Der erfindungsgemäße Türflügel 1 besteht aus einer äußeren Schale 1a und einer inneren Schale 1c aus Metallblech welche im Umfangsbereich über ein Kunststoffprofil 2 verbunden sind, dabei ist der Raum zwischen den besagten Schalen von einem wärmeisolierenden Werkstoff ausgefüllt. Die nach innen des Gehäuses für Klimageräte gerichtete Schale 1 a weist einen umlaufenden Rand 1 b auf welcher um 90° abgewinkelt ist und, z.B. durch Kleben, in einer Rille 2a des Kunststoffprofils 2 verankert ist. Auch die äußere Schale 1c weist einen umlaufenden um 90° abgewinkelten Rand 1d auf welcher mittels Schrauben 3 am selben Kunststoffprofil 2 befestigt ist, diese Schale ist somit leicht. auch nachträglich, demontierbar, z.B. um den wärmeisolierenden Werkstoff zwischen den beiden Schalen auszutauschen.The
Das Kunststoffprofil 2 ist von der extrudierten Art mit mehreren Innenkammern um eine hohe Formstabilität zu sichern und als Unterbrechung der Wärmeübertragung zwischen den beiden Schalen 1a, 1 c zu wirken, welche unterschiedlichen Temperaturen ausgesetzt sind. In eine Rille 2b des Profils 2 ist eine elastische Dichtung 4 eingesetzt, diese ist von der rohrförmigen Art und liegt mit einer Längsseite am Rand 1 b der inneren Schale 1 a an. An der Längsseite des Profils 2 welche zum Türstock 6, 8 gerichtet ist, ist eine anextrudierte elastische, in Richtung Türstock abragende, Dichtung 2c vorgesehen. Die Erfindung schließt nicht aus, dass auch die Dichtung 4 von der anextrudierten Art ist.The
Der erfindungsgemäße Türstock besteht aus zwei vertikalen Verbundprofilen 6 mit Elementen 6a für die Unterbrechung der Wärmebrücken und aus zwei im Querschnitt L-förmigen horizontalen Elementen 8 welche an den Enden mittels Schrauben 3 an den oberen und unteren Stirnflächen der vertikalen Verbundprofile 6 befestigt sind welche für diesen Zweck mit Einschraubsitze 6d versehen sind. Die besagten horizontalen L-förmigen Elemente 8 weisen auf der nach innen des Gehäuses für Klimageräte gerichteten Seite einen vertikalen Flansch 8a auf welcher als Anschlag für die Dichtung 4 des Türflügels 1 wirkt, während an der nach außen gerichteten Seite, vorzugsweise in einem Bereich jenseits der Auflage der Dichtung 2c des Profils 2, der Querschnitt durch Durchbrüche oder Längsschlitze 8b reduziert ist. Sei es die horizontalen L-förmigen Elemente 8, als auch die vertikalen Profile 6, sind am Gehäuse für Klimageräte mittels Schrauben 7 oder anderer bekannter Befestigungsmittel befestigt. Die vertikalen Profile 6 haben einen keilförmigen Querschnitt mit dem breiteren Teil nach innen des Gehäuses für Klimageräte gerichtet um, während dem letzten Teil der Schließbewegung der Tür 1, die elastische Verformung der Dichtung 4 durch Druckbelastung zwischen dem Bereich nahe an der Kante der Verbundprofile 6 und dem Rand 1 a der inneren Schale, zu bewirken.
