Claims (17)

  1. Sonnenblendenvorrichtung (1), umfassend:
    - mindestens eine Lamelle (2) mit einer damit einstückigen Führung (10), die sich entlang einer Längsrichtung der Lamelle (2) erstreckt;
    - mindestens ein Bewegungselement (9), das ausgelegt ist, um mit einem Ende der Lamelle (2) gekoppelt zu sein;
    - ein Verriegelungselement (11), das verschiebbar mit der Führung (10) der Lamelle gekoppelt ist, um entlang der Längsrichtung zwischen einer deaktivierten Position, in der das Verriegelungselement (11) mit dem Bewegungselement (9) nicht interferiert, und einer aktiven Position, in der es dem Bewegungselement (9) zumindest teilweise überlagert ist, um das Bewegungselement (9) relativ zur Lamelle (2) zu verriegeln, bewegbar zu sein;
    - eine elastische Struktur mit einer ersten Auslegung von Nicht-Interferenz mit dem Bewegungselement (9), und einer zweiten Auslegung, in der die elastische Struktur auf das Bewegungselement (9) wirkt, um eine Kraft senkrecht zu einer Kontaktfläche zwischen der Lamelle (2) und dem Bewegungselement (9) auszuüben, wobei die elastische Struktur so ausgelegt ist, dass sie sich in die zweite Auslegung bewegt, wenn sich das Verriegelungselement (11) in der aktiven Position befindet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Struktur ein keilförmiges elastisches Element (12) einschließt, das zwischen dem Bewegungselement (9) und dem Verriegelungselement (11), das in der aktiven Position positioniert ist, um die Kraft zu erzeugen, betriebswirksam angeordnet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) eine erste und eine zweite Seitenwand (11B, 11C), die mit Abschnitten zum Eingreifen in die Führung (10) der Lamelle (2) ausgestattet sind, und eine Basis (11A) umfasst, und wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) zwischen einer ersten Auslegung und einer zweiten Auslegung elastisch verformbar ist, um die elastische Struktur zu bilden, wobei die ersten und zweiten Seitenwände (11B, 11C) des Verriegelungselements (11) elastisch verformbar sind, um zu ermöglichen, dass die Basis der Lamelle (2) in einer ersten Position, wenn sich das Verriegelungselement (11) in der deaktivierten Position befindet, und in einer zweiten Position positioniert wird, wenn sich das Verriegelungselement (11) in der aktiven Position befindet, wobei die Basis (11A) in der zweiten Position in einem größeren Abstand von der Lamelle (2) liegt als in der ersten Position.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) aus einem elastischen Material hergestellt ist und dazu ausgelegt ist, sich um die Längsrichtung zu biegen.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 oder 3, wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) durch Interferenz mit dem Bewegungselement (9) gekoppelt werden kann und mindestens einen ausgestellten Abschnitt (11H) aufweist, der eine Führung definiert, um das Einführen des Bewegungselements (9) in das Verriegelungselement (11) zu erleichtern.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Bewegungselement (9) einen Stift (9A) und einen Kopf (9B) aufweist, der mit dem Stift (9A) verbunden ist, und wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) ausgelegt ist, um zumindest teilweise auf den Stift (9A) und/oder auf einen Abschnitt des Kopfes (9B) benachbart zu dem Stift überlagert und gedrückt zu werden, wenn es sich in der aktiven Position befindet.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Bewegungselement (9) einen Stift (9A) und einen Kopf (9B) aufweist, der mit dem Stift (9A) verbunden ist, wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) dazu ausgelegt ist, zumindest teilweise auf einen Abschnitt des Kopfs (9B) benachbart zu dem Stift überlagert und gedrückt zu werden, wenn es sich in der aktiven Position befindet.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Führung (10) der Lamelle eine erste Schiene (10A) und eine zweite Schiene (10B) umfasst, die einstückig mit der Lamelle (2) sind, und wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) ein Profil aufweist, das so geformt ist, dass es durch Eingriffsabschnitte mit der Führung (10) gekoppelt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste Schiene (10A) und eine zweite Schiene (10B), die einstückig mit der Lamelle (2) sind, L-förmige Profile aufweisen.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) ein Profil aufweist, das geformt ist, um mit dem Profil des Bewegungselements (9) übereinzustimmen.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei die L-förmigen Profile der ersten und zweiten Schiene (10A, 10B) entgegengesetzt und nach außen gerichtet sind und wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) die Form eines C zur Kopplung mit der Führung (10) aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei die L-förmigen Profile der ersten und zweiten Schiene (10A, 10B) entgegengesetzt und nach innen gerichtet sind und wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) zur Kopplung mit der Führung (10) omegaförmig ist.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Bewegungselement (9) alternativ:
    i) eine im Wesentlichen ebene Fläche entgegengesetzt zu der Lamelle (2) aufweist;
    ii) einen Sitz (9C) umfasst, der in dieser Fläche ausgeformt ist.
