Claims (12)

  1. Schienenbefestigungsvorrichtung (10) zur Befestigung einer Schiene (11) an einer Struktur (12), aufweisend eine Basisplatte (16) und ein Befestigungselement (17), wobei die Basisplatte (16) dazu eingerichtet ist, an der Struktur (12) befestigt zu werden und eine Oberseite (19) mit einem Schienentragteil (20) und einen Träger (22) mit einer durchgehenden Öffnung (23) zur Aufnahme des Befestigungselements (17) aufweist, wobei das Befestigungselement (17) länglich ist und einen unteren Abschnitt, einen oberen Abschnitt, einen ersten Endabschnitt (28), einen zweiten Endabschnitt (29), einen Zwischenabschnitt (30) und eine Mittelachse (A) aufweist und eingerichtet ist, sich durch die Öffnung (23) zu erstrecken und teilweise einen Fuß (15) der Schiene (11) zur Befestigung der Schiene (11) an der Basisplatte (16) zu überragen, wobei die Öffnung (23) zumindest teilweise der Schiene (11) zugewandt ist, wenn die Schiene (11) durch das Schienentragteil (20) getragen wird und, wobei der erste Endabschnitt (28) des Befestigungselements (17) eingerichtet ist, durch die Öffnung (23) eingesetzt zu werden und den Fuß (15) der Schiene (11) zu überragen, wobei der erste Endabschnitt (28) des Befestigungselements (17) mit einer Abfasung (31) in dem unteren Abschnitt zum Erfassen des Fußes (15) der Schiene (11), wenn das Befestigungselement (17) durch die Öffnung (23) eingeführt wird, ausgebildet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der zweite Endabschnitt (29) des Befestigungselements (17) in dem unteren Abschnitt mit einer Abfasung (31) zum Erfassen der Basisplatte (16) ausgebildet ist, und das Befestigungselement (17) mit einer Krümmung ausgeführt ist, wobei der untere Abschnitt des Zwischenabschnitts (30) des Befestigungselements (17) konvex ist.
  2. Schienenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Abfasung (31) eine innere Abschrägung (32) aufweist, die weniger steil ist, als der übrige Teil der Abfasung (31).
  3. Schienenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der obere Abschnitt des Befestigungselements (17) konkav ist.
  4. Schienenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Zwischenabschnitt (30) des Befestigungselements (17) mit einem im Wesentlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt ausgebildet ist.
  5. Schienenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Befestigungselement (17), abgesehen von der Abfasung (31), mit einem im Wesentlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt ausgebildet ist.
  6. Schienenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Oberseite (19) der Basisplatte (16) Auflagen (22) mit Öffnungen (23) auf den dem Schienentragteil (20) gegenüberliegenden Seiten aufweist.
  7. Schienenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei sich die Öffnungen (23) der Auflagen (22) gegenüberstehen.
  8. Verfahren zur Befestigung einer Schiene (11) an einer Struktur (12) mittels einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) aufweisend eine Basisplatte und ein längliches Befestigungselement (17) aufweisend eine Krümmung mit einem konvexen unteren Abschnitt, einem oberen Abschnitt, einem ersten Endabschnitt (28), einem zweiten Endabschnitt (29), einem Zwischenabschnitt (30), einer Mittelachse (A), umfassend die Schritte
    a) Befestigen der Basisplatte (16) an der Struktur (12),
    b) Anordnen der Schiene (11) an einem Schienentragteil (20) an einer Oberseite der Basisplatte,
    c) Einsetzen des ersten Endabschnitts (28) des Befestigungselements (17) in Richtung der Schiene (11) in eine Öffnung (23) in einer Auflage (22) der Basisplatte (16)
    d) Hindurchführen der Abfasung (31) des ersten Endabschnitts (28) durch die Öffnung (23) und in Verbindung bringen mit einem Fuß (15) der Schiene (11) und in Verbindung bringen einer Abfasung (31) des zweiten Endabschnitts (29) mit der Basisplatte, und
    e) Klemmen der Schiene (11) an die Basisplatte mittels der Abfasung (31) an den ersten und zweiten Endabschnitten (28, 29) des Befestigungselements (17) und mittels der Krümmung des Befestigungselements (17), wenn das Befestigungselement (17) weiter durch die Öffnung in Richtung eines Stegs (14) der Schiene getrieben wird.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 umfassend den Schritt, das Befestigungselement (17) in Richtung des Stegs (14) der Schiene (11) in einer Richtung senkrecht zur einer Längsrichtung der Schiene (11) zu treiben.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8-9 umfassend den Schritt, das Befestigungselement (17) so anzuordnen, dass der untere Abschnitt des Zwischenabschnitts (30) konvex ist.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8-10 umfassend den Schritt, das Befestigungselement (17) so anzuordnen, dass ein oberer Abschnitt des Zwischenabschnitts (30) konkav ist.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8-11 umfassend den Schritt, eine Rillenschiene für Straßenbahnen an einer Fahrbahngrundstruktur und/oder eine Flachfuß-Schiene an einer Bahnschwelle zu befestigen.
