Description

  • L'invention concerne un caisson extracteur de fumées et de chaleur. L'invention trouve son application dans la sécurité des lieux publics et des habitations collectives, dans lesquels la règlementation impose l'utilisation de ventilateurs capable d'extraire des fumées à haute température susceptibles d'être présentes dans un appartement d'une habitation collective ou une pièce accueillant du public, par exemple en cas d'incendies.
  • Il est connu de FR 2 951 248 A1 , d'avoir tels caissons extracteurs de fumées et de chaleur comportant trois zones délimitées par les parois latérales, la paroi de fond et la paroi de toit du caisson, ainsi que par des cloisons internes disposées dans le caisson extracteur de fumée. La troisième zone est dite d'aspiration d'air via un raccord de piquage d'aspiration d'air formé dans une première paroi latérale du caisson. La première zone, adjacente à la troisième, est dite de refoulement d'air via un raccord de piquage de refoulement d'air formé dans une deuxième paroi latérale du caisson. Un ventilateur à entrée axiale d'air provenant de la zone d'aspiration et à sortie radiale d'air vers le raccord de piquage de refoulement d'air est logé dans cette première zone, et sa fonction est d'assurer l'extraction des fumées et de la chaleur depuis la troisième zone d'aspiration vers la première zone de refoulement. Enfin, le moteur électrique du ventilateur est logé dans la deuxième zone dite technique. Cette deuxième zone est isolée des deux autres de manière à protéger le moteur électrique des surchauffes. En effet, la température des première et troisième zones peut avoisiner les 400°C alors que la température de la deuxième zone ne doit pas dépasser une valeur compatible avec le fonctionnement du moteur électrique, c'est-à-dire autour de 80°C.
  • Cependant, devant les fortes températures régnant à l'intérieur des première et troisième zones respectivement d'aspiration et de refoulement, il est fréquent que la paroi de toit se déforme et se bombe à cause des dilatations thermiques, créant un espace entre les bords des cloisons internes et la paroi de toit. Il se produit alors des fuites thermiques entre la première zone de refoulement et la deuxième zone technique, engendrant une augmentation très importante de la température au sein de la deuxième zone technique risquant d'endommager le moteur électrique. En outre, la déformation de la paroi de toit provoque également des fuites d'air entre la troisième zone d'aspiration et la première zone de refoulement, engendrant une baisse du débit du ventilateur et une moins bonne extraction des fumées et de la chaleur.
  • La présente invention a pour but de pallier les inconvénients ci-dessus de l'art antérieur.
  • Pour atteindre ce but, le caisson extracteur de fumées et de chaleur selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que la paroi de toit du caisson comprend une pièce d'étanchéité qui comprends une équerre dont une branche est solidaire de la face interne de la paroi de toit et dont l'autre branche est en contact glissant avec une face latérale de la cloison séparant la deuxième zone technique de la première zone de refoulement, au voisinage du bord supérieur de cette cloison, même en cas de déformation par dilatation thermique de la paroi de toit, pour protéger le moteur électrique d'une surchauffe.
  • Selon une autre particularité, le caisson extracteur comprend une deuxième cloison interne délimitant, dans l'espace formé par les parois latérales du caisson, une troisième zone d'aspiration d'air via le raccord de piquage d'aspiration d'air formé dans la première paroi latérale du caisson, cette troisième zone d'aspiration étant adjacente à la première zone de refoulement.

  • En référence aux figures 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3, 4 et 5, un caisson extracteur de fumées et de chaleur 1 va maintenant être décrit.
  • Le caisson extracteur de fumée et de chaleur 1, de forme parallélépipédique, comprend de façon connue un ventilateur 10 dont la roue 10a est entrainée par un moteur électrique 10b, le ventilateur 10 et le moteur électrique 10b étant logés dans le caisson délimité par une paroi de fond 17, une paroi de toit 12 et quatre parois latérales 4, 5, 6, 7.
  • Le caisson extracteur de fumées et de chaleur 1 est logé dans une pièce, par exemple un local technique, ou bien à l'extérieur, par exemple sur un toit terrasse, et a pour fonction d'évacuer l'air chargé de fumées à haute température, par exemple en cas d'incendie.
