- At least one other container,
- at least one more syringe,
- at least one further syringe adapter in the manner of the
syringe adapter 1, wherein container dimensions, syringes and syringe adapter in their dimensions are each matched to each other, so there is always a combination of container, dosing syringe and syringe adapter that match each other.
- First, the
container 3 is filled with the liquid to be dispensed later. Subsequently, thesyringe adapter 1 is placed on thecontainer neck 4 and pressed into this until thesupport ring 5 rests on theend wall 7 of thecontainer neck 4. Thecheck valves 15 to 17 are all closed. Theslit valve 15 may be designed with a first not completely continuous slot, which specifies a desired opening point of theslit valve 15. To fill themetering syringe 2, this is introduced with itssuction tip 18 through theopening 6 in thetip adapter 1 until thesuction tip 18, theslot valve 15 passes, wherein it opens the slot completely. Then, by applying a negative pressure in themetering syringe 2, the liquid present in thecontainer 3 is sucked out of thecontainer 3 into themetering syringe 2 through theliquid discharge channel 6a. In this case, thesoft component 10 surrounding theslit valve 15 seals theliquid discharge channel 6a against an outer jacket wall of thesuction tip 18. When sucking by means of themetering syringe 2, the 12, 13 provide for a pressure equalization between the interior of theventilation channels container 3 and thecontainer environment 14. The non-return arrangement of the 16, 17 prevents undesired liquid from passing through thebeak valves 12, 13 to the outside. After the desired filling of theventilation channels dosing syringe 2, which can be controlled via a scale on thesyringe 2, thedosing syringe 2 is pulled out of theliquid discharge channel 6a, wherein theslit valve 15 closes theliquid discharge channel 6a tightly after pulling out thesyringe 2. Undesirable from theliquid discharge channel 6a leaking liquid is thereby avoided. As a result, a drip stop function of theslit valve 15 is given.
The
Instead of a slit valve, the
The two further
When
When
