Definitions
- the invention relates to a container.
- the container to which the invention relates specifically serves to provide a fastener consisting of an aerobic adhesive and a hydrophilic activator.
- Such a fastener is from the WO 2009/156 013 A1 known.
- the fastening means described therein consists of a mixture of an aerobic adhesive and a hydrophilic activator, wherein the hydrophilic activator metered moisture is supplied.
- the hydrophilic activator ensures that the aerobic adhesive can cure in its entire volume.
- the aerobic adhesive and a hydrophilic substance are stored in separate containers.
- aerobic adhesive is placed in a tray from the first container.
- the hydrophilic substance is added to the dish from the second container.
- these components are mixed together to obtain the fastener.
- the spatula is moistened, so that the components metered moisture is supplied and can harden the fastener.
- This fastener is then used to secure an article to a substrate.
- the disadvantage here is that the mixing process for mixing the aerobic adhesive with the hydrophilic substance and the addition of moisture comprises several steps, so that the provision of the fastening means is relatively time consuming.
- Another disadvantage of this system is that an exact, reproducible specification of a mixing ratio of aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic substance is not possible or only with great effort.
- the operator would have to carry out exactly measured amounts of aerobic adhesive from the first container and furthermore exactly measured amounts of hydrophilic substance from the second container, which is almost impossible without additional measuring means.
- the fastening means thus provided does not have any defined properties, in particular with regard to the curing process and its adhesive properties.
- the invention has the object of providing a container of the type mentioned in such a way that a provision of a fastening means with reproducible properties is made possible.
- the invention relates to a container with two extending in the longitudinal direction, separated by at least one partition inner chambers.
- An aerobic adhesive is stored in an inner chamber.
- a hydrophilic gel-like activator is mounted, wherein at the front end of the container a mixing unit is fixable.
- Via a conveyor aerobic adhesive from the first inner chamber and hydrophilic activator from the second inner chamber in a predetermined mixing ratio of the mixing unit is supplied and mixed there. This mixture is carried out via an outlet opening of the mixing unit.
- a mounting set is provided, by means of which in a single operation, a mixture of an aerobic adhesive and a hydrophilic activator is automatically generated.
- the fastening means formed in this way can be used directly for fixing two arbitrarily shaped objects.
- An essential aspect of the invention is that the aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic activator are stored in separate inner chambers of the container completely separate from each other.
- the aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic activator are each in flowable form, since the aerobic adhesive is present in the first inner chamber in uncured form, and in the second inner chamber, a gel-shaped hydrophilic activator is mounted.
- both the aerobic adhesive stored in the first inner chamber and the hydrophilic activator mounted in the second inner chamber are fed to the mixing unit.
- the aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic activator are mixed automatically, wherein advantageously the mixing unit is designed so that a complete mixing of the aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic activator takes place.
- the mixture thus formed is carried out via the outlet opening of the mixing unit and is then immediately available as a ready-to-use fastener with which two objects can be connected to one another.
- the container with its components ensures that when the conveyor is actuated, aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic activator are always supplied in the same mixing ratio to this mixing unit.
- aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic activator are always supplied in the same mixing ratio to this mixing unit.
- ideal mixing ratio is predetermined solely by the container, which guarantees complete curing of the aerobic adhesive by the addition of a metered amount of hydrophilic activator. This provides ideal and reproducible adhesive properties of the fastening agent consisting of aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic activator.
- the aerobic adhesive is formed by silane polymers or by polyurethane.
- hydrophilic activator of cotton, cellulose, a fiber composite material, a salt, a mineral, a resin, glycerol or propylene glycol is formed.
- the hydrophilic activator is in the form of a gel in the inner chamber, the hydrophilic activator may advantageously contain moisture, in particular water or isopropanol.
- the inner chambers of the container advantageously form channel-shaped structures which extend substantially over the entire length of the container.
- the inner chambers are arranged lying side by side.
- a central first inner chamber is provided, which is enclosed by the second inner chamber.
- the container is designed in the form of a tube whose outer wall is flexible.
- the conveyor is formed by a tube key at the rear end of the tube.
- the rear end of the tube can be rolled up in a known manner, creating a uniform pressure on the aerobic adhesive in the first inner chamber and the hydrophilic activator in the second inner chamber, which causes the aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic activator in one predetermined mixing ratio of the mixing unit are supplied.
- the container is designed in the form of a cartridge.
