Definitions
- the invention relates to a door handle arrangement for a motor vehicle, a handle support that can be mounted on the vehicle, a handle that is rotatably mounted on the handle support for opening a door or flap of the motor vehicle, and a coupling device that is rotatably mounted on the handle support, by means of which the handle is actuated on a vehicle-side locking arrangement is transferable, wherein a hinge element pivotally connects the coupling device and the handle to one another, the hinge element movably supporting an actuating means that is translationally movable by rotation between an assembly position and an operating position, which is pivotably mounted on and to the coupling device in the operating position and with which Handle is engaged and which, in the assembly position, bears against a blocking surface of the coupling device blocking a rotation of the actuating means and is disengaged from the handle, the actuating means being a Sc screw is formed and wherein in the mounting position, the adjusting means rotatably arranges the joint element to the coupling device.
- Such door handle arrangements for a motor vehicle can be designed as an inner or outer handle, the present invention primarily relating to a door handle arrangement for an outer handle.
- the design of a door handle according to the invention relates to designs in which the handle support on the one hand and the handle on the other are fastened to one another from opposite sides on the door of the motor vehicle.
- the handle bracket is attached to the back of the door, ie inside the motor vehicle, while the handle is mounted from the outside of the door, ie outside the motor vehicle. After assembly, the two handle ends of the handle pass through respective recesses in the door or in the door panel of the motor vehicle.
- a door handle arrangement of the type designated at the beginning is, for example, from the not previously published EP 2 949 842 B1 known.
- a door handle arrangement which has a handle support, a handle rotatably mounted on the handle support and a coupling device rotatably mounted on the handle support.
- a hinge element pivotally connects the coupling device and the handle to one another.
- the joint element supports an adjusting means which can be moved between an assembly position and an operating position, which is pivotably mounted on the coupling device in the operating position and which is in engagement with the handle and which is disengaged from the handle in the assembly position.
- a door handle assembly known.
- This known door handle arrangement has a handle carrier which is fastened on the inside to the door or to the door panel, a handle and a coupling device.
- the handle is attached to the outside of the door in that the two handle ends of the handle are guided through respective openings in the door and attached to the handle support.
- the first handle end of the handle is rotatably supported on the handle carrier in a floating manner. The play associated with this type of storage in the longitudinal direction of the handle carrier is necessary because the second handle end of the handle is connected to the coupling device in a rotationally fixed manner.
- the floating mounting of the first handle end causes the handle to wobble slightly or even noticeably when it is actuated to open a door or flap of the motor vehicle, or to perform a rocking motion, which can give the user the impression of a non-functional handle.
- the invention has for its object to provide a solution that a structurally simple manner Provides door handle assembly that is inexpensive to manufacture and in which the handle is easy, quick and easy to assemble on the handle support.
- the invention provides a door handle arrangement of a motor vehicle which is distinguished by a functionally appropriate construction and has a simple and inexpensive construction.
- the pivotable connection of the coupling device and the handle ensures that the handle can be pivoted relative to the coupling device.
- the handle is clamped firmly on the handle support, whereby the play of the handle known from the prior art in the axial or longitudinal direction of the handle support and consequently the gap dimensions can be reduced to a minimum, which allows the use of simple and inexpensive sealing measures for the door handle assembly, thereby reducing the manufacturing costs of the entire door handle assembly.
- the support and movement control of the handle in the door handle arrangement according to the invention is now no longer necessarily carried out on the end of the handle which is pivotably mounted on the handle support.
- the coupling device guides the movement of the handle when it is actuated, as a result of which the end of the handle which is mounted on the handle support can be mounted using simple, cost-effective means.
- the joint element takes over the operation described above and advantageous function of connecting the handle and the coupling device to one another in such a way that both can be pivoted relative to one another and are nevertheless coupled in motion.
- the actuating means is provided, which is movably mounted on the joint element between an operating position and an assembly position.
