Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种耐磨型稳焰齿，其特征在于，在稳焰齿上开有通孔，燕尾螺栓穿过通孔固定在稳焰齿上，燕尾螺栓的燕尾端位于稳焰齿的迎风侧，开有燕尾槽的耐磨陶瓷安装在燕尾螺栓的燕尾端上。该耐磨耐磨型稳焰齿上安装有耐磨陶瓷，可以有效防止由于煤粉冲刷对稳焰齿的磨损；并且燕尾螺栓与耐磨陶瓷燕尾槽进行互锁，达到稳焰齿和耐磨陶瓷的固定，结构简单稳固、易于装配。

背景技术
目前市场中，煤粉燃烧器稳焰齿的防磨措施一般都采用铸件，这种防磨措施不能满足防磨要求，煤粉燃烧器稳焰齿经常被磨损，严重影响稳焰齿的稳焰性能。为保证稳焰齿的性能，设计了特殊结构，防止磨损。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中的缺陷提供一种用于电站锅炉煤粉燃烧器耐磨型稳焰齿。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种耐磨型稳焰齿，其特征在于，在稳焰齿上开有通孔，燕尾螺栓穿过通孔固定在稳焰齿上，燕尾螺栓的燕尾端位于稳焰齿的迎风侧，开有燕尾槽的耐磨陶瓷安装在燕尾螺栓的燕尾端上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：耐磨陶瓷安装在稳焰齿的迎风面，可以有效防止由于煤粉冲刷对稳焰齿的磨损；并且燕尾螺栓与耐磨陶瓷燕尾槽进行互锁，达到稳焰齿和耐磨陶瓷的固定，结构简单稳固、易于装配。

一种耐磨型稳焰齿，其结构主要包括稳焰齿4、耐磨陶瓷1、燕尾螺栓2、开槽螺母3等组成。本实用新型是在传统的稳焰齿4迎风面增加耐磨陶瓷1，防止稳焰齿被磨损，耐磨陶瓷1通过下述方式固定在燕尾螺栓4上：耐磨陶瓷1上开有一个大小一定的燕尾槽，采用燕尾螺栓2的燕尾端与燕尾槽配合的方式将耐磨陶瓷1和燕尾螺栓2固定在一起，然后燕尾螺栓2穿过稳焰齿4上的通孔和开槽螺母3装配，将耐磨陶瓷1与稳焰齿4固定一起。耐磨陶瓷1与稳焰齿4采用燕尾螺栓2和开槽螺母3连接，连接结构简单、稳固，方便安装和拆卸。
