Claims (12)

  1. Pistole (10) zum Ausstoßen eines Fluids (F), welche aufweist einen Filter (55), einen Körper (15), welcher zusammengesetzt ist aus einem Lauf (65), welcher eine Düse (30) zum Ausstoßen des Fluids (F) hält, und einem Griff (70), welcher eine Kavität (72) zur Aufnahme des Filters (55) hat und welcher entgegengesetzt zum Lauf (65) offen ist, und eine Schutzvorrichtung (50), welche imstande ist, die Hand eines Benutzers vor Stößen zu schützen und eine unbeabsichtigte Betätigung im Falle eines Sturzes zu verhindern, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (50) auf abnehmbare Weise am Körper (15) montiert ist und ein erstes Ende (E1), welches am Lauf (65) befestigt ist, und ein zweites Ende (E2), welches am Griff (70) befestigt ist, hat,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzvorrichtung (50) Mittel zum Herausziehen (115) des Filters (55) aus der Kavität (72) aufweist.
  2. Pistole (10) gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Filter (55) translationsbewegbar bezüglich des Griffs (70) ist und aus der Kavität (72) herausziehbar ist entlang einer Längsrichtung (D) des Griffs (70), welche sich vom Lauf (65) entfernt, und wobei die Mittel zum Herausziehen (55) imstande sind, den Filter (55) und die Schutzvorrichtung (50) entlang dieser Richtung (D) in Translation zu verbinden.
  3. Pistole (10) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Filter (55) eine Nut (132) hat und die Mittel zum Herausziehen (115) der Schutzvorrichtung (50) eine Aussparung (175) haben, deren Rand eingerichtet ist, um mit der Nut (132) im Eingriff zu sein.
  4. Pistole (10) gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (50) einstückig ist.
  5. Pistole (10) gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das erste Ende (E1) zwei elastische Arme (100) hat, deren freie Enden (160) eingerichtet sind, um mit zwei korrespondierenden Aufnahmen (150) im Eingriff zu sein, welche am Lauf (65) vorgesehen sind.
  6. Pistole (10) gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, welche ferner aufweist ein Halteelement (60), welches imstande ist, am Griff (70) in einer ersten Position befestigt zu sein, in welcher das Halteelement (60) das Herausziehen des Filters (55) aus der Kavität (72) verhindert,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzvorrichtung (50) ferner Mittel zum Betätigen (120) des Halteelements (60) bezüglich des Griffs (70) aufweist.
  7. Pistole (10) gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei das Halteelement (60) imstande ist, an den Griff (70) geschraubt zu sein, und die Mittel zum Betätigen (120) imstande sind, das Halteelement (60) bezüglich des Griffs (70) zu verschrauben oder loszuschrauben.
  8. Pistole (10) gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei das Halteelement (60) eine mehreckige Außenform (137) hat und die Mittel zum Betätigen (120) eine Aussparung mit einer Form haben, welche komplementär zur Außenform (137) des Halteelements (60) ist.
  9. Pistole (10) gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Lauf (65) einen Sitz-Träger (30) hat, welcher imstande ist, einen Sitz (35) einer Düse (45) für das Ausstoßen eines Fluids (F) in Anlage aufzunehmen, wobei der Sitz-Träger an den Lauf (65) geschraubt ist und die Schutzvorrichtung (50) ferner Mittel zum Losschrauben (105) des Sitz-Trägers (30) bezüglich des Laufs (65) aufweist, während die Pistole (10) ferner einen Abzug (20) aufweist, welcher um eine Achse (25) schwenkt, welche den Körper (15) quert, und die Schutzvorrichtung (50) Mittel zum Demontieren (110) der Achse (25) bezüglich des Körpers (65) aufweist.
  10. Pistole (10) gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Filter (55) ein drittes Ende (E3), welches zum oberen Teil des Griffs (70) ausgerichtet ist, und ein viertes Ende (E4), welches zum unteren Teil des Griffs (70) ausgerichtet ist, wenn der Filter (55) in der Kavität (72) aufgenommen ist, hat,
    wobei das vierte Ende Mittel (130) aufweist, welche komplementär zu den Mitteln zum Herausziehen (115) sind.
  11. Pistole gemäß Anspruch 10, wobei das vierte Ende (E4) eine zylindrische Öffnung (135) für die Zufuhr des Fluids hat,
    und die zylindrische Öffnung (135) von mehreckiger Basis ist.
  12. Verfahren zum Herausziehen eines Filters (55) aus dem Griff einer Pistole (10) zum Ausstoßen eines Fluids (F), wobei die Pistole (10) aufweist einen Körper (15), welcher zusammengesetzt ist aus einem Lauf (65), welcher eine Düse (45) zum Ausstoßen des Fluids (F) hält, und einem Griff (70), welcher eine Kavität (72) zur Aufnahme eines Filters (55) hat und welcher entgegengesetzt zum Lauf (65) offen ist, und eine Schutzvorrichtung (50), welche imstande ist, die Hand eines Benutzers vor Stößen zu schützen, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (50) ein erstes Ende (E1), welches am Lauf (65) befestigt ist, und ein zweites Ende (E2), welches am Griff (70) befestigt ist, hat,
    wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - Trennen des ersten Endes (E1) und des Laufs (65),
    - Verbinden in Translation der Schutzvorrichtung (50) und des Filters (55) und
    - Herausziehen (T) des Filters (55) aus der Kavität (72) mittels der Schutzvorrichtung (50).