- the funding is formed by at least one piston at the rear end of the cartridge.
- the mixing unit is a static mixer, which has a mixing tube and a mixing coil.
- this static mixer can be easily carried out a complete mixing of the aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic activator, which are supplied from the inner chambers this.
- the complete mixing is achieved by a sufficiently long mixing helix, since the initially separate components, that is, the aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic activator with each revolution of the mixing helix are further mixed.
- connection segment is provided at the front end of the container, to which the mixing unit is reversibly releasably fastened.
- connection segment has a housing, so that the mixing unit can be screwed onto it.
- FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the container according to the invention in the form of a tube 1.
- the tube 1 comprises in a known manner a base body with a flexible outer edge 2, which consists for example of a reversibly deformable plastic.
- a Terminal segment 3 At the front end of the tube 1 is a Terminal segment 3, which has a substantially hollow cylindrical shape and consists of a rigid, bending-resistant material, in particular of a plastic.
- an external thread 4 On the outer lateral surface is an external thread 4.
- a tube key At the rear end of the tube 1 is a tube key. 5
- FIG. 2 shows a first embodiment in which the two inner chambers 6, 7 are arranged side by side.
- FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment with two coaxial inner chambers 6, 7, that is, a first inner chamber 6 surrounds a second central inner chamber. 7
- the inner chambers 6, 7 extend in the longitudinal direction of the tube 1 parallel to each other.
- the inner chambers 6, 7 are completely separated from each other by walls 8.
- Each inner chamber 6, 7 extends over the entire length, wherein in particular the inner chambers 6, 7 in the region of the connection segment 3 form Ausmündungs Schemee 6a, 7a, which are separated by the walls 8.
- Ausmündungs Schemee 6a, 7a which are separated by the walls 8.
- an aerobic adhesive is mounted in the first inner chamber 6.
- a hydrophilic activator is mounted in the second inner chamber 7.
- the aerobic adhesive is formed by a silane polymer or polyurethane.
- the aerobic adhesive is present in the first inner chamber 6 in uncured form and thus in flowable form.
- a hydrophilic activator is supported, which generally forms a reaction accelerator, which accelerates the curing of the aerobic adhesive when the hydrophilic activator is mixed with the aerobic adhesive.
- the hydrophilic activator is in the second inner chamber 7 in gel-like and thus in flowable form.
- the hydrophilic activator of cotton, cellulose, a fiber composite material, a salt, a mineral, a resin, glycerol or propylene glycol is formed.
- the hydrophilic activator is admixed with moisture, in particular water or isopropanol, so that the hydrophilic activator is in gelatinous form.
- a mixing unit is placed on the connection segment 3.
- Such a mixing unit in the form of a static mixer 9 shows FIG. 4 ,
- the static mixer 9 comprises a mixing tube 10 and a mixing spiral 10 mounted in the mixing tube 10 and extending in its longitudinal direction.

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter. The invention relates to a container.
The container to which the invention relates specifically serves to provide a fastener consisting of an aerobic adhesive and a hydrophilic activator.
In this system, the aerobic adhesive and a hydrophilic substance are stored in separate containers. To provide the fastener, aerobic adhesive is placed in a tray from the first container. Then, the hydrophilic substance is added to the dish from the second container. Then, by an operator by means of a spatula, these components are mixed together to obtain the fastener. In this case, the spatula is moistened, so that the components metered moisture is supplied and can harden the fastener. This fastener is then used to secure an article to a substrate.
The disadvantage here is that the mixing process for mixing the aerobic adhesive with the hydrophilic substance and the addition of moisture comprises several steps, so that the provision of the fastening means is relatively time consuming.
Another disadvantage of this system is that an exact, reproducible specification of a mixing ratio of aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic substance is not possible or only with great effort. For this purpose, the operator would have to carry out exactly measured amounts of aerobic adhesive from the first container and furthermore exactly measured amounts of hydrophilic substance from the second container, which is almost impossible without additional measuring means.
Rather, the amounts of aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic substance that are removed from the two containers, typically by estimating the operator with considerable inaccuracies, so that no reproducible specification of a particular mixing container is possible. However, the fastening means thus provided does not have any defined properties, in particular with regard to the curing process and its adhesive properties.
The invention has the object of providing a container of the type mentioned in such a way that a provision of a fastening means with reproducible properties is made possible.
