Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Ein- und Ausschalten einer Lichtquelle (12), die mit einem Einrichtungselement (100) verbunden werden kann, das eine Behälterstruktur (110), die einen Raum (112) einschließt, in dem die Lichtquelle (12) installiert ist oder in welchen diese zurückstrahlt, und eine Struktur (114), die in Bezug auf die Behälterstruktur (110) beweglich ist und mit der Behälterstruktur (110) zusammenwirkt, um den Raum (112) wenigstens teilweise zu verschließen, aufweist, wobei die Ein-/Ausschaltvorrichtung eine Steuerungseinheit (14) und mindestens eine Detektionseinheit (16) umfasst, wobei die mindestens eine Detektionseinheit (16) mindestens ein Detektionselement (17) umfasst, das so konfiguriert ist, dass es Information im Zusammenhang mit zumindest der Position der beweglichen Struktur (114) in Bezug auf die Behälterstruktur (110) detektiert, wobei die mindestens eine Detektionseinheit (16) außerdem mindestens ein Übertragungselement (22) umfasst, das so konfiguriert ist, dass es die Information an die Steuerungseinheit (14) überträgt, um nachfolgend nicht nur das Ein- und Ausschalten, sondern auch die Modulation der Lichtquelle (12) anzuordnen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ein magnetisches Element (15) umfasst, das an der Behälterstruktur (110) installiert ist, und dass das Detektionselement (17) mit dem magnetischen Element (15) zusammenwirkt, um eine Veränderung eines durch das magnetische Element (15) erzeugten Magnetfelds in Abhängigkeit von der Position der beweglichen Struktur (114) in Bezug auf die Behälterstruktur (110) zu detektieren.
  2. Ein-/Ausschaltvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Detektionseinheit (16) mit der beweglichen Struktur (114) verbunden ist und die Position der beweglichen Struktur (114) detektiert.
  3. Ein-/Ausschaltvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Detektionseinheit (16) in Entsprechung mit einer Gehäuseaufnahme (18) installiert ist, die in Entsprechung mit der Dicke der beweglichen Struktur (114) ausgeführt ist.
  4. Ein-/Ausschaltvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Detektionseinheit (16) ein Bewegungssensor-Element (20) umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Detektionselement (17) ausgewählt ist aus einer Gruppe umfassend einen Magnetwandler oder -sensor des Reed-Typs oder Hall-Effekt-Typs.
  6. Ein-/Ausschaltvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das magnetische Element (15) ein Permanentmagnet oder ein Elektromagnet ist.
  7. Ein-/Ausschaltvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungseinheit (14) mindestens ein Empfängerelement (24) und mindestens ein Befehlselement (26) umfasst.
  8. Ein-/Ausschaltvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Übertragungselement (22) und das mindestens eine Empfängerelement (24) physisch durch elektrische Kabel verbunden sind.
  9. Ein-/Ausschaltvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Übertragungselement (22) und das mindestens eine Empfängerelement (24) so konfiguriert sind, dass sie drahtlos kommunizieren und Signale des Radiofrequenztyps oder Signale mit einem Bluetooth®-Kommunikationsprotokoll oder Infrarotsignale übertragen.
  10. Ein-/Ausschaltvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Befehlselement (26) so konfiguriert ist, dass es die einstellbare Programmierung der Einschaltzeit und/oder Ausschaltzeit der Lichtquelle (12) bereitstellt.
  11. Ein-/Ausschaltvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Befehlselement (26) so konfiguriert ist, dass es die Programmierung des Einschaltens der Lichtquelle (12) für ein Zeitintervall, das ausgehend von der durch die mindestens eine Detektionseinheit (16) übermittelten Information bestimmt wurde, bereitstellt.
  12. Einrichtungselement (100) mit einer Behälterstruktur (110), die einen Raum (112) einschließt, in dem eine Lichtquelle (12) installiert ist oder in welchen diese zurückstrahlt, und einer Struktur (114), die in Bezug auf die Behälterstruktur (110) beweglich ist und mit der Behälterstruktur (110) zusammenwirkt, um den Raum (112) wenigstens teilweise zu verschließen, wobei das Einrichtungselement (100) mit einer Vorrichtung (10) zum Ein- und Ausschalten einer Lichtquelle (12), wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 beansprucht, ausgestattet ist.
