Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de protection contre les inondations (1) pour une ouverture (10) d'un bâtiment exposé à la pression de l'eau, comprenant un corps principal en forme de plaque (2) ayant un profilé transversal sensiblement en forme d'arc afin de définir une région concave (CV) et une région convexe (CX) ; ledit corps principal (2) ayant une partie de base (3) et une paire de parties latérales (4),
    la forme étant telle que ledit dispositif peut être placé dans l'envergure de ladite ouverture (10), avec lesdites parties latérales (4) en contact avec des montants (11) respectifs de ladite ouverture (10), de sorte que la région convexe (CX) est dirigée vers ledit bâtiment,
    dans lequel ledit corps principal (2) est mis en oeuvre sous la forme d'une pièce unique, élastiquement déformable sous la force exercée par l'eau pour mettre en œuvre un raccordement à verrouillage automatique réalisant une étanchéité contre les montants (11), à cette fin, n'ayant pas d'éléments à l'intérieur de ladite région convexe (CX) aptes à limiter une telle déformabilité,
    dans lequel chacune desdites parties latérales (4) comprend une surface de repos (5) respective pour lesdits montants (11) et un élément d'étanchéité latéral (6) respectif qui, à l'usage, est en contact avec une partie desdits montants (11) dans l'envergure de ladite ouverture (10),
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (1) comprend en outre :
    un dispositif de pliage (20) raccordé audit corps principal (2) au niveau de ladite région convexe (CX) apte à déformer élastiquement le corps principal (2) pour modifier le rayon de courbure dudit arc et ensuite la distance entre lesdites parties latérales (4).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chacune desdites parties latérales (4) comprend un élément de verrouillage (7) qui, à l'usage, est en contact avec une partie desdits montants (11) à l'extérieur dudit bâtiment.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant en outre un élément d'étanchéité de base (8) agencé le long de ladite partie de base (3) du corps principal (2), de sorte que, à l'usage, il est en contact avec un niveau de bordage dans l'envergure de ladite ouverture (10).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ledit élément d'étanchéité de base (8) s'étend également le long desdites parties latérales (4).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel ledit élément d'étanchéité de base (8) à, en coupe, une partie formant une extension flexible (9) avec une surface d'étanchéité (9') sensiblement incurvée, apte à se déformer, à l'usage, lorsqu'elle est en contact avec ledit niveau de bordage pour réaliser une étanchéité avec ledit niveau de bordage.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant en outre des éléments d'accrochage (30) pour le chevauchement d'un autre dispositif identique (1).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel au moins ledit corps principal (2) est réalisé avec un matériau flexible, de préférence de l'acier, du PVC ou du polyéthylène.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel ledit dispositif de pliage (20) est réversible.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel ledit dispositif de pliage (20) comprend un mécanisme de cliquet (21) agissant sur des liaisons (22) raccordées audit corps principal (2).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel ledit dispositif de pliage (20) est raccordé, de manière amovible, audit corps principal (2).
