Claims (15)

  1. Groupe d'emballage (10) pour emballer des produits (P), en particulier des produits d'édition, dans des bandes de confinement (F), dans lequel ledit groupe d'emballage comprend une structure de support (200) qui définit un plan d'avance (201) et à laquelle sont associés les éléments suivants :
    - un premier convoyeur (11) pour transporter une pluralité de produits (P) l'un après l'autre et espacés l'un de l'autre, le long dudit plan d'avance (201) et suivant une direction d'avance (D), dans lequel chacun desdits produits d'édition (P) comprend un livre et/ou un paquet de feuilles ou de produits de feuilles empilés l'un sur l'autre,
    - un dispositif d'alimentation (12) pour alimenter une pluralité de bandes de confinement (F) disposées en longueur l'une après l'autre et espacées l'une de l'autre le long d'un plan sensiblement transversal ou orthogonal à ladite direction d'avance (D) et suivant une direction d'alimentation (A) sensiblement transversale ou orthogonale audit plan d'avance (201) desdits produits (P), dans lequel chacune desdites bandes de confinement (F) a, parallèlement à ladite direction d'alimentation (A), une longueur qui est supérieure à la dimension que le produit respectif (P) a parallèlement à ladite direction d'avance (D), et dans lequel chacune desdites bandes de confinement (F) est interceptée par un produit respectif (P) avançant suivant ladite direction d'avance (D) et plié en deux par celle-ci sur un deuxième convoyeur (13), qui est aligné avec et a la même direction que ledit premier convoyeur (11), pour former une poche en forme de U dans laquelle ledit produit respectif (P) est inséré et qui a une portion de bande inférieure, reposant sur ledit deuxième convoyeur (13) et sur lequel ledit produit respectif (P) repose, et une portion de bande supérieure, reposant sur ledit produit respectif (P), ladite portion de bande inférieure ayant un rabat (L) qui s'étend au-delà dudit produit respectif (P) et derrière lui par rapport au sens d'avance (B) dudit produit (P), ainsi inséré dans ladite poche en forme de U, suivant ladite direction d'avance (D) caractérisé en ce que ledit groupe d'emballage comprend
    - un dispositif de pliage et de fermeture (14) pour plier ledit rabat (L) sur ladite portion de bande supérieure reposant sur la face supérieure dudit produit respectif (P), ledit dispositif de pliage et de fermeture (14) étant associé à ladite structure de support (200) et comprenant :
    - un troisième convoyeur (36) qui est aligné avec et a la même direction que ledit deuxième convoyeur (13) de manière à recevoir lesdits produits (P) insérés dans la bande de confinement respective (F) et qui a au moins une portion éloignée dudit deuxième convoyeur (13), dans lequel un passage (37) est défini entre ledit deuxième convoyeur (13) et ledit troisième convoyeur (36) et
    - au moins un élément de contact (39) pour venir en contact avec le rabat (L) de la bande de confinement (F), dans laquelle un dit produit respectif (P) est inséré et qui repose sur ledit troisième convoyeur (36), ledit élément de contact (39) étant associé à ladite structure de support (200) d'une manière mobile alternativement à travers ledit passage (37) entre une première position, dans laquelle il est disposé à une hauteur inférieure à celle du plan de transport défini par ledit troisième convoyeur (36), et une deuxième position, dans laquelle il est disposé sur ledit produit (P) et reposant sur la portion de bande supérieure de la bande de confinement respective (F) qui couvre déjà au moins partiellement la face supérieure dudit produit (P),
    dans lequel ledit au moins un élément de contact (39), dans son mouvement entre ladite première position et ladite deuxième position, vient en contact avec ledit rabat (L) de manière à le plier et le tirer sur ladite portion de bande supérieure qui couvre au moins partiellement la face supérieure dudit produit (P), en fermant ladite bande en boucle autour dudit produit respectif (P).
  2. Groupe d'emballage (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif d'application (15) pour appliquer un adhésif sur ledit rabat ou sur ladite portion de bande supérieure ou inférieure, dans lequel ledit dispositif d'application (15) est agencé en amont ou au niveau dudit dispositif de pliage et de fermeture (14) par rapport audit sens d'avance (B), et/ou un dispositif de plissage (19) pour plisser, sur chacune desdites bandes de confinement (F), au moins une ligne de pliage (LP) qui s'étend dans une direction sensiblement parallèle audit plan d'avance (201) et sensiblement orthogonale à ladite direction d'avance (D).
