Claims (10)

  1. Tube (1), comprenant un réservoir (3) pour un milieu fluide et une tubulure (9) dotée d'un conduit de distribution (13), qui relie une ouverture de distribution (11) au réservoir (3), l'ouverture de distribution (11) étant disposée sur une partie proximale (9a) de la tubulure (9), et une partie distale (9b) de la tubulure (9) comprenant une structure de maintien extérieure destinée à la fixation d'un capuchon protecteur et étant reliée par un épaulement de tube à une enveloppe de tube (5), qui entoure le réservoir (3), un insert d'étranglement (31) étant disposé dans le conduit de distribution (13) de telle manière qu'il forme dans le conduit de distribution (13) un resserrement, qui ferme le conduit de distribution (13) à l'exception d'au moins un conduit d'étranglement principal (47),
    caractérisé en ce que l'insert d'étranglement (31) est réalisé en forme de dôme, une surface latérale (33) extérieure et un anneau de butée (39) frontal se rencontrant au niveau d'une arête extérieure distale (35), un espace creux annulaire (41) étant ménagé dans le corps de l'insert d'étranglement de manière radialement adjacente au bord intérieur de l'anneau de butée (39) et en ce que l'insert d'étranglement (31) étant fixé dans la tubulure (9) par complémentarité de forme, l'anneau de butée (39) présentant une contre-dépouille avec une saillie annulaire (17a) formée dans la partie distale (9b) sur la paroi intérieure de la tubulure (9).
  2. Tube (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la saillie annulaire (17a) est une partie d'extrémité distale d'un évidement annulaire (17) sur la paroi intérieure de la tubulure (9).
  3. Tube (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la tubulure (9) et l'insert d'étranglement (31) sont fabriqués à partir de matières plastiques différentes, et en ce que le matériau de l'insert d'étranglement (31) est plus dur que le matériau de la tubulure (9).
  4. Tube (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface latérale extérieure (33) de l'insert d'étranglement (31) s'étend d'une arête extérieure distale (35) à une arête extérieure proximale (37), le diamètre (D3a) au niveau de l'arête extérieure distale (35) étant supérieur au diamètre (D3b) au niveau de l'arête extérieure proximale (37), en ce qu'une partie distale de la surface latérale (33) adjacente à l'arête extérieure distale (35) de l'insert d'étranglement (31) s'applique de manière étanche sur la paroi intérieure de la tubulure (9), et en ce qu'une partie proximale de la surface latérale (33) adjacente à l'arête extérieure proximale (37) est disposée espacée radialement de la paroi intérieure de la tubulure (9), de telle sorte que cette paroi intérieure et la partie proximale de la surface latérale (33) délimitent un espace annulaire (19) se trouvant entre elles.
  5. Tube (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le conduit d'étranglement principal (47) est délimité par un évidement en forme de rainure sur la surface latérale (33) extérieure de l'insert d'étranglement (31) et par la paroi intérieure de la tubulure (9), et en ce que le conduit d'étranglement principal (47) présente un premier orifice au niveau de l'anneau de butée (39) frontal et un second orifice dans la surface latérale (33).
  6. Tube (1) selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'insert d'étranglement (31) comprend une partie de recouvrement (50) frontale dotée d'une zone centrale et d'un anneau de contact (49) périphérique dépassant axialement de celle-ci, dans lequel, pour la liaison de l'espace annulaire (19) avec un espace de distribution (55) relié à l'ouverture de distribution (11),
    a) l'anneau de contact (49) est disposé à une distance (S1) d'une surface de butée voisine de la partie proximale (9a) de la tubulure (9) et/ou
    b) l'anneau de contact (49) comprend au moins un conduit d'étranglement secondaire (51).
  7. Insert d'étranglement (31) destiné à être utilisé dans un tube (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant un corps de rotation, dans la surface latérale (33) extérieure duquel est ménagé un évidement en forme de rainure faisant office de limite pour un conduit d'étranglement principal (47), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps de rotation en forme de dôme doté d'une surface latérale (33) extérieure et d'un anneau de butée (39), la surface latérale (33) s'étendant d'une arête extérieure distale (35) avec un diamètre maximal (D3a) à une arête extérieure proximale (37) avec un diamètre extérieur (D3b) plus petit, et l'anneau de butée (39) étant adjacent côté frontal à l'arête extérieure distale (35), un espace creux annulaire (41) étant ménagé dans le corps de l'insert d'étranglement de manière adjacente radialement au bord intérieur de l'anneau de butée (39), et l'évidement en forme de rainure s'étendant d'un orifice dans l'anneau de butée (39) à un orifice dans la surface latérale (33).
  8. Insert d'étranglement (31) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'espace creux annulaire (41) est délimité côté frontal par une plaque de base (43) et à l'intérieur par un tenon de montage (45) dépassant de la plaque de base (43) dans la direction distale.
  9. Insert d'étranglement (31) selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le corps de rotation comprend une partie de recouvrement (50) frontale dotée d'un anneau de contact (49) périphérique adjacent à l'arête extérieure proximale (37), en ce que la partie de recouvrement (50) est réalisée en forme de disque ou présente un enfoncement (53) en forme de cuvette, et en ce qu'au moins une rainure faisant office de limite d'un conduit d'étranglement secondaire (51) est ménagée sur l'anneau de contact (49).
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'un tube (1), qui comprend un réservoir (3) pour un milieu fluide et une tubulure (9) dotée d'un conduit de distribution (13), le conduit de distribution (13) reliant une ouverture de distribution (11) sur une partie proximale (9a) de la tubulure (9) au réservoir (3), et une partie distale (9b) de la tubulure (9) comprenant une structure de maintien extérieure destinée à la fixation d'un capuchon protecteur et étant reliée par un épaulement de tube à une enveloppe de tube (5), qui entoure le réservoir (3), caractérisé en ce qu'un insert d'étranglement (31) en forme de dôme selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, doté d'un corps de rotation, dont le diamètre extérieur est le plus grand au niveau d'une arête extérieure distale (35), où une surface latérale (33) extérieure et un anneau de butée (39) frontal se rencontrent, est inséré par l'extrémité distale de la tubulure (9) dans la tubulure (9), et en ce que l'insert d'étranglement (31) est relié à la tubulure (9) par complémentarité de forme par une contre-dépouille de l'anneau de butée (39) avec une saillie annulaire (17a) sur la paroi intérieure de la tubulure (9) dans la partie distale (9b) et est disposé de telle manière dans le conduit de distribution (13) qu'il forme un resserrement dans le conduit de distribution (13), qui ferme le conduit de distribution (13) à l'exception d'au moins un conduit d'étranglement principal (47).