  • De manière à permettre l'extraction de fumées et de chaleur de la pièce à désenfumer par le ventilateur 10 du caisson extracteur 1, ce dernier comprend au moins deux cloisons internes 2, 3 permettant de diviser l'espace interne du caisson extracteur en trois zones distinctes z1, z2, z3.
  • La première zone, dite zone de refoulement z1, permet le refoulement hors de la pièce à désenfumer d'air chargé de fumées à haute température par le ventilateur 10. Ce refoulement est en outre rendu possible par la présence d'un raccord de piquage circulaire 9 formé dans une deuxième paroi latérale 5 du caisson 1 et qui débouche dans la première zone de refoulement z1. De manière alternative, le raccord de piquage 9 est carré ou rectangulaire.
  • La troisième zone, dite zone d'aspiration z3, permet l'aspiration d'air chargé de fumées à haute température grâce au ventilateur 10. Cette aspiration est en outre rendue possible par la présence d'un raccord de piquage circulaire 8 formé dans une première paroi latérale 4 du caisson 1 et qui débouche dans la troisième zone d'aspiration z3. De manière alternative, le raccord de piquage 8 est carré ou rectangulaire. Compte tenu de la haute température des fumées chargeant l'air aspiré et refoulé par le ventilateur 10, la température régnant à l'intérieur de cette première zone z1 avoisine les 400°C dans le cadre de l'extraction de ce type de fumées.
  • La deuxième zone, dite zone technique z2, assure le logement du moteur électrique 10b d'entrainement de la roue 10a du ventilateur 10, et d'éventuels coffrets électriques de commande, de pilotage et/ou de régulation du moteur électrique 10b. Cette deuxième zone technique z2 est isolée thermiquement des deux autres zones z1, z3 grâce à la paroi de toit 12 du caisson 1 qui vient en appui sur les bords supérieurs des deux cloisons internes 2, 3, de sorte que la température régnant à l'intérieur de cette deuxième zone z2 ne dépasse pas 80°C. Cette isolation thermique de la deuxième zone technique z2 permet d'y loger un moteur électrique 10b standard. De préférence, ce moteur électrique 10b est fixé sur la cloison interne 2 séparant la zone de refoulement z2 de la zone technique z3. De manière alternative, le moteur électrique 10b est fixé, par l'intermédiaire d'un support adapté, à la paroi de fond 17 du caisson 1.
  • Pour assurer l'aspiration et le refoulement d'air de la troisième zone d'aspiration z3 vers la première zone de refoulement z1, le ventilateur 10 est supporté au niveau d'une de ses extrémités par la cloison interne 3 séparant les zones d'aspiration z3 et de refoulement z1. En outre, le ventilateur 10 comprend une entrée axiale d'air provenant de la troisième zone d'aspiration z3, et une sortie radiale d'air vers la zone de refoulement z1.
  • Les figures 1A et 1B illustrent un premier mode de réalisation du caisson extracteur 1. Dans ce mode de réalisation, les deux cloisons internes 2, 3 sont planes, parallèles entre-elles et disposées perpendiculairement aux parois latérales 4, 5, 6, 7 et aux parois de fond 17 et de toit 12 du caisson 1. En particulier, chaque cloison interne 2, 3 est solidaire par ses bords d'une part de la paroi de fond 12 et d'autre part de la deuxième paroi latérale 5 dans laquelle est formé le raccord de piquage de refoulement d'air ainsi que d'une troisième paroi latérale 6 du caisson 1 en vis-à-vis de la deuxième 5.
