Description

The present invention relates to a dismountable structure for a building of metallo-textile type. The document GB 1 507 136 A describes such a structure.

In the present invention, the term "demountable building" means a building for temporary or permanent use, such as, for example, a hangar, a marquee for sports events, an exhibition tent, or a building for industrial storage.

Une structure démontable 1 de l'art antérieur est représentée à la figure 1.A dismountable structure 1 of the prior art is shown in FIG. figure 1 .

This structure conventionally comprises a set of posts 3 supporting a roof structure 5. The posts typically delimit walls, not shown.

The roof usually consists of a textile fabric for example polyvinyl chloride (not shown), which is fixed on the frame to protect against the weather.

The frame 5 comprises a plurality of purlins 7 and farms 9. The purlins 7 and the trusses 9 are for example metal, especially steel or aluminum. The trusses 9, also called "rafters" are positioned in a direction substantially transverse to said purlins.

The failures 7 are for example substantially equidistant from each other in the direction of the width of the structure 1. The trusses 9 are in turn distributed substantially equidistant from each other in the direction of the depth of the structure 1. They extend along the width of the structure 1, connecting two posts 3 between them. Each failure 7 is connected at its ends 7a, 7b to two farms 9 so that, when the failures are assembled to the farms of the structure, said failures extend substantially over the entire depth of the structure.

We refer to the figure 2 which is a partial longitudinal sectional view of structure 1 of the figure 1 centered on a failure 7 and illustrating the connection between a fault 7 and two farms 9.

In order to ensure the connection between the failure 7 and the trusses 9, each truss 9 comprises a catch-tip 11, welded or bolted to said truss, while the trough 7 comprises a joint 13 fixed by welding at the two ends 7a, 7b of the breakdown. Alternatively the failure may include a hook bolted at each of its ends.

When mounting the structure 1, the fault 7 is attached to the trusses 9 by inserting the ends 13 or hooks of each fault 7 in the catch-failures 11 farms 9. This step of mounting the removable structure proves to be particularly complex and tedious. It's the same when dismantling this structure.

In addition, the fixing of a fault 7 on the two neighboring farms 9 requires that the purlins and farms are equipped with the catch-purlins 11 and abouts 13 or hooks prior to the mounting step of the structure 1.

The design of failures and trusses according to the prior art thus requires a first step of manufacturing faults and farms and a second step of assembling these faults and farms with their respective fastening systems.

This therefore leads to a relatively high production time and cost for the manufacturer of such failures and farms.

Furthermore, the fault-catchers mounted on farms are now adapted to cooperate with abouts or hooks of a particular type, making it generally incompatible the assembly of faults of a manufacturer with the farms of another manufacturer.

On the other hand, the fact that the breakdowns and farms understand from their manufacture their respective fastening systems complicates their transport, in that it is necessary to protect the fastening systems that are in the wake of failures and farms .

Finally, when the structure is assembled, it has been found the presence of a vibratory regime generated by the wind, resulting in loosening of the bolts of the catch-purlins, which can be dangerous for the maintenance of the structure including when severe weather.

  • une pluralité de pannes s'étendant selon une direction sensiblement parallèle à un axe longitudinal de la structure, au moins une desdites pannes comprenant au moins deux rainures transversales ;
  • une pluralité de fermes s'étendant dans une direction sensiblement transverse auxdites pannes, au moins une desdites fermes comprenant au moins une rainure longitudinale ;
The present invention aims at overcoming the disadvantages induced by the structures of the prior art, and relates for this purpose to a demountable structure for a building of metallo-textile type, comprising:
  • a plurality of failures extending in a direction substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the structure, at least one of said failures comprising at least two transverse grooves;
  • a plurality of trusses extending in a direction substantially transverse to said purlins, at least one of said trusses comprising at least one longitudinal groove;
at least one of said failures being attached to at least one of said trusses by a fastening system adapted to maintain said failure on said farm,
said removable structure being remarkable in that said fastening system comprises:
  • a failure support plate shaped to support at least one end of said failure,
  • a first maintenance frame of the failure, arranged at a first edge of said plate, adapted to penetrate said failure,
  • a second failure maintenance frame, arranged at a second edge of said plate, adapted to penetrate said farm,
said plate and said frames defining a substantially U-shaped section, and the first and second holding frames of said fastening system respectively penetrating the grooves of said tip and closes.

Thus, by providing such a structure comprising such a fastening system according to the invention, it is extremely simple to assemble the failures and farms of a structure. It therefore avoids having to bolt, rivet, solder or glue failures and trusses together as is the case for fastening systems of the prior art, which allows to optimize the construction time of the structure. This finds an even more important interest since the fastening system according to the invention equips the structures of demountable buildings. The time and method of disassembly of these structures are therefore also greatly reduced and simplified compared with the permanent joining systems of the prior art.

In addition, by avoiding the bolting of faults and trusses between them, the resistance of the structure to the vibration regimes generated by the wind is increased in that the risk of loosening faults on farms is now eliminated.

