Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist eine Stahlrahmenkonstruktion aus miteinander verschweißten Stahlträgern bzw. Stahlprofilen. An den Ecken sind Eckbeschläge 6 angeordnet, die jeweils mit einer Öffnung 7 versehen sind. Die Längs- und Querabmessungen des Stahlrahmens 3 sind an eine übliche Lastaufnahme 2, 22 angepasst, entsprechen daher beispielsweise den Abmessungen eines an der Lastaufnahme 2, 22 zu befestigenden, genormten Containers, beispielsweise eines 20 Fuß-Containers. In den Öffnungen 7 sind die Twistlocks der Lastaufnahme 2, 22 einsetzbar, sodass die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung analog einem Container an einer Lastaufnahme 2, 22 lösbar befestigt werden kann. Der obere Stahlrahmen 3 ist mit einem weiteren, senkrecht zum oberen Stahlrahmen 3 angeordneten, ebenfalls rechteckigen Stahlrahmen 9 verschweißt. Der Stahlrahmen 9 weist zwei Längsträger 10 und zwei Querträger 11 auf, wobei der eine, obere Querträger 11 gleichzeitig einen Querträger zwischen den beiden Längsträgern 4 des oberen Stahlrahmens 3 bildet. Die Verbindung des Stahlrahmens 9 mit dem Stahlrahmen 3 erfolgt in einem Abstand von dem einen Querträger 5 des oberen Stahlrahmens 3, wobei dieser Abstand etwa einem Viertel bis einem Drittel der Länge der Längsträger 4 entspricht. Stützträger 12 verlaufen zwischen den zum Stahlrahmen 9 näher befindlichen Ecken des Stahlrahmens 3 und den unteren Endbereichen der Längsträger 10 des Stahlrahmens 9. Unter den Portalkran 1 sind Containertragwagen 20 mit vollen Schüttgutcontainern 19 gefahren worden. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist mittels ihrer an den Eckbeschlägen 6 befindlichen Öffnungen 7 mit der Lastaufnahme 2 des Krans 1 bzw. der Lastaufnahme 22 des Reach-Stackers 21 mittels der Twistlocks fest verbunden worden. Die Twistlocks gestatten eine schnelle Verbindung der Vorrichtung mit der Lastaufnahme 2, 22 und auch ein leichtes Lösen, beispielsweise wenn die Lastaufnahme 2, 22 für andere Einsatzzwecke, etwa den Transfer herkömmlicher Container, verwendet werden soll. Zum Aufnehmen eines vollen Schüttgutcontainers 19 wird die Lastaufnahme 2, 22 mitsamt der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung in eine Position gebracht, in der die Gabelzinken 17 in die Gabeltunnel 18 des aufzunehmenden Containers 19 eingefädelt werden können. Die Trageinrichtung 16 mitsamt den Gabelzinken 17 befindet sich dabei in der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Ausgangsposition. Haben die Gabelzinken 17 den Container 19 erfasst, wird die Vorrichtung mitsamt dem vom Containertragwagen entriegelten Container 19 am Portalkran 1 bzw. Reach-Stacker 21 angehoben und mit dem Kran 1 bzw. dem Reach-Stacker 21 zur Entlade- oder Entleerstelle, beispielsweise zum nicht gezeigten Schüttgutfrachter befördert. An der Entleerstelle wird die Lastaufnahme 2, 22 mitsamt der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung und dem vollen Container 19 falls erforderlich abgesenkt. Nun wird die Dreheinrichtung 8 betätigt und derart die Trageinrichtung 16 mitsamt dem Schüttgutcontainer 19 in Drehung versetzt, und zwar so weit, dass sich der Container 19 komplett entleeren kann, wie es in Fig. 6 bis 8 gezeigt ist. Der entleerte Container 19 wird in seine Ausgangslage rückgedreht und mittels der Fördervorrichtung, des Protalkranes 1 oder des Reach-Stackers 21, zurücktransportiert. Claims (7)

  1. Device for handling bulk containers (19), having a steel frame design comprising steel beams (4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) which are welded to one another and a rectangular upper steel frame, wherein the steel frame construction can be connected to a load handling means (2, 22) of a container conveying device (1, 21) and to which a device for receiving the container (19) is arranged which allows emptying of the container (19) by rotation,

    the upper steel frame (3) is welded to a further, likewise rectangular, steel frame (9) which is arranged perpendicular to the upper steel frame (3) and on which a rotating device (8) for turning a carrying device (16) is arranged, characterized in that the carrying device has two fork tines (17) running parallel with one another which can be inserted into fork pockets (18) in the container (19).
  2. Device in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the rectangular upper steel frame (3) is provided with corner fittings (6) into which twist locks arranged on the load handling means (2, 22) can be latched.
  3. Device in accordance with claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the further rectangular steel frame (9) has a cross member (11) which forms an additional cross member in the upper steel frame (3).
  4. Device in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the two steel frames (3, 9) are additionally connected to each other by means of obliquely angled support beams (12, 13).
  5. Device in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the rotating device (8) is mounted on a holder (15) which is secured on the lower cross member (11) and to an additional cross member (14) running across the central area of the further steel frame (9).
  6. Device in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it can be connected to a load handling means (2) of a crane (1).
