Claims (11)
- Bec de tuyère de brûleur de charbon pulvérisé, incluant un corps tubulaire intérieur (100) ayant un premier passage (120) dans lequel du charbon pulvérisé introduit dans le corps tubulaire intérieur (100) s'écoule, un corps tubulaire extérieur (200) installé hors du corps tubulaire intérieur (100) tout en étant espacé de celui-ci, et au moins une plaque-guide (300) installée pour cloisonner le premier passage (120), le bec de tuyère comprenant :une pluralité de stabilisateurs de flamme (400) agencés dans une rangée sur le côté supérieur et/ou inférieur dans le corps tubulaire intérieur (100),dans lequel chacun des stabilisateurs de flamme (400) a une surface inclinée (1420) formée sur un côté de celui-ci faisant face à une direction dans laquelle le charbon pulvérisé s'écoule dans le premier passage (120), la surface inclinée (1420) étant inclinée en direction d'une partie centrale du corps tubulaire intérieur (100),caractérisé en ce que la surface inclinée (1420, 4520) a une forme de quadrant qui est concave en direction de la partie centrale du corps tubulaire intérieur (100) .
- Bec de tuyère selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les stabilisateurs de flamme (400) sont agencés sur le côté avant du bec de tuyère.
- Bec de tuyère selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les stabilisateurs de flamme (400) sont agencés en étant espacés l'un de l'autre avec une distance prédéterminée au stabilisateur de flamme adjacent (400) sur le côté supérieur ou inférieur du corps tubulaire intérieur (100).
- Bec de tuyère selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les stabilisateurs de flamme (400) sont agencés dans une rangée à chacun des côtés supérieur et inférieur dans le corps tubulaire intérieur (100).
- Bec de tuyère selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la surface inclinée (1420) est formée de telle manière que le premier passage (120) est rétréci dans la direction de circulation du charbon pulvérisé.
- Bec de tuyère selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chacun des stabilisateurs de flamme (400) comprend :une partie de fixation de stabilisateur de flammes (4400) fixée dans le corps tubulaire intérieur (100) ; etun membre résistant à l'usure (4500) couplé de manière séparable à un côté de la partie de fixation de stabilisateur de flammes (4400) faisant face à la direction dans laquelle le charbon pulvérisé circule dans le premier passage (120).
- Bec de tuyère selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le membre résistant à l'usure (4500) a la surface inclinée (4520) formée de telle manière que le premier passage (120) est réduit dans la direction dans laquelle le charbon pulvérisé circule dans le premier passage (120).
- Bec de tuyère selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps tubulaire extérieur (200) forme un second passage (220) avec le corps tubulaire intérieur (100).
- Bec de tuyère selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le second passage (220) est dirigé à distance du côté avant du premier passage (120) sur le côté avant du bec de tuyère.
- Bec de tuyère selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaque-guide (300) est installée horizontalement à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire intérieur (100).
- Utilisation d'un bec de tuyère selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans une installation d'énergie thermique alimentée au charbon.