  3. Groupe d'emballage (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément de contact (39) est associé à ladite structure de support (200) d'une manière mobile entre ladite première position et ladite deuxième position avec un mouvement combiné de rotation et de translation, dans lequel ledit mouvement de rotation a lieu par rapport à un axe de rotation (R) sensiblement parallèle au plan d'avance défini par ledit troisième convoyeur (36) et sensiblement orthogonal à ladite direction d'avance (D) et dans lequel ledit mouvement de translation a au moins une composante parallèle à ladite direction d'avance (D) .
  4. Groupe d'emballage (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément de contact (39) est réglable en hauteur par rapport au plan d'avance défini par ledit troisième convoyeur (36) en fonction de la hauteur desdits produits (P).
  5. Groupe d'emballage (10) selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément de contact (39) est monté à l'extrémité d'un bras (40) qui est associé à ladite structure de support (200) d'une manière rotative autour dudit axe de rotation (R).
  6. Groupe d'emballage (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit bras (40) comprend une paire de leviers à compas qui sont articulés l'un à l'autre autour d'un axe d'articulation (R') parallèle audit axe de rotation (R), dont un premier levier (44) est associé à ladite structure de support (200) d'une manière rotative autour dudit axe de rotation (R), et un deuxième levier (45), dont l'extrémité libre supporte ledit au moins un élément de contact (39), dans lequel des moyens élastiques de traction (46) sont interposés entre ledit premier levier (44) et ledit deuxième levier (45).
  7. Groupe d'emballage (10) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit bras (40) est monté sur un chariot qui est associé à ladite structure de support (200) d'une manière mobile avec mouvement rectiligne alternatif parallèlement à ladite direction d'avance (D) .
  8. Groupe d'emballage (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément de contact (39) est cylindrique et comprend une barre cylindrique ou au moins un rouleau ou une roue ou similaire.
  9. Groupe d'emballage (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité de commande et de régulation (101) à laquelle au moins ledit dispositif d'alimentation (12), ledit premier convoyeur (11), ledit deuxième convoyeur (13) et ledit groupe de pliage et de fermeture (14) sont asservis, dans lequel ladite unité de commande et de régulation (101) est adaptée pour commander chacun d'eux de manière sélective en fonction des dimensions du produit (P) qui est traité par chacun d'eux.
  10. Groupe d'emballage (10) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins chacun entre ledit dispositif d'alimentation (12), ledit premier convoyeur (11), ledit deuxième convoyeur (13) et ledit groupe de pliage et de fermeture (14) comprend ses propres dispositifs indépendants de motorisation et de réglage, et en ce que ledit groupe d'emballage (10) comprend une pluralité de détecteurs (47a-47e) pour détecter une présence et des dimensions des produits (P) qui sont traités, dans lequel ladite unité de commande et de régulation (101) est adaptée pour commander de manière sélective et indépendante chacun desdits dispositifs de motorisation et de réglage en fonction des signaux détectés par lesdits détecteurs (47a-47e).
  11. Machine d'emballage automatique (100) pour l'emballage automatique de produits (P), en particulier des produits d'édition, chacun dans un produit de confinement respectif du type d'une bande de confinement (F) ou une couverture (C), dans laquelle chacun desdits produits d'édition (P) consiste en un livre et/ou un paquet de feuilles et/ou des produits de feuilles empilés l'un sur l'autre, caractérisé en ce qu'elle comprend un groupe d'emballage (10) selon une des revendications 1 à 10, en amont duquel est agencé au moins un groupe d'alimentation pour alimenter lesdits produits (P) sur ledit premier convoyeur (11).
  12. Machine d'emballage (100) selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que ladite unité de commande et de régulation (101) est adaptée pour arrêter ledit dispositif de pliage et de fermeture (14) et dans lequel ledit dispositif d'alimentation (12) est alimenté en entrée avec une pluralité de produits de confinement du type de couvertures posées (C), chacune desdites couvertures (C) consistant en une unique feuille ou une pluralité de feuilles empilées l'une sur l'autre.
  13. Machine d'emballage (100) selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un premier dispositif de distribution (21a) pour distribuer lesdits produits de confinement sous la forme d'une bande (F) ou couverture (C) et au moins un deuxième dispositif de distribution (21b) pour distribuer lesdits produits de confinement sous la forme d'une bande (F) ou couverture (C) ayant un format ou type différent, dans lequel ledit premier dispositif de distribution (21a) et ledit deuxième dispositif de distribution (21b) peuvent être actionnés de manière sélective afin de distribuer respectivement lesdites bandes et lesdites couvertures audit dispositif d'alimentation (12).
