- A holding device (2) for holding a number of plug connectors (4) and for arrangement on a wall opening, wherein the holding device (2) comprises a number of substantially equally dimensioned openings (40), wherein- a module element (6) comprises an outer interface region (42) for receiving the module element (6) in one of the openings (40), and wherein- the module element (6) comprises an inner interface region (43) for receiving one of the plug connectors (4), which comprises an insulating section configured to hold a number of electrical contacts, in the module element (6), characterised in that the openings (40) and the outer interface region (42) of the module element (6) corresponding to one of the openings (40) are all hexagonal and two adjacent openings (40) enclose an edge region (8) of the holding device (2) in an obtuse angle, and wherein a mounting section (10) for connecting the holding device (2) to the wall is disposed in the edge region (8).
- The holding device (2) according to Claim 1, and wherein a first inner interface region of a first module element (6) and a second inner interface region (43) of a second module element (6) differ through a fastening type and/or a diameter.
- The holding device (2) according to Claim 1 or 2, wherein a third closed module element (6g) is provided for closing one of the openings (40).
- The holding device (2) according to Claim 1, wherein an intermediate web (46) between two adjacent openings (40) has a longitudinal axis (16), and wherein the mounting section (10) is located on the extended longitudinal axis (16) of the intermediate web (46).
- The holding device (2) according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, wherein the openings (40) and the outer interface region (42) of the module element (6) corresponding to one of the openings (40) are all rectangular.
- The holding device (2) according to Claim 5, wherein the module element (6) can be fixed to the holding device (2) by means of a slider (22) which can be moved transverse to the longitudinal direction of the plug connector (4) and engages in the outer interface region (42).
- The holding device (2) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein two edge sections (44) of adjacent openings (40) extend substantially parallel to one another and form a common intermediate web (46).
- The holding device (2) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the module element (6) comprises a first coding section (66), wherein one of the openings (40) comprises a second coding section (68), and wherein the first coding section (66) and the second coding section (68) correspond in such a way that the module element (6) can only be disposed in the opening (40) in a predetermined orientation.