- the actuating means ensures that the articulated element is connected to the handle in a rotationally fixed manner and rotatably connected to the coupling device, whereas in the assembly position it is the function of the actuating means that the articulated element is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner to the coupling device, so that the handle on the articulated element can be assembled or disassembled without the joint element twisting and making assembly or disassembly more difficult.
- the articulation element is fixed on the coupling device in that the adjusting means is moved against a blocking surface.
- the actuating means in the assembly position rests on the blocking surface of the coupling device in such a way that rotation of the actuating means is blocked, whereby no further translational movement of the actuating means beyond the assembly position is possible. In this way it is effectively prevented that the actuating means can be subjected to excessive force and thereby presses the joint element out of its mounting.
- the toothing of the actuating means engages in the surface of the blockage surface, so that the blockage effect is achieved on the basis of a positive connection.
- a particularly simple way of effectively blocking the rotation of the actuating means is, in one embodiment of the invention, that a longitudinal end of the actuating means is designed as a contact surface interacting with the blocking surface in the assembly position and the blocking surface is provided with a roughened surface.
- the roughness of the surface of the blocking surface ensures a frictional force that counteracts a rotation of the actuating means and blocks the rotation.
- the blocking effect is additionally achieved by means of a frictional connection between the actuating means and the blocking surface.
- the toothing of the adjusting means engages in the surface of the blocking surface, whereby the roughness, which provides a frictional force counteracting the rotation of the adjusting means, can increase the blocking effect, but need not do so.
- the invention provides in a further embodiment that the blocking surface is formed with at least one abutment surface, on which in the assembly position a tooth of the teeth of the actuating means rests against rotation of the adjusting means. In this way, an axial force between the actuating means and the joint element, which would otherwise have pushed the joint element out of the bearing, does not occur at all.
- a particularly simple way of realizing a hinge-like connection between the handle and the coupling device in an embodiment of the invention is that a first handle end of the handle is rotatably mounted on the handle carrier and a second handle end of the handle and the coupling device by means of one when the handle is actuated, the second Handle end pivotally relative to the coupling device and hinge-like articulation are motion coupled.
- This possible embodiment uses a minimum amount of components, since, for example, a bolt or screw connection that rotates the coupling device via the joint element with the connecting the second end of the handle is sufficient for the realization of the swivel joint or hinge.
- the articulated connection comprises the articulated element which, in the operating position of the adjusting means, is connected in a rotationally fixed manner via a positive connection with a handle hook which is formed on the second handle end of the handle and which is rotatably connected to the coupling device via a swivel connection.
- a handle hook which is formed on the second handle end of the handle and which is rotatably connected to the coupling device via a swivel connection.
- the positive connection comprises the adjusting means screwed into a thread of the joint element, which fixes the free end of the handle hook.
- the actuating means could be screwed to the handle hook, but this would require an additional thread and would increase compliance with manufacturing tolerances, so that the actuating means can actually be screwed both to the joint element and to the handle hook. Therefore, in an advantageous embodiment, the invention rather provides that, in the form-fitting connection, the adjusting means is inserted through a through opening formed at the free end of the handle hook. Here, the actuating means is screwed into the joint element.
- the handle carrier is first attached to the rear of the door (on the inside) and only then is the handle mounted from the outside of the door (on the outside).
- the first handle end of the handle is pivotally attached to the handle bracket and the second handle end of the handle on the coupling device, which is already pivotally mounted on the handle bracket attached to the inside of the door, releasably fixed.
- the assembly position should be maintained until the second handle end or handle hook of the handle has been fixed.
- locking aids have so far been required in the prior art, which have to be laboriously brought into their locking position and then released again from this and possibly disassembled.
- This effort does not apply to the door handle arrangement according to the invention, because in this regard the invention provides that in order to mount the free end of the handle hook of the handle on the coupling device, the movement of the coupling device is determined with the aid of the adjusting means, in that the adjusting means is arranged so as to protrude from the joint element that the protruding longitudinal end of the adjusting means bears against a contact surface formed on the coupling device in such a way that a relative movement between the joint element and the coupling device is blocked.