  14. Procédé d'emballage de produits, en particulier des produits d'édition, dans des bandes de confinement, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    a) faire avancer une pluralité de produits d'édition (P) au moyen d'un premier convoyeur (11) associé à une structure de support (200), lesdits produits étant avancés l'un après l'autre et espacés l'un de l'autre, le long d'un plan d'avance (201) et suivant une direction d'avance (D), dans lequel chacun desdits produits d'édition (P) comprend un livre et/ou un paquet de feuilles ou de produits de feuilles empilés l'un sur l'autre,
    b) alimenter une pluralité de bandes de confinement (F) disposées en longueur l'une après l'autre et espacées l'une de l'autre le long d'un plan qui est sensiblement transversal ou orthogonal à ladite direction d'avance (D) et suivant une direction d'alimentation (A) qui est sensiblement transversale ou orthogonale audit plan d'avance (201), dans lequel chacune desdites bandes de confinement (F) a, parallèlement à ladite direction d'alimentation (A), une longueur qui est supérieure à la dimension que le produit respectif (P) a parallèlement à ladite direction d'avance (D),
    c) faire intercepter chacune desdites bandes de confinement (F) avançant suivant ladite direction d'alimentation (A) par un produit respectif (P) avançant suivant ladite direction d'avance (D) de manière que ledit produit respectif (P) plie en deux ladite bande de confinement respective (F) sur un deuxième convoyeur (13), lequel deuxième convoyeur (13) est associé à ladite structure de support (200) et est aligné avec et a la même direction que ledit premier convoyeur (11) pour former une poche en forme de U dans laquelle il est inséré, dans lequel ladite poche en forme de U a une portion de bande inférieure, qui s'étend au-dessous dudit produit respectif (P), et une portion de bande supérieure, qui s'étend au-dessus dudit produit respectif (P), dans lequel ladite portion de bande inférieure a un rabat (L) qui s'étend au-delà dudit produit respectif (P) et derrière lui par rapport au sens d'avance (B) dudit produit (P), ainsi inséré dans ladite poche en forme de U, suivant ladite direction d'avance (D), et
    d) le pliage et la pose dudit rabat (L) sur ladite portion de bande supérieure qui couvre au moins partiellement la face supérieure dudit produit (P), dans lequel
    ladite étape de pliage d) est exécutée au moyen d'un dispositif de pliage et de fermeture (14) pour plier ledit rabat (L) sur ladite portion de bande supérieure reposant sur la face supérieure dudit produit respectif (P), ledit dispositif de pliage et de fermeture (14) comprenant :
    - un troisième convoyeur (36) qui est aligné avec et a la même direction que ledit deuxième convoyeur (13) de manière à recevoir lesdits produits (P) inséré dans la bande de confinement respective (F) et qui a au moins une portion éloignée dudit deuxième convoyeur (13), dans lequel un passage (37) est défini entre ledit deuxième convoyeur (13) et ledit troisième convoyeur (36) et
    - au moins un élément de contact (39) pour venir en contact avec le rabat (L) de la bande de confinement (F), dans laquelle un dit produit respectif (P) est inséré et qui repose sur ledit troisième convoyeur (36), ledit élément de contact (39) étant associé à ladite structure de support (200) d'une manière mobile alternativement à travers ledit passage (37) entre une première position, dans laquelle il est disposé à une hauteur inférieure à celle du plan de transport défini par ledit troisième convoyeur (36), et une deuxième position, dans laquelle il est disposé sur ledit produit (P) et reposant sur la portion de bande supérieure de la bande de confinement respective (F) qui couvre déjà au moins partiellement la face supérieure dudit produit (P),
    dans lequel ledit au moins un élément de contact (39), dans son mouvement entre ladite première position et ladite deuxième position, vient en contact avec ledit rabat (L) de manière à le plier et le tirer sur ladite portion de bande supérieure qui couvre au moins partiellement la face supérieure dudit produit (P), en fermant ladite bande en boucle autour dudit produit respectif (P).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une des étapes suivantes :
    - une étape e) consistant à définir, dans chacune desdites bandes de confinement (F), au moins une ligne de pliage (LP) qui s'étend dans une direction parallèle audit plan d'avance (201) et orthogonale à ladite direction d'avance (D), ladite étape e) de définition de ladite au moins une ligne de pliage (LP) ayant lieu durant ladite étape b) d'alimentation desdites bandes de confinement (F), et une étape f) consistant à appliquer un adhésif sur ledit rabat (L) ou sur ladite portion de bande inférieure ou sur ladite portion de bande supérieure, dans lequel ladite étape d'application f) a lieu avant ladite étape de pliage d).