To solve this problem, the features of
The invention relates to a container with two extending in the longitudinal direction, separated by at least one partition inner chambers. An aerobic adhesive is stored in an inner chamber. In the other inner chamber, a hydrophilic gel-like activator is mounted, wherein at the front end of the container a mixing unit is fixable. Via a conveyor aerobic adhesive from the first inner chamber and hydrophilic activator from the second inner chamber in a predetermined mixing ratio of the mixing unit is supplied and mixed there. This mixture is carried out via an outlet opening of the mixing unit.
With the container according to the invention, a mounting set is provided, by means of which in a single operation, a mixture of an aerobic adhesive and a hydrophilic activator is automatically generated. The fastening means formed in this way can be used directly for fixing two arbitrarily shaped objects.
An essential aspect of the invention is that the aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic activator are stored in separate inner chambers of the container completely separate from each other. The aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic activator are each in flowable form, since the aerobic adhesive is present in the first inner chamber in uncured form, and in the second inner chamber, a gel-shaped hydrophilic activator is mounted.
In order to mix the components stored in the inner chambers, an operator only needs to operate a conveyor at the rear end. By means of the conveying means, in particular by generating a mechanical pressure, both the aerobic adhesive stored in the first inner chamber and the hydrophilic activator mounted in the second inner chamber are fed to the mixing unit. In the mixing unit, the aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic activator are mixed automatically, wherein advantageously the mixing unit is designed so that a complete mixing of the aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic activator takes place. The mixture thus formed is carried out via the outlet opening of the mixing unit and is then immediately available as a ready-to-use fastener with which two objects can be connected to one another.
It is essential here that the container with its components, in particular the formation of the inner chambers and the conveying means, ensures that when the conveyor is actuated, aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic activator are always supplied in the same mixing ratio to this mixing unit. In order to a reproducible, ideal mixing ratio is predetermined solely by the container, which guarantees complete curing of the aerobic adhesive by the addition of a metered amount of hydrophilic activator. This provides ideal and reproducible adhesive properties of the fastening agent consisting of aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic activator.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the aerobic adhesive is formed by silane polymers or by polyurethane.
Further advantageously, the hydrophilic activator of cotton, cellulose, a fiber composite material, a salt, a mineral, a resin, glycerol or propylene glycol is formed.
Since the hydrophilic activator is in the form of a gel in the inner chamber, the hydrophilic activator may advantageously contain moisture, in particular water or isopropanol.
The inner chambers of the container advantageously form channel-shaped structures which extend substantially over the entire length of the container.
According to a first constructive variant, the inner chambers are arranged lying side by side.
Alternatively, a central first inner chamber is provided, which is enclosed by the second inner chamber.
According to a first advantageous embodiment of the invention, the container is designed in the form of a tube whose outer wall is flexible.
In this case, the conveyor is formed by a tube key at the rear end of the tube.
With the tube key, the rear end of the tube can be rolled up in a known manner, creating a uniform pressure on the aerobic adhesive in the first inner chamber and the hydrophilic activator in the second inner chamber, which causes the aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic activator in one predetermined mixing ratio of the mixing unit are supplied.
According to a second advantageous embodiment of the invention, the container is designed in the form of a cartridge.
In this, the funding is formed by at least one piston at the rear end of the cartridge.
With the piston or pistons, a defined pressure is exerted both on the aerobic adhesive in the first inner chamber and on the hydrophilic activator in the second inner chamber, which results in that aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic activator are supplied in a predetermined mixing ratio of the mixing unit.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the mixing unit is a static mixer, which has a mixing tube and a mixing coil.
With this static mixer can be easily carried out a complete mixing of the aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic activator, which are supplied from the inner chambers this. The complete mixing is achieved by a sufficiently long mixing helix, since the initially separate components, that is, the aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic activator with each revolution of the mixing helix are further mixed.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, a connection segment is provided at the front end of the container, to which the mixing unit is reversibly releasably fastened.
In particular, the connection segment has a housing, so that the mixing unit can be screwed onto it.
When aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic activator are supplied from the inner chambers of the mixing unit to mix these components by the actuation of the conveying means, most of the mixture produced in the mixing unit is carried out via its outlet opening. However, typically remains of the mixture in the mixing unit and harden out there, so that then the mixing unit is unusable. In order to be able to pump aerobic adhesive and hydrophilic activator several times from the container and use it to produce the fastening means, a mixing unit can be removed from the container after use and then replaced by a new mixing unit.
