Definitions
- the present invention relates to the cleaning of textiles, as well as the provision of liquid compositions for this purpose.
- liquid detergents are provided in storage containers in an amount sufficient for several wash loads.
- the consumer takes the dose of liquid detergent required for a wash cycle from this storage container.
- the necessary dose is usually determined by measuring the liquid detergent in a measuring cup and then pouring it into the dosing drawer of a washing machine, for example, or adding it directly to the washing machine's drum together with the measuring cup.
- liquid surfactant compositions suitable for the liquid detergents should be easy to dose.
- the liquid surfactant compositions should have a suitable rheology. Compositions that are too thin are perceived by the consumer as more powerful. The reaction of this consumer perception must not lead to compositions that are too viscous, as otherwise the remaining emptying of the storage container is insufficient.
- the active substances contained in the liquid surfactant composition should also be incorporated in a storage-stable manner and maintain their activity over the course of storage.
- compositions containing alkylbenzenesulfonate anionic surfactant, a special combination of ethoxylated alkyl sulfates and nonionic surfactant in special amounts and proportions provides a liquid surfactant composition which has an acceptable rheology and the activity of active ingredients incorporated therein, such as in particular enzyme, in excellent Dimensions guaranteed.

Mol. Biol. 215: 403-410 , and Altschul, Stephan F., Thomas L. Madden, Alejandro A. Schaffer, Jinghui Zhang, Hheng Zhang, Webb Miller, and David J. Lipman (1997): "Gapped BLAST and PSI-BLAST: a new generation of protein database search programs "; Nucleic Acids Res., 25, pp.
- Such a comparison also allows a statement to be made about the similarity of the compared sequences to one another. It is usually given in percent identity, that is to say the proportion of identical nucleotides or amino acid residues at the same positions or positions corresponding to one another in an alignment.
- the broader term of homology includes conserved amino acid exchanges in the case of amino acid sequences, i.e. amino acids with similar chemical activity, since these usually exert similar chemical activities within the protein. Therefore, the similarity of the compared sequences can also be given as percent homology or percent similarity. Identity and / or homology information can be made over entire polypeptides or genes or only over individual areas. Homologous or identical regions of different nucleic acid or amino acid sequences are therefore defined by matches in the sequences.
- Such areas often have identical functions. They can be small and only contain a few nucleotides or amino acids. Such small areas often have essential functions for the overall activity of the protein. It can therefore be useful to relate sequence matches only to individual, possibly small areas. Unless otherwise stated, identity or homology details in the present application refer to the total length of the nucleic acid or amino acid sequence specified in each case.

Description

J. Biochem. 1994, 223, 1-5; Eur. J. Biochem. 1995, 232, 1-6; Eur. J. Biochem. 1996, 237, 1-5; Eur. J. Biochem. 1997, 250, 1-6; and Eur. J. Biochem. 1999, 264, 610-650.
- Eine erfindungsgemäße Veränderung der Position 99, nämlich eine Veränderung R99E oder R99D, in Verbindung mit einer Veränderung an mindestens zwei der Positionen 3, 4 und 199, nämlich S3T, V4I oder V199I, in einer Protease, die eine zu der in SEQ ID NO. 1 angegebenen Aminosäuresequenz zu mindestens 70% identische Aminosäuresequenz umfasst, bewirkt vorzugsweise eine verbesserte Reinigungsleistung dieser veränderten Protease in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln an mindestens einer protease-sensitiven Anschmutzung. Dies gilt für die erfindungsgemäße flüssige Tensidzusammensetzung insbesondere bei einem Einsatz bei niedrigen Temperaturen von bis zu 10°C. Erfindungsgemäße Proteasen ermöglichen folglich eine verbesserte Entfernung von mindestens einer, bevorzugt von mehreren protease-sensitiven Anschmutzungen auf Textilien und/oder harten Oberflächen, beispielsweise Geschirr. Besonders vorteilhafte Reinigungsleistungen zeigen bevorzugte Ausführungsformen erfindungsgemäßer Proteasen an Blut-haltigen Anschmutzungen, beispielsweise an den Anschmutzungen Blut auf Baumwolle: Produkt Nr. 111 erhältlich von der Firma Eidgenössische Material- und Prüfanstalt (EMPA) Testmaterialien AG, St. Gallen, Schweiz;
Milch-Ruß auf Baumwolle (wfk - Cleaning Technology Institute e.V., Krefeld, Deutschland); Blut-Milch/Tusche auf Baumwolle: Produkt Nr. C-05 erhältlich von CFT (Center For Testmaterials) B.V. Vlaardingen, Niederlande.

Eine derartige Protease in SEQ ID NO. 2 angegeben. & Lipman, D.J. (1990) "Basic local alignment search tool." J. Mol. Biol. Häufig genutzt werden beispielsweise die Clustal-Serie (vgl. beispielsweise Chenna et al. (2003): Multiple sequence alignment with the Clustal series of programs. Nucleic Acid Research 31, 3497-3500), T-Coffee (vgl. beispielsweise Notredame et al. (2000): T-Coffee: A novel method for multiple sequence alignments. J. Mol. Biol.
Gornall, C.S. Bardawill und M.M. David, J. Biol. Chem.

I633, Bacillus sp. AAI12, Bacillus clausii, Bacillus agaradhaerens and Bacillus licheniformis.