  13. Verfahren zur Montage einer Sonnenblendenlamelle (2) in einer Sonnenblendenvorrichtung (1) aufweisend mindestens ein Bewegungselement (9) und ein Verriegelungselement (11), um die Lamelle (2) mit dem Bewegungselement (9) lösbar zu verbinden, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Positionieren der Lamelle (2), so dass sie auf dem mindestens einen Bewegungselement (9) aufliegt;
    - Bewegen des Verriegelungselements (11), das verschiebbar mit einer Längsführung (10) gekoppelt ist, die einstückig mit der Lamelle (2) ist, zwischen einer deaktivierten Position, in der das Verriegelungselement (11) mit dem Bewegungselement (9) nicht interferiert, und einer aktiven Position, in der es dem Bewegungselement (9) zumindest teilweise überlagert ist, um das Bewegungselement (9) relativ zur Lamelle (2) zu verriegeln, wobei die Bewegung des Verriegelungselements (11) in die aktive Position eine elastische Kraft senkrecht zu einer Kontaktfläche zwischen der Lamelle (2) und dem Bewegungselement (9) erzeugt,
    wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Verfahren einen Schritt zum Einführen eines keilförmigen elastischen Elements (12) zwischen dem Bewegungselement (9) und dem Verriegelungselement (11) einschließt, um die elastische Kraft zu erzeugen.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) eine erste und eine zweite Seitenwand (11B, 11C), die mit Abschnitten zum Eingreifen in die Führung (10) der Lamelle (2) ausgestattet sind, und eine Basis (11A) umfasst, und wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) zwischen einer ersten Auslegung und einer zweiten Auslegung elastisch verformbar ist,
    wobei die Bewegung des Verriegelungselements (11) in die aktive Position das Einführen des Bewegungselements (9) in das Verriegelungselement (11) durch Interferenz und elastisches Verformen der ersten und zweiten Seitenwände (11B, 11C) des Verriegelungselements (11) umfasst, um zu ermöglichen, dass die Basis der Lamelle (2) in einer ersten Position, wenn sich das Verriegelungselement (11) in der deaktivierten Position befindet, und in einer zweiten Position positioniert wird, wenn sich das Verriegelungselement (11) in der aktiven Position befindet, wobei die Basis (11A) in der zweiten Position in einem größeren Abstand von der Lamelle (2) liegt als in der ersten Position.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) verschiebbar mit der Längsführung (10) durch Eingriffsabschnitte gekoppelt ist, die mit einer ersten Schiene (10A) und einer zweiten Schiene (10B) gekoppelt sind, die einstückig mit der Lamelle (2) sind.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, wobei die erste Schiene (10A) und die zweite Schiene (10B), die einstückig mit der Lamelle (2) sind, L-förmige Profile aufweisen.
  17. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, wobei das Verriegelungselement (11) geformt ist, um mit dem Profil des Bewegungselements (9) übereinzustimmen.
