Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a swing door system for a passage of people.
  • swing door systems are used in the context of access controls, for example in companies, company buildings or airports, to check the access authorization of people and generally to control the access of people to a certain area in a building or the like.
  • Such a system is already from, for example EP 0 617 188 B1 known that relates to a swing door for a passage of people.
  • the pivoting door for a passage of people known from this document has a door leaf arranged on a housing, which is mounted so that it can be pivoted about a vertical axis with the aid of bearing elements, the door leaf being driven by an electric motor which is driven by a drive shaft intended for moving the door leaf is connected, which can optionally be connected upstream of a clutch and with a braking device which is intended for locking the door leaf in the starting position and in the open position.
  • swing doors are in the WO 86/00953 and the EP 0 423 016 A1 described. Such swing doors are for example from the EP 0 075 806 B1 and the DE 41 05 482 A1 known.
  • a swing door system for a person passage with the features of claim 1. It is provided that a swing door system for a person passage with a rigid base pillar, a pivot door bracket pivotally mounted on the base pillar, a door leaf held in the swing door holder with a front and is provided with a rear side, an access card reader and with a first sensor and with a second sensor, the first sensor monitoring an area in front of the front of the door leaf and the second sensor monitoring an area in front of the rear of the door leaf, the card reader being mounted in the Condition of the main pillar at the top of the main pillar, ie the uppermost region of the base column, is arranged, in particular above the swing door holder, the first sensor and the second sensor in the assembled state of the base column in the base column base, i.e.
  • the swing door system having a control unit by means of which the swing door is swung open in the direction of the area in front of the rear of the door leaf if the first sensor is used to access the person towards the front of the door leaf is detected and a correct access card is detected by means of the access card reader, and wherein the swing door system has a control unit, by means of which the swing door is swung open in the direction of the area in front of the front of the door leaf when a person accesses the rear by means of the second sensor of the door leaf is detected and a correct access card is detected by means of the access card reader.
  • the invention is based on the basic idea that both the area in front of and behind the door leaf of the swing door system is monitored by means of one sensor each, so that depending on the direction of the access of persons, the swing door system is able to open the door leaf of the swing door accordingly, namely following the direction of entry. This prevents the door leaf and the person entering from colliding when the swing door swings open.
  • the combination with the card reader makes it possible on the one hand to reliably recognize a person's access and at the same time to recognize them To request access authorization. Both the entry and exit of a building can thus be effectively controlled, ie it is possible to make both entry and exit of the building dependent on a successful verification of a person's access authorization. If the access control is carried out by means of successful access card recognition by the access card reader, the door leaf can then simply be swung open in the desired and necessary direction and the passage can thereby be released.
  • the swing door holder is arranged in a central area in the base column. Such an arrangement selects a position which is favorable with regard to the dynamics of the swing door system. Swiveling the door leaf up and down is thereby simplified.
  • the swing door holder is surrounded both from above and from below by parts of the basic pillar, which makes a visually appealing impression, but at the same time also a safe covering of the moving parts as well as the necessary electronics and drive mechanism is possible. This can significantly improve the operational safety of the swing door system.
  • the card reader is in the assembled state of the basic column on the basic column head, i.e. the uppermost area of the main pillar.
  • the card reader is arranged above the swing door holder. This area of the basic pillar is easily accessible for a person approaching the swing door system and is therefore well suited to attaching the card reader there.
  • the card reader is also illuminated and transmits information to the person to whom it is concerned via corresponding color schemes and backlit areas in the card reader. It is conceivable, for example, that in a stand-by mode the base column head has circular, circular blue lighting or generally blue lighting, which is realized, for example, by correspondingly backlit surfaces. If the Access card reader is activated by hanging up or bringing an access card in the vicinity, with correct identification and release after a successful access authorization check, a green backlighting can take place. If the access is refused, red backlighting can take place.
  • the first sensor and the second sensor are in the assembled state of the base column in the base column base, i.e. arranged in the lower area of the main pillar.
  • the first sensor and the second sensor are arranged below the swing door holder.
  • the arrangement in the base pillar in the base pillar base has the advantage that the installation space located there can be selected and exploited inexpensively.
  • the mechanical loads, in particular vibrations are lower in the base pillar base and that there is an improved attachment or insertion of the electronics for the sensors.
  • the swing door system has a control unit, by means of which the swing door can be swung open in the direction of the area in front of the rear of the door leaf, if a person access is detected in the direction of the front of the door leaf by means of the first sensor and a correct access card is detected by the access reader.
  • This results in a harmonious access process which includes the access of the person to the front of the door leaf, the placement or proximity of the access card to the access card reader and then the swiveling of the door leaf in the desired direction, namely away from the person entering in the direction that the person wants to enter.
  • the swing door system has a control unit, by means of which the swing door can be swung open in the direction of the area in front of the front of the door leaf if an entry of persons towards the back of the door leaf is detected by means of the second sensor and a correct access card is detected by means of the access card reader.
