摊铺机属筑路工程机械，其工作环境极其恶劣，其中主要部件之一的绞龙轴，长期和高温沥青接触很容易损毁，需要经常进行维修，这样使得工作效率比较低，同时由于现有的叶片都是焊接在绞龙轴上，对绞龙轴和叶片维修时都不是很方便。

针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种摊铺机绞龙轴的护瓦，不仅能有效地保护绞龙轴，同时便于绞龙轴和叶片的维修。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：．一种摊铺机绞龙轴的护瓦，护瓦上设有安装孔，护瓦设置在绞龙轴侧部，叶片固定连接在护瓦的外侧。
进一步，护瓦与绞龙轴通过螺栓连接。
进一步，叶片焊接在护瓦的外侧。

如图1和图2所示，一种摊铺机绞龙轴的护瓦，护瓦1上设有安装孔，护瓦1设置在绞龙轴2侧部与绞龙轴2通过螺栓连接，叶片3焊接在护瓦1的外侧。
这种结构方式可以有效地保护绞龙轴2，同时当需要进行绞龙轴2和叶片3的维修，只需将护瓦1上的螺栓卸下，可以方便的对叶片3和绞龙轴2进行维修和维护，这样有效地提高绞龙轴2的使用寿命，大大缩短维修时间，提高了工作效率。
