本实用新型涉及一种新型智能风力发电机柔性传动系统。
背景技术
现有的风力发电机结构是有一个固定于地面的塔架,在塔架上端固定有平台,在平台上通过轴座和轴承安装有转轴,转轴的一端安装有风叶,转轴的另一端通过机械传动机构连接有发电机,其中机械传动机构为传统双馈机型齿轮箱式,发电机为直驱机型即永磁直驱同步发电机。这种结构的风力发电机具有如下缺点:整机造价高,易损坏,安装维修不方便,安全性差,动力的传递柔性不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种成本低、使用寿命长、易安装、方便维修、动力传递柔性好的新型智能风力发电机柔性传动系统,克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的新型智能风力发电机柔性传动系统,包括塔架和电励磁同步发电机,在塔架上端设有平台,平台上固定安装有轴座,在轴座上轴承支承有转轴,转轴的一端安装有风叶,转轴的另一端与固定在平台上的油泵相接,位于下方的电励磁同步发电机与液压马达相接,液压马达与油泵之间通过管路连接有液压站。
本实用新型的新型智能风力发电机柔性传动系统,大大降低了整机的制造成本,运行平稳,使用寿命长,安装和维修十分方便,特别是利用了液压系统传递动力,既效率高又柔和稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:1为塔架,固定于基础地面。在塔架1的上端可通过螺栓或焊接方式固定有平台5,在平台5上螺栓固定连接有轴座2。在轴座2上通过轴承支承有转轴3,转轴3的一端固定安装有风叶4。转轴3的另一端通过连轴器7与固定安装在平台5上方的油泵6相接。在基础地面上固定有电励磁同步发电机11和液压马达10,电励磁同步发电机11和液压马达10之间通过传动轴和联轴器连接。液压马达10通过管路与固定于基础地面的液压站8相连接,油泵6与液压站8之间通过液压管9相连接。
作业时,风叶4受风的作用带动转轴3转动,转轴3带动油泵6工作,同时通过液压站8驱动液压马达10转动,液压马达10即可带动电励磁同步发电机11工作而并网发电。

1.一种新型智能风力发电机柔性传动系统,包括塔架(1)和电励磁同步发电机(11),在塔架(1)上端设有平台(5),平台(5)上固定安装有轴座(2),在轴座(2)上轴承支承有转轴(3),转轴(3)的一端安装有风叶(4),其特征在于:转轴(3)的另一端与固定在平台(5)上的油泵(6)相接,位于下方的电励磁同步发电机(11)与液压马达(10)相接,液压马达(10)与油泵(6)之间通过管路连接有液压站(8)。