On the other hand, the fact that the fastening system has a geometry defining a substantially U-shaped section each of the frames penetrate the fault and the farm on which the fault is fixed allows said failure to transmit to said farm the compression, shear and torsion forces, which increases the mechanical strength of the structure.

  • l'angle entre le plateau de support et au moins un desdits cadres du système d'attache est sensiblement égal à 90° ;
  • en variante, l'angle entre le plateau de support et au moins un desdits cadres du système d'attache est sensiblement égal à 85°, ce qui permet d'améliorer la fixation sur une ferme, du système d'attache de l'invention ;
  • le système d'attache selon l'invention est de préférence métallique ;
  • la rainure transversale de la panne de la structure démontable selon l'invention est profilée au niveau d'au moins une des extrémités de ladite panne ;
  • de même, la rainure longitudinale de la ferme de la structure démontable selon l'invention est profilée au niveau d'au moins une des extrémités de ladite ferme ;
According to all the optional features of the dismountable structure of the invention:
  • the angle between the support plate and at least one of said frames of the fastening system is substantially equal to 90 °;
  • alternatively, the angle between the support plate and at least one of said frames of the fastening system is substantially equal to 85 °, which improves the attachment on a farm, the fastening system of the invention ;
  • the fastening system may comprise two additional frames arranged respectively at the third and fourth edges of said plate, said additional frames defining with said plate a substantially U-shaped section extending in a direction transverse to the U-shaped section defined by said tray and by the maintenance frames of the fault, and extending in a direction opposite to that defined by the U-shaped section defined by said plate and the maintenance frames of the failure, relative to the tray of fault support. This advantageously makes it possible to reinforce the mechanical strength of the fastening system when said system equips a demountable building structure.
  • the fastening system according to the invention is preferably metallic;
  • the transverse groove of the breakdown of the dismountable structure according to the invention is profiled at at least one of the ends of said failure;
  • likewise, the longitudinal groove of the farm of the demountable structure according to the invention is profiled at at least one of the ends of said farm;
  • the fastening system comprises two additional frames arranged respectively at third and fourth edges of the plate, said additional frames defining with said plate a substantially U-shaped section extending in a direction transverse to the U-shaped section defined by said platen and by the fault-retaining frames, and extending in a direction opposite to that defined by the U-shaped section defined by said platen and by the retaining frames of the failure, relative to the support platen of failure, the distance between an inner wall of the second holding frame and a side wall of the additional frames is advantageously between 1.5 times and 2.5 times the thickness of the side wall of the farm, which allows to confer the demountable building structure excellent mechanical strength at the attachment system of the invention.

We refer to Figures 3 and 4 which are respectively represented the fastening system 15 according to a first embodiment of the invention and a removable structure 17 comprising the fastening system 15.

The fastening system 15 is intended to ensure the assembly between a breakdown and a farm of a demountable building structure of metallo-textile type. The attachment system 15 is preferably metal, for example steel or aluminum.

According to the invention, the fastening system 15 comprises a plate 19 adapted to support an end 21a of a failure 21 of the removable structure 17.

Le plateau 19 présente par exemple une forme sensiblement rectangulaire comprenant quatre bords 19a, 19b, 19c, 19d.The plate 19 has for example a substantially rectangular shape comprising four edges 19a, 19b, 19c, 19d.

Au niveau du premier bord 19a du plateau 19 est agencé un premier cadre 23 de maintien de la panne 21.At the first edge 19a of the plate 19 is arranged a first frame 23 for maintaining the fault 21.

Le cadre 23 s'étend sensiblement sur toute la longueur du premier bord 19a.The frame 23 extends substantially over the entire length of the first edge 19a.

Of course, this frame may extend over only a portion of the length of the first edge 19a.

Le premier cadre 23 définit un angle d'environ 90° avec le plateau 19.The first frame 23 defines an angle of approximately 90 ° with the plate 19.

The first frame 23 is adapted to penetrate the failure 21, as will be seen in the following description.

At the second edge 19b of the plate 19 is arranged a second support frame 25 of the fault 21, comprising an inner wall 25a and an outer wall 25b.

Le cadre 25 s'étend sensiblement sur toute la longueur du deuxième bord 19b.The frame 25 extends substantially over the entire length of the second edge 19b.

Of course, this frame may extend over only a portion of the length of the second edge 19b.

Le deuxième cadre 25 définit également un angle d'environ 90° avec le plateau 19.The second frame 25 also defines an angle of approximately 90 ° with the plate 19.

The second frame 25 is adapted to penetrate a farm 27 of the removable structure 17.

The plate 19 of the fastening system 15 defines, with the first and second frames 23, 25 of maintaining the failure, a substantially U-shaped section.

This U-shaped section also extends to the top of the plate 19, when looking at the fastening system 15 as shown in FIG. figure 3 .

When the fastening system 15 penetrates the failure 21 and closes 27, it allows to maintain said failure on said farm, as shown in FIG. figure 2 .

Le système d'attache comprend en outre deux cadres 29, 31 supplémentaires, respectivement agencés au niveau des troisième et quatrième bords 19c, 19d du plateau 19.The fastening system further comprises two additional frames 29, 31, respectively arranged at the third and fourth edges 19c, 19d of the plate 19.

