch (28) des Abstandshalters (25) eingefügt ist, in die wenigstens eine Anstoßposition (P4), wobei der Anschlagblock (14) das Loch (28) wenigstens teilweise bedeckt, wobei der Anschlagblock (14) den axialen Hub der zweiten Schraubenfeder (21) begrenzt.
  14. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ferner einen Steuerkörper (30) umfasst, der angepasst ist, um eine Gasfeder zu betätigen, die dem Sitz (4) zugeordnet ist, wobei der Steuerkörper (30) eine kegelstumpfförmige Hohlform aufweist, die sich zu einem freien Ende (31) hin verjüngt, wobei der Steuerkörper (30) der Steuerstange (40) nach außen gerichtet und drehbar zugeordnet ist, die von dem freien Ende (31) vorsteht.
  15. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerkörper (30) einen Steuervorsprung (33), der von dem freien Ende (31) radial vorsteht, und einen Flansch (46) umfasst, der von einem gegenüberliegenden Ende (34) nach außen gerichtet und radial vorsteht, wobei der Flansch (46) mit einem Loch (46a) versehen ist, das angepasst ist, um zu ermöglichen, ein Hebelelement (47) zu koppeln, das aus einer Öffnung (39) hervorsteht, die in der Seitenwand (6b) der Kastenstruktur (5) vorhanden ist, wobei das Hebelelement (47) konfiguriert ist, um einen Aktivierungsknopf der Gasfeder zu betätigen.