- the contact surface can be designed such that the head surface and / or the peripheral surface of the head of the actuating means are supported in sections.
- the pivot joint connection has at least one receiving recess formed in the joint element and at least one to the side of the deflection lever projecting pivot pin, wherein the at least one pivot pin is rotatably mounted in the at least one receiving recess.
- the at least one The pivot pin of the deflection lever is consequently inserted in the manner of a plug-in connection into the receiving recess correspondingly formed in the joint element.
- the door handle arrangement according to the invention Due to the door handle arrangement according to the invention with the hinge-like articulated element, in contrast to door handle arrangements from the prior art, in which the handle hook of the handle is non-rotatably connected to the coupling device, there is now the possibility that the first handle end of the handle is firmly clamped. Due to the firm clamping of the first handle end of the handle, there is no longer any play in the longitudinal direction of the door handle carrier, so that rocking movements of the handle largely no longer occur when they are actuated, which makes the entire door handle arrangement appear more valuable.
- the door handle arrangement according to the invention also has the advantage, when the handle is disassembled, that blocking the rotation of the actuating means prevents the actuating means from forcing the joint element out of its mounting on the coupling device.
- a vehicle or motor vehicle 1 is shown as an example in the form of a car, which in the example has four doors 2 (two of which are from Figure 1 can be opened), which can be opened via a door handle arrangement 3 and in particular with the aid of a door handle or a handle 4.
- the doors 2 are firmly closed by respective locking arrangements 5 and can only be opened from the outside by a respective movement of the handle 4.
- This movement on the handle 4 can consist of a pulling and / or folding movement, the corresponding movement of the handle 4 mechanically at least via a (mechanical) coupling device 6 (see for example Figure 3 or 4th ) is transferred to the corresponding locking arrangement 5.
- the corresponding locking arrangement 5 and thus the associated door 2 can then be opened by the movement of the handle 4.
- the door handle arrangement 3 according to the invention is shown in different views for different positions.
- the Figures 2, 3 and 4th it can be seen that the door handle arrangement 3 has a frame-like handle support 7, wherein for reasons of clarity in Figure 3 a representation of the handle 4 was dispensed with.
- the handle support 7 is used to attach the handle 4 and is fastened to the inside of the door 2 (inside) by means of screw connections (not shown), the handle 4 being arranged on the outside of the door 2 (outside), as shown in FIG Figure 2 is indicated.
- the handle support 7 is predominantly formed from a frame structure which has various receiving and storage spaces, in order, inter alia, to be able to accommodate the handle 4 which is attached to the handle support 7 for opening a corresponding door 2 of the motor vehicle 1 User is movably and / or pivotally mounted on the handle support 7.
- the door 2 has an outside recessed grip 8 with two recesses 9 and 10 through which the bow-shaped handle 4 with its first handle end 11 and its second handle end 12 in the assembled state of the Door handle assembly 3 protrudes.
- the first handle end 11 of the handle 4 is consequently inserted through the first recess 9 and firmly clamped to a bearing element 13 of the handle support 7.
- the end clamping of the handle 4 further allows the handle 4 to be pivoted about a vertical axis.
- the second handle end 12 of the handle 4 extends through the second recess 10 formed in the door 2 and interacts with the coupling device 6 for actuating the locking arrangement 5.
- the second handle end 12 is with a handle hook 14 and the mechanical coupling device 6 with a bell crank 15 (see for example Figure 4 ) educated.
- the bell crank 15 of the coupling device 6 is with the free end 16 (see for example Figure 4 ) of the handle hook 14 of the second handle end 12 of the handle 4 coupled.
- the coupling device 6 Due to the mechanical coupling device 6, which is rotatably mounted on the handle support 7, in the assembled state of the door handle arrangement 3, a movement of the handle 4 can be transmitted to the vehicle-side locking arrangement 5, in order to thereby open the corresponding door 2.