The frames 29, 31 respectively extend substantially the entire length of the third and fourth edges 19c, 19d of the plate 19, but may extend quite a portion only of the length of the third and fourth edges 19c, 19d.

Le cadre 29, respectivement le cadre 31, comprend deux parois latérales 29a, 29b, respectivement 31a, 31b.The frame 29, respectively the frame 31, comprises two side walls 29a, 29b, respectively 31a, 31b.

Les cadres 29, 31 définissent également chacun un angle d'environ 90° avec le plateau 19.The frames 29, 31 also each define an angle of about 90 ° with the plate 19.

The plate 19 of the fastening system 15 defines, with the additional frames 29, 31, a substantially U-shaped section.

The U-shaped section defined by the additional frames 29, 31 extends in a direction transverse to the U-shaped section defined by said tray and the defect maintenance frames 23, 25 so that when the fastening system 15 is mounted on the demountable structure 17, the U-shaped section defined by the additional frames 29, 31 extends transversely to the longitudinal axis of the tip 21.

In other words, the U-shaped section defined by the additional frames 29, 31 extends towards the bottom of the plate 19, when one looks at the fastening system 15 as represented in FIG. figure 3 .

Preferably, the distance between the inner wall 25a of the second frame 25 and the side wall 29a, respectively 31a, of the additional frame 29, respectively 31, is between 1.5 times and 2.5 times the thickness of the side wall 37 , 39 from Farm 27 (visible at figure 7 ). This range of values makes it possible to give the demountable building structure excellent mechanical strength when the fastening system equips the structure, while allowing easy mounting of the fastening system in the structure.

The present invention relates to a dismountable structure for a building of metallo-textile type, of the type mentioned in the preamble of the present description.

For this purpose, the dismountable structure of the invention comprises a plurality of purlins 21 and trusses 27 distributed in the demountable structure in a manner equivalent to the representation of the structures of the prior art made in the preamble of the description with reference to FIG. figure 1 .

The purlins 21 and the trusses 27 are for example metal, especially steel or aluminum.

The purlins 21 extend in a direction substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the structure, and the trusses 27 extend in a direction substantially transverse to said purlins 21.

According to the invention, with reference to Figures 5 to 7 , fixing the purlins 21 on the trusses 27 is provided by the attachment system 15 of the invention.

The grooves 33 are preferably transverse, with respect to a longitudinal axis of the tip 21.

The transverse grooves 33 are preferably but not limitatively profiled at the ends 21a, 21b of the tip 21.

La rainure 35 est de préférence longitudinale, c'est-à-dire sensiblement parallèle à un axe longitudinal de la ferme 27.In the same way, a firm part 27 of the dismountable structure comprises at least one groove 35. The groove 35 is preferably longitudinal, that is to say substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the farm 27.

The longitudinal grooves 35 are preferably but not limitatively profiled at the ends 27a, 27b of the farm 27 (at the Figures 5 and 7 only the end 27a of the farm is visible).

Les rainures 35 longitudinales sont par exemple agencées sur chaque paroi latérale 37, 39 de la ferme 27.The longitudinal grooves 35 are for example arranged on each side wall 37, 39 of the farm 27.

The grooves 33 and 35 are dimensioned to respectively receive the first and second holding frames 23, 25 of the fastening system 15, so that the first and second holding frames 23, 25 respectively penetrate the grooves 33 and 35 of the breakdowns 21 and closes 27.

Selon un deuxième mode de réalisation du système d'attache 15, représenté à la figure 8, le premier et le deuxième cadres 23, 25 définissent respectivement avec le plateau 19 un angle d'environ 85°.According to a second embodiment of the fastening system 15, shown in FIG. figure 8 the first and second frames 23, 25 respectively define with the plate 19 an angle of about 85 °.

This advantageously makes it possible to improve the maintenance of the attachment system 15 on a farm, when during assembly of the structure of the invention the attachment system is positioned in the groove of the farm, and before the positioning of the the fault on the support plate of the fastening system.

The figure 9 illustrates the connection between a failure 21 and a firm 27 of the structure through the fastening system 15 obtained by the second embodiment of the invention. The figure 10 is a sectional view along the longitudinal axis of the failure 21 of the structure of the figure 9 , centered on the fault 21, on which we note the connection between the fault 21 and the two farms 27 by means of a fastening system according to the second embodiment of the invention.

The fastening system 15 according to the first or second embodiment of the invention is particularly well adapted to withstand a failure when two farms are spaced from each other by about 5 meters, although it can quite sized to withstand a failure connecting two distant farms of a length greater or less than 5 meters.

Thanks to the present invention, it is extremely simple to assemble the failures and farms of a structure. It therefore avoids having to bolt, rivet, solder or glue failures and trusses together as is the case for fastening systems of the prior art, which allows to optimize the construction time of the structure. This finds an even more important interest since the fastening system according to the invention is intended to equip the structures of demountable buildings.

It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments of this fastening system and this removable structure, described above only as illustrative examples, but it encompasses all variants involving the technical equivalents of the means described and their combinations if they fall within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