  • En outre, la première paroi latérale 4 du caisson 1, dans laquelle est formé le raccord de piquage d'aspiration d'air 8, est en vis-à-vis de la cloison 3 séparant la zone d'aspiration z3 de la zone de refoulement z1 et est parallèle à cette cloison 3, de sorte que l'axe de la roue 10a du ventilateur 10 soit parallèle à l'axe de ce raccord de piquage d'aspiration d'air 8. L'axe du raccord de piquage de refoulement d'air 9 formé dans la deuxième paroi latérale 5 du caisson 1, et communiquant avec la zone de refoulement z1, est quant à lui perpendiculaire à l'axe de la roue 10a du ventilateur 10 pour assurer une extraction optimale des fumées chargeant l'air refoulé par le ventilateur 10 via la première zone de refoulement z1. Les axes des deux raccords de piquage respectivement d'aspiration 8 et de refoulement 9 sont donc perpendiculaires entre eux.
  • Dans ce premier mode de réalisation, le caisson extracteur de fumées et de chaleur 1 selon l'invention comprend une première pièce d'étanchéité 15 et une seconde pièce d'étanchéité 16 solidaires de la face interne 13 de la paroi de toit 12 du caisson 1. Ces première et seconde pièces d'étanchéité 15, 16 font saillie de la face interne 13 de la paroi de toit 12 du caisson 1 et sont en contact permanent et glissant respectivement avec la cloison interne 2 séparant la première zone de refoulement z1 de la deuxième zone technique z2, et avec la cloison interne 3 séparant la troisième zone d'aspiration z3 de la première zone de refoulement z1. En outre, ces pièces d'étanchéité 15, 16 s'étendent transversalement à la deuxième paroi latérale 5 du caisson dans laquelle est formé le raccord de piquage de refoulement d'air 9.
  • Comme on le comprend avec les figures 3 et 4, même en cas de déformation de la paroi de toit 12 par dilatation thermique, ces pièces d'étanchéité 15, 16 restent en contact avec les cloisons internes 2, 3 correspondantes. Ainsi, la deuxième pièce d'étanchéité 16 empêche les fuites d'air de la troisième zone d'aspiration z3 à la première zone de refoulement z1, évitant une baisse du débit du ventilateur 10 et de fait une moins bonne extraction des fumées et de la chaleur. La première pièce d'étanchéité 15 empêche quant à elle les fuites thermiques de la première zone de refoulement z1 vers la deuxième zone technique z2, protégeant le moteur électrique 10b d'une surchauffe.
  • Chaque pièce d'étanchéité 15, 16 comprend une équerre de préférence en acier galvanisé, dont une branche est par exemple rivetée ou soudée sur la face interne 13 de la paroi de toit 12 du caisson 1, tandis que l'autre branche est en contact glissant avec une face latérale de la cloison correspondante 2, 3, au voisinage du bord supérieur de cette cloison 2, 3, ce bord supérieur étant en vis-à-vis de la paroi de toit 12 du caisson 1.
  • Les figures 2A et 2B illustrent un second mode de réalisation du caisson 1. Dans ce mode de réalisation, le caisson extracteur 1 est conçu pour un arrangement en ligne des raccords de piquage respectivement d'aspiration 8 et de refoulement 9 formés respectivement dans la première paroi latérale 4 et la deuxième paroi latérale 5 du caisson 1. Les raccords de piquage d'aspiration 8 et de refoulement 9 sont de préférence excentrés, et communiquent respectivement avec la troisième zone d'aspiration z3 et la première zone de refoulement z1. Le ventilateur 10 est quant à lui disposé dans le caisson 1 de manière oblique, de sorte que l'angle formé entre l'axe de la roue 10a du ventilateur 10 et l'axe du raccord de piquage d'aspiration 8 ou de refoulement 9 soit obtus, préférentiellement de l'ordre de 135°. De cette façon, les pertes de charge sont relativement peu importantes.
  • La cloison interne 3 séparant la troisième zone d'aspiration z3 de la première zone de refoulement z1 comprend une première plaque 3a et une deuxième plaque 3b solidaires entre elles chacune au niveau d'un de leurs bords, tandis que la cloison interne 2 séparant la deuxième zone technique z2 de la première zone de refoulement z1 comprend une troisième plaque 2a et une quatrième plaque 2b également solidaires entre elles chacune au niveau d'un de leurs bords.