- the coupling device 6 is out of a rest position against the force of a mechanical return element 17 designed as a spring element (see for example Figures 14 and 16 ) when handle 4 is not actuated into an end position (see for example Figures 15 and 17 ), in which the handle 4 is actuated, pivotable, the spring element or restoring element 17 pushing the coupling device 6 together with the handle 4 back from the end position into its rest position.
- the coupling device 6 is by means of rotary axis elements 18 in corresponding bearings 19 of the handle support 7 (see for example Figure 4 ) rotatably mounted on the handle support 7, the spring element or restoring element 17 being held by the rotary axis elements 18 and being supported on the coupling device 6 and the handle support 7 in order to bring about the force counteracting the pivoting-out movement and the desired return to the rest position when pivoting out.
- the handle 4 can be coupled with its second handle end 12 to the coupling device 6 pivotably mounted on the handle support 7.
- the handle 4 is thus coupled in motion when it is actuated to open the door 2 of the motor vehicle 1 with the locking arrangement 5.
- the door handle arrangement 3 has, in addition to the handle support 7, the coupling device 6 rotatably mounted on the handle support 7 and the handle 4 fixed to the handle support 7 with its first handle end 11.
- the hinge element 20, which in detail for example in the Figures 4 to 7 has a through hole 21 with a thread 21a (see for example Figure 6 ), into which an adjusting means 22 is screwed in the manner of a screw, which is used to fix the handle hook 14.
- Both the head 23 or screw head formed at one longitudinal end and the foot or screw foot 24 of the actuating means 22 each have a hexagon socket for handling the actuating means 22 and for adjusting it within the through hole 21 with a corresponding tool. Accordingly, the actuating means 20 is mounted in the through hole 21 of the articulated element 20 such that it can be moved in translation by means of rotation between an assembly position and an operating position, the actuating means 22 in the operating position in FIG Figure 7 is shown with solid lines, whereas the mounting position of the adjusting means 22 by means of the dashed lines in FIG Figure 7 is shown.
- the in Figure 3 Handle carrier 7 shown pre-assembled ie all components to be attached to it, such as emergency lock cylinder, crash lock, etc., are attached to the handle carrier 7 before the handle carrier 7 is mounted on the door 2, and then screwed on the inside to the door 2 of the motor vehicle 1.
- the coupling device 6 together with the joint element 20 is also attached to the handle support 7.
- the coupling device 6 is inserted with its rotating axis elements 18 into the corresponding bearing points 19 of the handle support 7 so that the coupling device 6 is rotatably supported via the rotating axis elements 18.
- the joint element 20 is then with the coupling device 6 mounted on the handle support 7.
- the mechanical coupling device 6 in the exemplary embodiment shown has two hinge pins 25, onto which the hinge element 20 is attached.
- a respective pivot pin 25 extends laterally from a respective arm 26 of the two-arm deflection lever 15.
- the two pivot pins 25 extend between the two arms 26 of the deflection lever 15.
- the joint element 20 has laterally formed and one-sided open recesses 27, which serve for this purpose that the joint element 20 can be plugged onto the two-armed deflection lever 15 of the coupling device 6 by inserting the joint pins 25 into the receiving recesses 27.
- the hinge pins 25 enable the hinge element 20 to rotate relative to the two-armed bell crank 15, which will be discussed in detail later.
- the pivot pins 25 received in the receiving recesses 27 form a swivel joint 28 (see for example Figure 15 ) between the articulation element 20 and the coupling device 6.
- a swivel joint 28 (see for example Figure 15 ) between the articulation element 20 and the coupling device 6.
- the swivel connection 28 is part of a hinge connection 29 (see for example Figure 15 ), by which the second handle end 12 is pivotable relative to the bell crank 15 when the handle is actuated.
- a positive connection 30 belongs to the hinge-like joint connection 29 (see for example Figure 15 ). In this way, the second handle end 12 of the handle 4 and the deflecting lever 15 of the coupling device 6 are coupled to one another in motion by means of the articulated connection 29, which is pivotable and hinged in relation to the deflecting lever 15 when the handle 4 is actuated.
