本实用新型涉及一种齿轮圈,具体讲是涉及一种回转支承用齿轮圈。
背景技术
如图1、图2、图3所示,现有的风电用回转支承法兰外齿圈,由定位孔A3、定位孔B4和齿部1组成,其中定位孔A3和定位孔B4相连且与分别与齿部1相接。但现有水电用回转支承法兰外齿圈在使用过程中经常损坏,主要原因是粉尘等细小颗粒的杂物进入回转支承内的滚球或滚子部位引起回转支承的损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的是,提供一种能延长回转支承寿命的回转支承法兰外齿圈。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种风电用回转支承法兰外齿圈,由定位孔A、定位孔B和齿部组成,其中所述定位孔A和所述定位孔B相连且与分别与所述齿部相接,所述定位孔A和所述定位孔B并排相连,所述定位孔B上设有槽。
进一步地,所述定位孔B由分别与槽相连的定位孔D和定位孔C组成,其中定位孔的C的孔径略大于定位孔的D的孔径。
本实用新型具有如下优点,可有效防止粉尘杂物进入回转支承的滚球或滚子部位,延长了支承的使用寿命。

实施例二:如图5、图6所示,一种风电用回转支承法兰外齿圈,由定位孔A3、定位孔B4和齿部1组成,其中定位孔A3和定位孔B4相连且与分别与齿部1相接,定位孔A3和所述定位孔B4并排相连,定位孔B4上设有槽2。
其中,定位孔B4由分列与槽2两侧且与槽2相连的定位孔D6和定位孔C5组成,其中定位孔的C5的孔径略大于定位孔D6的孔径。

1、一种风电用回转支承法兰外齿圈,由定位孔A、定位孔B和齿部组成,其中所述定位孔A和所述定位孔B相连且与分别与所述齿部相接,其特征在于:所述定位孔A和所述定位孔B并排相连,所述定位孔B上设有槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种风电用回转支承法兰外齿圈,其特征在于:所述定位孔B由分列于槽两侧且与槽相连的定位孔D和定位孔C组成,其中定位孔C的孔径略大于定位孔D的孔径。
