背景技术
风车作为一种利用风能的装置,在世界上已经有了几百年的应用历史,特别是在现代,风车更是被广泛应用于风力发电。风力发电是一种无污染、可再生的能够反复使用的绿色能源,也是当今世界提倡使用的环保能源之一。目前,用于风力发电的风车种类很多,如:目前使用最广泛的一种是装在塔筒顶部的横轴桨叶式风车。现有的用于风力发电的风车一般都存在以下不足:一是制造技术要求高,结构复杂;二是机械传动复杂、机械效率低且故障率高、维护困难、风车使用寿命短、制造成本高、发电成本高;三是风车都必须配置偏航系统,但偏航系统保证不了风车绝对迎风。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理、制造难度低、自重小,应用时无须配置偏航系统,能够充分利用风能的垂直风叶垂直轴风车。
本实用新型的目的是由以下方式实现的:

本实用新型的优点是:结构合理、制造难度低、自重小,应用时无须配置偏航系统,能够充分利用风能。

具体实施方式
参照附图,本实用新型包括主轴3、风叶5,在主轴3的上部和下端各安装一个圆盘,称为上固定盘4和下驱动盘6,每个圆盘的中心与主轴3固定,风叶5为独立的三个,每个风叶的表面为光滑的曲面,其正投影为矩形,其横截面所形成的曲线最佳形状为渐开线,各风叶按圆周等角度地安装在上固定盘4和下驱动盘6之间,每个风叶5的上边和下边分别与上固定盘4和下驱动盘6连接,每个风叶5均与主轴3保持相等的距离,且其侧边与主轴3平行,在主轴3的顶部设有轴承1,在轴承1的轴承套上设有拉环2。为了使风叶5更加稳固,可以在主轴3上设多个支撑点,在支撑点与各风叶间用支撑杆7加固。
在具体应用时,应将发电装置的输入轴设置为垂直向上,将本实用新型的下驱动盘6直接与发电装置的输入轴连接,同时在轴承套上的拉环2上安装拉桩索与地面固定,使风车保持基本与地面垂直的状态。本风车无须配置偏航系统即可利用任何方向的来风转动,驱动发电装置发电。

1.一种垂直风叶垂直轴风车,包括主轴、风叶,其特征是:在主轴的上部和下端各安装一个圆盘,称为上固定盘和下驱动盘,每个圆盘的中心与主轴固定,风叶至少有独立的三个,每个风叶的表面为光滑的曲面,其正投影为矩形,各风叶按圆周等角度地安装在上固定盘和下驱动盘之间,每个风叶的上边和下边分别与上固定盘和下驱动盘连接,每个风叶均与主轴保持相等的距离,且其侧边与主轴平行,在主轴的顶部设有轴承,在轴承套上设有拉环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垂直风叶垂直轴风车,其特征是:风叶的横截面所形成的曲线的最佳形状为渐开线。