- FIGS 9 to 17 schematically represent the interaction of the coupling device 6, the second handle end 12 of the handle 4 and the articulated element 20, for reasons of clarity, for example, in some figures, the handle support 7 has been omitted and instead only the relevant components are shown and particularly described.
- the hinge element 20 is connected to the coupling device 6 via the hinge connection 28, whereas the grip hook 15 of the second grip end 12 of the handle 4 is not yet attached to the hinge element 20.
- the actuating means 22 takes the in Figure 7 Installation position shown in dashed lines, in which the adjusting means 22 protrudes from the joint element 20 such that its head 23 protrudes.
- the head 23 lies on a blocking surface 31 formed on the coupling device 6 (see for example Figure 10 ) in such a way that a relative movement between joint element 20 and coupling device 6 is blocked.
- the blocking surface 31 is designed such that a rotation which has previously moved the head 23 in the direction of the blocking surface 31 is blocked.
- the rotation is blocked by a toothing 32 which is formed on the top 33 of the actuating means 22 (see for example Figure 12 ) and is correspondingly in operative connection with the blocking surface 31.
- the blocking surface 31 is formed with stop surfaces 34 (see Figure 11 ), at least one stop surface 34 being sufficient for a tooth 32a of the toothing 32 (see Figure 12 ) of the adjusting means 22 can abut the stop surface 34 accordingly. Seen in this way, it is also sufficient if the toothing 32 is formed by at least one tooth 32a.
- the top face 33 of the actuating means 22 could also be designed as a simple contact surface, whereas the surface of the blocking surface 31 is designed with a roughness which prevents rotation of the actuating means 22 due to static friction.
- the head 23 of the adjusting means 22 is also supported at least in sections by the blocking surface 31 in order to prevent a relative movement between the joint element 20 and the coupling device 6.
- this position or assembly position is the free end 16 of the handle hook 14 for mounting the handle 4 on the handle support 7 in a passage shaft 36 (see for example Figure 7 ), which is configured in the joint element 20 to run essentially perpendicular to the passage hole 40.
- the actuating means 22 is then inserted or screwed through a through opening 37 formed at the free end 16 of the handle hook 14, so that the handle 4 is secured.
- the handle 4 can now be moved between its rest position (when the handle 4 is not actuated) and an end position (when the handle 4 is actuated to open the door 2).
- the adjusting means 22, which is now completely screwed into the joint element 20, is now arranged running through the through opening 37 of the handle hook 14 and in this way holds the handle hook 14 firmly or fixes it.
- FIGS. 14 and 16 show different views for the rest position, whereas the Figures 15 and 17 corresponding views on the Figures 14 and 16 show in which the handle 4 is in its end position.
- the handle hook 14 In the rest position, the handle hook 14 is oriented almost perpendicular to the two-armed bell crank 15. Furthermore, in the rest position, the arms 26 of the bell crank 15 are arranged in line with the joint element 20, so that the joint connection 29 has a kind of extended state.
- the handle hook 14 moves essentially with respect to FIG Figures 14 to 17 vertically down. This movement of the handle hook 14 of the handle 4 also causes the articulated element 20, which is non-rotatably connected to the free end 16, also to move downward, ie away from the handle support 7.
- the articulated connection 29 has a type of bent state in which the bell crank 15 is relative to the handle hook 14 of the handle 4 is pivoted, which is possible due to the hinge-like articulated connection 29, which includes both the positive connection 30 between the handle hook 14 and the articulated element 20 and the swivel joint 28 between the articulated element 20 and the bell crank 15.
- the widened head 39 is designed as a bead in the form of a segment of a circle, which is arranged behind the step 38 of the articulated element 20 and prevents lateral relative movement of the articulated element 20 and the coupling device 6.
