Claims (12)
- Dispositif de mise sous tension/hors tension d'une source de lumière (12) pouvant être associée à un élément d'ameublement (100) ayant une structure contenante (110) comprenant un compartiment (112) à l'intérieur duquel est installée ladite source de lumière (12), ou dans lequel compartiment (112) elle réverbère, et une structure (114) mobile par rapport à ladite structure contenante (110) et interagissant avec ladite structure contenante (110) afin de fermer au moins partiellement ledit compartiment (112), ledit dispositif de mise sous tension/hors tension comprenant une unité de gestion (14) et au moins une unité de détection (16), dans lequel ladite au moins une unité de détection (16) comprend au moins un élément de détection (17) configuré pour détecter des informations corrélées au moins à la position de ladite structure mobile (114) par rapport à ladite structure contenante (110), ladite au moins une unité de détection (16) comprenant également au moins un élément de transmission (22) configuré pour transmettre lesdites informations à ladite unité de gestion (14) afin de commander en conséquence, non seulement la mise sous tension/hors tension, mais aussi la modulation de ladite source de lumière (12), caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comprend un élément magnétique (15) installé sur ladite structure contenante (110), et en ce que ledit élément de détection (17) interagit avec ledit élément magnétique (15) pour détecter une variation d'un champ magnétique généré par ledit élément magnétique (15) en fonction de la position de ladite structure mobile (114) par rapport à ladite structure contenante (110).
- Dispositif de mise sous tension/hors tension selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une unité de détection (16) est associée à ladite structure mobile (114) et détecte la position de ladite structure mobile (114).
- Dispositif de mise sous tension/hors tension selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une unité de détection (16) est installée en correspondance avec une embase de logement (18) réalisée en correspondance avec l'épaisseur de ladite structure mobile (114).
- Dispositif de mise sous tension/hors tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une unité de détection (16) comprend un élément capteur de mouvement (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de détection (17) est choisi parmi un groupe comprenant un transducteur ou capteur magnétique du type Reed ou à effet Hall.
- Dispositif de mise sous tension/hors tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément magnétique (15) est un aimant permanent ou un électroaimant.
- Dispositif de mise sous tension/hors tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite unité de gestion (14) comprend au moins un élément récepteur (24) et au moins un élément de commande (26).
- Dispositif de mise sous tension/hors tension selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément émetteur (22) et ledit au moins un élément récepteur (24) sont connectés physiquement par des câbles électriques.
- Dispositif de mise sous tension/hors tension selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément émetteur (22) et ledit au moins un élément récepteur (24) sont configurés pour communiquer sans fil et pour émettre et recevoir des signaux du type radiofréquence, ou un signal avec un protocole de communication Bluetooth® ou infrarouge.
- Dispositif de mise sous tension/hors tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément de commande (26) est configuré pour permettre la programmation ajustable du temps de mise sous tension et/ou du temps de mise hors tension de ladite source de lumière (12).
- Dispositif de mise sous tension/hors tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément de commande (26) est configuré pour permettre la programmation de la mise sous tension de ladite source de lumière (12) pendant un temps intervalle déterminé commençant à partir des informations transmises par ladite au moins une unité de détection (16).
- Élément d'ameublement (100) ayant une structure contenante (110) comprenant un compartiment (112) à l'intérieur duquel est installée une source de lumière (12), ou dans lequel compartiment (112) elle réverbère, et une structure (114) mobile par rapport à avec ladite structure contenante (110) et interagissant avec ladite structure contenante (110) afin de fermer au moins partiellement ledit compartiment (112), ledit élément d'ameublement (100) étant muni d'un dispositif (10) de mise sous tension/hors tension de ladite source de lumière (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11.
