- the capsule (1) comprises a protector (10) that extends from the side surface (4) outwards almost in a direction perpendicular to the side surface (4) so as to remain under the cover (6) and that prevents the beverage raw material from entering the opening (7).

- the capsule (1) comprises a casing (12) wherein the receptacle (2) is seated so as to surround the receptacle (2) and the skirt (5), and that enables the beverage raw material to stay fresh for a longer period of time.
- the receptacle (2) and the skirt (5) are preferably produced by plastic injection method due to their configuration. Plastic that is produced by injection method is not entirely airtight and in this case the beverage raw material in the receptacle (2) cannot keep its freshness.
- the casing (12) that is produced by plastic thermoforming method and has better airtightness in comparison to the receptacle (2), the beverage raw material is enabled to stay fresh for a longer period of time ( Figure 6 , Figure 12 ).

Claims (14)
- Une capsule (1) adaptée à être utilisée dans des machines de préparation de boissons ayant un dispositif d'ouverture (A) et comprenant un récipient (2) qui comporte un orifice (3) permettant le chargement / déchargement de la matière première de la boisson et au moins une surface latérale (4) qui entoure l'orifice (3), est caractérisé en ce qu'une bordure (5) entoure la surface latérale (4) tout autour de sorte qu'au moins une partie de celle-ci est positionnée sur la surface latérale (4) presque sans espaces, un couvercle (6) fixé sur la bordure (5) afin de couvrir l'orifice (3) et une ouverture (7) qui demeure entre la surface latérale (4) et la bordure (5) et qui permet au couvercle (6) de se séparer du récipient (2) en étant placé sur au moins une partie de l'appareil (A) d'ouverture.
- Une capsule (1) comme dans la déclaration 1, est caractérisée en ce que la face supérieure de la bordure (5), est plus basse que le niveau de l'orifice (3).
- Une capsule (1) comme dans l'une quelconque des déclarations ci-dessus, est caractérisée en ce que la bordure (5) entoure au moins une partie de la surface latérale (4).
- Une capsule (1) comme dans la déclaration 1, est caractérisée en ce que la bordure (5) entoure longitudinalement la surface latérale (4).
- Une capsule (1) comme dans l'une quelconque des déclarations ci-dessus, est caractérisée en ce que la bordure (5) est fixée sur la surface latérale (4).
- Une capsule (1) comme dans l'une quelconque des déclarations ci-dessus, est caractérisée en ce que la bordure (5) est réalisée de manière intégrée sur la surface latérale (4).
- Une capsule (1) comme dans l'une quelconque des déclarations 1 à 4, est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un boîtier (13) dans lequel le récipient (2) est placé, et dont le côté supérieur est relié à la bordure (5).
- Une capsule (1) comme dans la déclaration 7, est caractérisée en ce que le récipient (2) est logé par encliquetage dans le boîtier (13).
- Une capsule (1) selon la déclaration 7, est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un évidement (8) disposé sur le récipient (2) ou le boîtier (13) et une protubérance (9) qui est disposée en conséquence dans le récipient (2) ou le boîtier (13) et de façon à être logé dans cet évidement (8) en s'alignant avec l'évidement (8) lorsque le récipient (2) est inséré dans le boîtier (13), l'évidement (8) et la protubérance (9) empêchent la séparation entre le boîtier (13) et le récipient (2).
- Une capsule (1) comme dans l'une quelconque des déclarations ci-dessus, est caractérisée en ce qu'une protection (10) s'étend de la surface latérale (4) vers l'extérieur presque dans une direction perpendiculaire à la surface latérale (4) de manière à rester sous le couvercle (6) et qui empêche la matière première de boisson de pénétrer l'orifice (7).
- Une capsule (1) comme dans l'une quelconque des déclarations ci-dessus, est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un cadre (11) disposé sur la face supérieure de la bordure (5), qui s'étend dans une direction presque perpendiculaire à la bordure (5) et auquel le couvercle (6) est attaché.
- Une capsule (1) comme dans l'une quelconque des déclarations ci-dessus, est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un boîtier (12) dans lequel le récipient (2) est placé de manière à entourer le récipient (2) et la bordure (5), et qui permet à la matière première de la boisson de rester fraîche pendant une longue période de temps.
- Une capsule (1) comme dans l'une quelconque des déclarations ci-dessus, est caractérisée en ce que la bordure (5) s'étend parallèlement à la surface latérale (4).
- Une capsule (1) comme dans l'une quelconque des déclarations 1 à 12, est caractérisée en ce que la bordure (5) s'étend de manière inclinée par rapport à la surface latérale (4).