- This widened head 39 is in any case arranged behind the step 38 within the articulated element 20 (for example from the Figures 14 and 15 visible) so that a lateral movement of the bell crank 15 is prevented.

The invention provides a door handle arrangement of a motor vehicle which is distinguished by a functionally appropriate construction and has a simple and inexpensive construction. In the door handle arrangement according to the invention, the pivotable connection of the coupling device and the handle ensures that the handle can be pivoted relative to the coupling device. Through this degree of freedom, it is possible that the handle is clamped firmly on the handle support, whereby the play of the handle known from the prior art in the axial or longitudinal direction of the handle support and consequently the gap dimensions can be reduced to a minimum, which allows the use of simple and inexpensive sealing measures for the door handle assembly, thereby reducing the manufacturing costs of the entire door handle assembly. Furthermore, the support and movement control of the handle in the door handle arrangement according to the invention is now no longer necessarily carried out on the end of the handle which is pivotably mounted on the handle support. Rather, in the case of the door handle arrangement according to the invention, the coupling device guides the movement of the handle when it is actuated, as a result of which the end of the handle which is mounted on the handle support can be mounted using simple, cost-effective means. The joint element takes over the operation described above and advantageous function of connecting the handle and the coupling device to one another in such a way that both can be pivoted relative to one another and are nevertheless coupled in motion. For this purpose, the actuating means is provided, which is movably mounted on the joint element between an operating position and an assembly position. In the operating position, the actuating means ensures that the articulated element is connected to the handle in a rotationally fixed manner and rotatably connected to the coupling device, whereas in the assembly position it is the function of the actuating means that the articulated element is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner to the coupling device, so that the handle on the articulated element can be assembled or disassembled without the joint element twisting and making assembly or disassembly more difficult. The articulation element is fixed on the coupling device in that the adjusting means is moved against a blocking surface. However, both during assembly and disassembly of the handle there is a risk that the joint element will be mechanically damaged because the actuating means is subjected to too great a force when it moves against the blocking surface and deformations can occur, which ultimately result in the functioning the door handle arrangement can be affected. On the other hand, there is also the risk that if too much force is applied to move the actuating means into the assembly position, the joint element will be pressed out of its mounting, which can result in damage. To avoid these dangers, it is provided in the door handle arrangement according to the invention that the actuating means in the assembly position rests on the blocking surface of the coupling device in such a way that rotation of the actuating means is blocked, whereby no further translational movement of the actuating means beyond the assembly position is possible. In this way it is effectively prevented that the actuating means can be subjected to excessive force and thereby presses the joint element out of its mounting. The toothing of the actuating means engages in the surface of the blockage surface, so that the blockage effect is achieved on the basis of a positive connection.
A particularly simple way of effectively blocking the rotation of the actuating means is, in one embodiment of the invention, that a longitudinal end of the actuating means is designed as a contact surface interacting with the blocking surface in the assembly position and the blocking surface is provided with a roughened surface. The roughness of the surface of the blocking surface ensures a frictional force that counteracts a rotation of the actuating means and blocks the rotation. The blocking effect is additionally achieved by means of a frictional connection between the actuating means and the blocking surface.
According to the invention, the toothing of the adjusting means engages in the surface of the blocking surface, whereby the roughness, which provides a frictional force counteracting the rotation of the adjusting means, can increase the blocking effect, but need not do so.
In order to absorb the torque of the actuating means, the invention provides in a further embodiment that the blocking surface is formed with at least one abutment surface, on which in the assembly position a tooth of the teeth of the actuating means rests against rotation of the adjusting means. In this way, an axial force between the actuating means and the joint element, which would otherwise have pushed the joint element out of the bearing, does not occur at all.
Scharniers ausreicht.A particularly simple way of realizing a hinge-like connection between the handle and the coupling device in an embodiment of the invention is that a first handle end of the handle is rotatably mounted on the handle carrier and a second handle end of the handle and the coupling device by means of one when the handle is actuated, the second Handle end pivotally relative to the coupling device and hinge-like articulation are motion coupled. This possible embodiment uses a minimum amount of components, since, for example, a bolt or screw connection that rotates the coupling device via the joint element with the connecting the second end of the handle is sufficient for the realization of the swivel joint or hinge.