  • La première plaque 3a s'étend obliquement dans le caisson jusqu'à une troisième paroi latérale 6 du caisson extracteur 1, et la deuxième plaque 3b solidaire de la première plaque 3a s'étend jusqu'à une quatrième paroi latérale 7 du caisson 1 perpendiculairement à celle-ci. De manière alternative, cette deuxième plaque 3b peut également s'étendre obliquement dans le caisson extracteur 1.
  • La troisième plaque 2a s'étend obliquement dans le caisson jusqu'à la deuxième paroi latérale 5 comprenant le raccord de piquage de refoulement 9 du caisson extracteur 1, et la quatrième plaque 2b solidaire de la troisième plaque 2a s'étend obliquement dans le caisson1 jusqu'à la deuxième plaque 3b dans le caisson 1. Préférentiellement, les troisième et quatrième plaques 2a, 2b sont perpendiculaires entre elles. De manière alternative, cette quatrième plaque 2b s'étend jusqu'à la quatrième paroi latérale 7 du caisson extracteur 1.
  • Les première et quatrième plaques 3a, 2b des cloisons internes 2, 3 sont parallèles entre elles. Un tel agencement des cloisons internes 2, 3 du caisson extracteur 1 dans ce second mode de réalisation permet d'obtenir une troisième zone d'aspiration z3 d'un volume plus important par rapport à cette même zone z3 du caisson 1 selon le premier mode de réalisation représenté aux figures 1A et 1B, les dimensions externes du caisson extracteur 1 demeurant identiques.
  • Enfin, et de manière préférentielle, les parois latérales 5, 7 du caisson 1 formant les parois de la deuxième zone technique z2 sont ajourées pour permettre une circulation d'air avec l'extérieur.
  • Dans ce second mode de réalisation, le caisson extracteur de fumées et de chaleur 1 selon l'invention comprend une première pièce d'étanchéité 15 et une seconde pièce d'étanchéité 16 solidaires de la face interne 13 de la paroi de toit 12 du caisson 1. Ces première et seconde pièces d'étanchéité 15, 16 font saillie de la face interne 13 de la paroi de toit 12 du caisson 1 et sont en contact permanent respectivement avec la cloison interne 2 séparant la première zone de refoulement z1 de la deuxième zone technique z2, et avec la cloison interne 3 séparant la troisième zone d'aspiration z3 de la première zone de refoulement z1. Même en cas de déformation de la paroi de toit 12 par dilatation thermique, ces pièces d'étanchéité 15, 16 restent en contact avec les cloisons internes correspondantes 2, 3 à la manière de la figure 4 relative au premier mode de réalisation.
  • De préférence, chaque pièce d'étanchéité 15, 16 comprend deux équerres 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b en acier galvanisé, dont une branche de chaque équerre 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b est rivetée ou soudée sur la face interne 13 de la paroi de toit 12 du caisson 1, tandis que l'autre branche de chaque équerre 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b est en contact glissant avec une face latérale de l'une des plaques 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b constituant les cloisons internes 2, 3, au voisinage du bord supérieur de cette plaque 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b. Ainsi, les deux équerres 16a, 16b de la deuxième pièce d'étanchéité 16 empêchent les fuites d'air de la troisième zone d'aspiration z3 à la première zone de refoulement z1, évitant une baisse du débit du ventilateur 10 et de fait une moins bonne extraction des fumées et de la chaleur. Les deux équerres 15a, 15b de la première pièce d'étanchéité 15 empêchent quant à elles les fuites thermiques de la première zone de refoulement z1 vers la deuxième zone technique z2, protégeant le moteur électrique 10b d'une surchauffe.
  • Dans les deux modes de réalisation du caisson décrits ci-dessus, la paroi de toit 12 du caisson 1 selon l'invention est amoviblement fixée aux parois latérales 4, 5, 6, 7 du caisson 1 par des moyens à montage et démontage rapides 18, comprenant par exemple des grenouillères. De manière préférentielle, ces moyens à montage et démontage rapides 18 assurent quatre points de fixation amovible de la paroi de toit 12 aux parois latérales 4, 5, 6, 7 du caisson 1, au voisinage des sommets de la paroi de toit 12. En outre, pour faciliter la manutention de la paroi de toit 12, cette dernière comprend deux poignées 19 fixées sur sa face extérieure 14.