  • the swing door system has an alarm unit, by means of which an alarm can be issued or pivoting of the swing door is not permitted if the first sensor and the second sensor simultaneously allow people to access both the front and the rear of the door leaf is detected. This can prevent a possible collision of the door leaf with one of the people.
  • the first sensor and the second sensor can be capacitive sensors. This measuring principle takes advantage of the fact that the entry of a person into the monitored area disturbs or changes the electrical field and the capacitance located there.
  • the first sensor and the second sensor are ultrasonic sensors. Ultrasound can be used to easily monitor whether a person has approached the swing door system or not.
  • first sensor and the second sensor are radar sensors.
  • can also be provided to enable redundant monitoring of a person's access.
  • the access card reader can be an access card reader that works according to the so-called MIFARE standard or that uses RFID technologies or the like.
  • Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a swing door system 10 according to the invention for a passage of people.
  • the swing door system 10 has a rigid base pillar 12 which, in its assembled state (as in FIG Fig. 1 shown) has a base column base 14 in its lower region and a base column head 16 in its upper region.
  • a pivot door holder 18 is provided in the base column 12 so that it can pivot, which can rotate relative to the base column 12.
  • the swing door holder 18 holds a door leaf 20.
  • the door leaf 20 can be made of different materials, preferably glass, stainless steel, wood or other suitable materials.
  • a glass door can be illuminated glass. It is also conceivable that information is introduced into the glass by roughening, lasering or the like.
  • the surface of the base column 12 and also of the swing door holder 18 can be made of polished stainless steel, for example. In principle, it is conceivable to design the base pillar 12 and also the swing door holder 18 from identical material and from metal.
  • the base column 12 and also the swing door holder 18 can be essentially cylindrical. It is also conceivable in particular, basic pillar 12 and Swing door holder 18 with the same or substantially the same diameter.
  • the drive for the swing door holder 18 can be provided in the base column base 14.
  • a first sensor 22 and a second sensor 24 are provided and arranged in the base column base 14.
  • the first sensor 22 is used to monitor the area in front of the front 20a of the door panel 20 and the second sensor 24 is used to monitor the area in front of the rear 20b of the door panel 20.
  • the sensors 22, 24 are preferably capacitive sensors.
  • these sensors 22, 24 are designed as ultrasonic sensors or radar sensors. It is also conceivable to use a camera, for example that the first sensor 22 and also the second sensor 24 are each designed as a camera. Optical sensors could also be used, or other suitable sensor technologies.
  • a card reader 26 is incorporated in the base column head 16 on the top and quasi as an end surface.
  • the card reader 26 has an illumination 30 as the peripheral edge 28.
  • Access cards according to the MIFARE standard can be read out with the card reader 26. It is also conceivable to use RFID technology as an alternative.
  • Illumination 30 may be illuminated in multiple colors, and illumination 30 may be selected based on condition (as also described below).
  • the sensor 22 monitors the area in front of the front side 20a of the door leaf 20.
  • the sensor 24 monitors the area in front of the rear 20b of the door panel 20.
  • the senor 22 is oriented offset by an angle of approximately 45 ° with respect to the front side 20a of the door leaf 20, with other angles of for example approx. 30 °, approx. 40 ° and approx. 50 ° are conceivable, so that the sensor beam or the area S1 monitored by the sensor 22 is located in front of the front side 20a of the door leaf 20, so that approx. an area of one half a square meter or a square meter in front of the front 20a of the door panel 20 can be monitored.
  • the arrangement of the sensor 24 for monitoring the rear side 20b of the door leaf 20 is identical.
  • the function of the swing door system 10 can be roughly described as follows: If a person, who is not shown in detail, steps in the direction of the front 20a of the door leaf 20 and places an access card on the access card reader 26 or brings the access card near the access card reader 26, which can also work in a contactless manner, first of all by means of the Card reader 26 and the associated control electronics checks whether there is access authorization.
  • control electronics uses the sensor signal from the first sensor 22 to recognize the person's access to the front 20a of the door leaf 20, the existing access authorization and therefore swivels in order, for example, to allow the person to access the secure area.
  • the door leaf 20 by means of the drive motor of the swing door system 10 away from the person in the direction of the rear 20b of the door leaf 20, that is to say in the direction R1.
  • the exit control is carried out analogously to the entrance control, as described above.
  • the door panel 20 swivels in the direction of the front side 20a of the door panel 20, that is to say in the direction R2, and releases the passage.
  • the swing door system 10 recognizes that an exit control should take place.
  • the illumination 30 can switch from a standby state, which can be indicated, for example, by a blue color, to green in order to indicate correct access and the presence of an access authorization. If no correct access authorization is recognized, the illumination 30 can switch to red in the sense of a traffic light function.
  • the swing door system 10 can initially allow access to the first detected person.
  • the swing door system 10 can lock, ie not grant access to any person. For safety reasons, pivoting of the door leaf 20 can then be blocked.