As an alternative to the design of the articulated connection as a swivel joint or hinge, the invention provides that the articulated connection comprises the articulated element which, in the operating position of the adjusting means, is connected in a rotationally fixed manner via a positive connection with a handle hook which is formed on the second handle end of the handle and which is rotatably connected to the coupling device via a swivel connection. There is therefore an intermediate piece in the form of the articulated element between the handle hook and the coupling device, which is used for a type of flexion in which the articulated element is pivoted relative to the coupling device, and extension in which the articulated element is arranged virtually in line or in alignment with the coupling device. ensures that the door or flap is opened when the handle is actuated.
In order to securely attach the handle hook to the joint element to ensure the movement coupling with the coupling device, there is a structurally simple possibility that the positive connection comprises the adjusting means screwed into a thread of the joint element, which fixes the free end of the handle hook.
In this regard, the actuating means could be screwed to the handle hook, but this would require an additional thread and would increase compliance with manufacturing tolerances, so that the actuating means can actually be screwed both to the joint element and to the handle hook. Therefore, in an advantageous embodiment, the invention rather provides that, in the form-fitting connection, the adjusting means is inserted through a through opening formed at the free end of the handle hook. Here, the actuating means is screwed into the joint element.
In the case of a door handle arrangement according to the type designated at the beginning, the handle carrier is first attached to the rear of the door (on the inside) and only then is the handle mounted from the outside of the door (on the outside). The first handle end of the handle is pivotally attached to the handle bracket and the second handle end of the handle on the coupling device, which is already pivotally mounted on the handle bracket attached to the inside of the door, releasably fixed. In order to facilitate this fixing of the second handle end or the handle hook on the coupling device, it is important to place the lever-like coupling device in an assembly position by means of which the handle hook to be coupled with the second handle end of the handle is arranged near the associated recess in the door to convict. The assembly position should be maintained until the second handle end or handle hook of the handle has been fixed. For this purpose, locking aids have so far been required in the prior art, which have to be laboriously brought into their locking position and then released again from this and possibly disassembled. This effort does not apply to the door handle arrangement according to the invention, because in this regard the invention provides that in order to mount the free end of the handle hook of the handle on the coupling device, the movement of the coupling device is determined with the aid of the adjusting means, in that the adjusting means is arranged so as to protrude from the joint element that the protruding longitudinal end of the adjusting means bears against a contact surface formed on the coupling device in such a way that a relative movement between the joint element and the coupling device is blocked. The contact surface can be designed such that the head surface and / or the peripheral surface of the head of the actuating means are supported in sections.
In order to do justice to a modular structure of the door handle arrangement, in which the individual components can be easily connected to one another and disassembled and exchanged, it is further provided in an embodiment of the invention that the pivot joint connection has at least one receiving recess formed in the joint element and at least one to the side of the deflection lever projecting pivot pin, wherein the at least one pivot pin is rotatably mounted in the at least one receiving recess. The at least one The pivot pin of the deflection lever is consequently inserted in the manner of a plug-in connection into the receiving recess correspondingly formed in the joint element.
Due to the door handle arrangement according to the invention with the hinge-like articulated element, in contrast to door handle arrangements from the prior art, in which the handle hook of the handle is non-rotatably connected to the coupling device, there is now the possibility that the first handle end of the handle is firmly clamped. Due to the firm clamping of the first handle end of the handle, there is no longer any play in the longitudinal direction of the door handle carrier, so that rocking movements of the handle largely no longer occur when they are actuated, which makes the entire door handle arrangement appear more valuable. However, the door handle arrangement according to the invention also has the advantage, when the handle is disassembled, that blocking the rotation of the actuating means prevents the actuating means from forcing the joint element out of its mounting on the coupling device.