  • La figure 5 illustre un troisième mode de réalisation. Ce mode de réalisation est proche du premier, mais ne comporte qu'une seule cloison interne 2 séparant une première zone de refoulement z1 d'une deuxième zone technique z2.
  • Dans ce troisième mode de réalisation, le caisson extracteur de fumées et de chaleur 1 selon l'invention comprend une première pièce d'étanchéité 15 et une seconde pièce d'étanchéité 16 telles que décrites ci-dessus relativement au premier mode de réalisation de l'invention, et solidaires de la face interne 13 de la paroi de toit 12 du caisson 1. Ces première et seconde pièces d'étanchéité 15, 16 font saillie de la face interne 13 de la paroi de toit 12 du caisson 1 et sont en contact permanent respectivement avec la cloison interne 2 séparant la première zone de refoulement z1 de la deuxième zone technique z2, et avec la première paroi latérale 4 du caisson extracteur 1. En outre, ces pièces d'étanchéité 15, 16 s'étendent transversalement à la deuxième paroi latérale 5 du caisson dans laquelle est formé le raccord de piquage de refoulement d'air 9 communiquant avec la zone de refoulement z1.
  • Même en cas de déformation de la paroi de toit 12 par dilatation thermique, ces pièces d'étanchéité 15, 16 restent en contact respectivement avec la cloison interne 2 et avec la première paroi latérale 4 du caisson 1. Ainsi, la deuxième pièce d'étanchéité 16 empêche les fuites d'air de l'extérieur du caisson 1 vers la première zone de refoulement z1, évitant une baisse du débit du ventilateur 10 et de fait une moins bonne extraction des fumées et de la chaleur. La première pièce d'étanchéité 15 empêche quant à elle les fuites thermiques de la première zone de refoulement z1 vers la deuxième zone technique z2, protégeant le moteur électrique 10b d'une surchauffe.
  • Tel que décrit précédemment relativement au premier mode de réalisation, chaque pièce d'étanchéité 15, 16 comprend une équerre de préférence en acier galvanisé, dont une branche est par exemple rivetée ou soudée sur la face interne 13 de la paroi de toit 12 du caisson 1, tandis que l'autre branche est en contact glissant avec une face latérale de la cloison 2 ou de la paroi latérale 4 correspondante, au voisinage du bord supérieur de cette cloison 2 ou paroi latérale 4, ce bord supérieur étant en vis-à-vis de la paroi de toit 12 du caisson.
  • La configuration telle que décrite n'est pas limitée aux modes de réalisation décrits précédemment et représentés sur les figures 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3 et 4. Elle n'a été donnée qu'à titre d'exemple non limitatif. De multiples modifications peuvent être apportées sans pour autant sortir du cadre de l'invention. En particulier, on pourrait imaginer installer seulement la première pièce d'étanchéité 15, pour éviter les fuites thermiques de la première zone de refoulement z1 vers la deuxième zone technique z2. On pourrait également imaginer installer davantage de pièces d'étanchéité, en particulier des pièces d'étanchéité en contact permanent avec les parois latérales 5, 7 du caisson d'extraction 1, même en cas de déformation de la paroi de toit 12 par dilatation thermique, pour renforcer l'étanchéité des première et deuxième zones z1, z2, voire de la troisième zone z3. Enfin, le raccord de piquage (9) de refoulement d'air, communiquant avec la première zone de refoulement z1, peut être formé dans la paroi de toit (12) du caisson. Le refoulement du ventilateur (10) s'effectue dans ce cas verticalement, les axes des raccords de piquage respectivement d'aspiration (8) et de refoulement (9) étant perpendiculaires entre eux.

