Claims (10)
- Dispositif de tamisage (1) pour la séparation des parties à grains fins d'un produit à tamiser, dans lequel une multitude de barres espacées (3) sont disposées transversalement à un sens de circulation du produit à tamiser et caractérisé en ce que les barres constituent un tambour (5), que la section transversale des barres (3) est de forme triangulaire et que les côtés plats constituent la surface de tamisage tournée vers le produit à tamiser, les pointes des barres étant orientées radialement vers l'extérieur.
- Dispositif de tamisage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les barres (3) sont raccordées au moins d'un côté à un anneau récepteur (7).
- Dispositif de tamisage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un anneau récepteur (7) est prévu du côté arrivée (6) du produit à tamiser.
- Dispositif de tamisage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau récepteur est pourvu de percées adaptées à la section transversale des barres (3) et dans lesquelles les barres (3) sont ajustées.
- Dispositif de tamisage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'inclinaison des tambours (5) est réglable.
- Dispositif de tamisage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de tamisage (1) est disposé dans un premier cadre (2) et que le tambour (5) est maintenu avec un organe de commande (8) dans un autre cadre (10) qui est pivotable par rapport au premier cadre (2).
- Dispositif de tamisage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une brosse à rouleaux (15) est prévue sur la face détournée de la surface de tamisage.
- Dispositif de tamisage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la brosse à rouleaux (15) s'étend sur la longueur active des barres (3).
- Dispositif de tamisage selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de la brosse à rouleaux est réglé par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du tambour.
- Dispositif de tamisage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une bande transporteuse (9), une trémie et/ou un toboggan pour l'application du produit à tamiser sur la surface de tamisage, un premier dispositif récupérateur en forme de trémie (11) pour les parties à grains fins du produit à tamiser et un second dispositif récupérateur en forme de trémie (13) pour les grains de taille excessive du côté sortie (12).
