Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Beleuchtungssystem mit mindestens einer Leuchte mit einem Anschlussabschnitt und einer Befestigungseinrichtung, welche aufweist: ein Gehäuse; einen elektrischen Kontaktierungsanschluss, welcher in einen in dem Anschlussabschnitt ausgebildeten Versorgungsanschluss der Leuchte lösbar einführbar ist; zumindest einen Haltebolzen, welcher einen Verriegelungsabschnitt aufweist, wobei sich der Haltebolzen in einem Montagezustand der Befestigungseinrichtung durch ein in dem Anschlussabschnitt der Leuchte ausgebildetes Langloch erstreckt und der Verriegelungsabschnitt des Haltebolzens einen das Langloch definierenden Bereich des Anschlussabschnitts hintergreift; und einen Befestigungsabschnitt zum Befestigen eines Halteseils und/oder zum Anschließen der Pole eines elektrischen Versorgungskabels.