Claims (10)

  1. Caisson extracteur de fumées et de chaleur (1), comprenant au moins une cloison interne (2) délimitant, dans l'espace formé par les parois latérales (4, 5, 6, 7) du caisson (1), deux zones (z1, z2) respectivement une première zone de refoulement d'air (z1) aspiré via un raccord de piquage d'aspiration d'air (8) formé dans une première paroi latérale (4) du caisson (1), l'air étant refoulé de cette zone (z1) à l'extérieur via un raccord de piquage de refoulement d'air (9) formé dans une deuxième paroi latérale (5) ou dans une paroi de toit (12) du caisson (1) et dans laquelle zone de refoulement (z1) est logé un ventilateur (10) à entrée axiale d'air aspiré et à sortie radiale d'air vers le raccord de piquage de refoulement d'air (9), et une deuxième zone technique (z2) dans laquelle est logé un moteur électrique (10b) d'entrainement du ventilateur (10), la deuxième zone technique (z2) étant isolée par la paroi de toit (12) fixée sur les parois latérales (4, 5, 6, 7) du caisson (1) et en appui sur la cloison interne (2), caractérisé en ce que la paroi de toit (12) comprend une pièce d'étanchéité (15) qui comprend au moins une équerre dont une branche est solidaire de la face interne de la paroi de toit (12) et dont l'autre branche est en contact glissant avec une face latérale de la cloison (2) séparant la deuxième zone technique (z2) de la première zone de refoulement (z1), au voisinage du bord supérieur de cette cloison, même en cas de déformation par dilatation thermique de la paroi de toit (12), pour protéger le moteur électrique (10b) d'une surchauffe.
  2. Caisson extracteur (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une deuxième cloison interne (3) délimitant, dans l'espace formé par les parois latérales (4, 5, 6, 7) du caisson (1), une troisième zone d'aspiration d'air (z3) via le raccord de piquage d'aspiration d'air (8) formé dans la première paroi latérale (4) du caisson (1), cette troisième zone d'aspiration (z3) étant adjacente à la première zone de refoulement (z1).
  3. Caisson extracteur (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de toit (12) comprend une seconde pièce d'étanchéité (16) solidaire de la face interne de la paroi de toit (12) en faisant saillie de cette face et en étant en contact permanent avec la cloison (3) séparant les zones d'aspiration (z3) et de refoulement (z1) même en cas de déformation par dilatation thermique de la paroi de toit (12), cette pièce d'étanchéité (16) comprenant au moins une équerre dont une branche est solidaire de la face interne de la paroi de toit (12) et dont l'autre branche est en contact glissant avec une face latérale de la cloison (3), au voisinage du bord supérieur de cette cloison.
  4. Caisson extracteur (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'équerre (15, 15a, 15b, 16, 16a, 16b) est en acier galvanisé.
  5. Caisson extracteur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la température à l'intérieur des première et troisième zones respectivement de refoulement (z1) et d'aspiration (z3) est d'environ 400°C, et la température à l'intérieur de la deuxième zone technique (z2) est d'environ 80°C.
  6. Caisson extracteur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2, 3 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le ventilateur (10) est supporté au niveau d'une extrémité par la cloison (3) séparant les zones d'aspiration (z3) et de refoulement (z2).
  7. Caisson extracteur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2, 3, 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les deux cloisons (2, 3) sont parallèles entre-elles et disposées perpendiculairement par rapport aux parois latérales (4, 5, 6, 7) et à la paroi de toit (12) du caisson (1) de sorte que l'axe de la roue (10a) du ventilateur (10) soit parallèle à au moins l'un des axes des raccords de piquage d'aspiration (8) et de refoulement (9).
  8. Caisson extracteur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2, 3, 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les cloisons (2, 3) sont disposées obliquement par rapport aux parois latérales (4, 5, 6, 7) et à la paroi de toit (12) du caisson (1) de sorte que l'axe de la roue (10a) du ventilateur (10) soit oblique par rapport aux axes des raccords de piquage d'aspiration (8) et de refoulement (9).
  9. Caisson extracteur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de toit (12) est amoviblement fixée aux parois latérales (4, 5, 6, 7) du caisson par des moyens à montage et démontage rapides (18), comprenant par exemple des grenouillères.
  10. Caisson extracteur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de toit (12) comprend sur sa face extérieure (14) une paire de poignées (19) pour faciliter sa manutention.
