Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Beeinflussung der Akustik eines Innenraums mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1. Unter "Beeinflussung" wird insbesondere eine Verbesserung der Raumakustik unter Zuhilfenahme der vorgeschlagenen Vorrichtung verstanden. Beispielsweise kann die Vorrichtung zur Lärmminderung und/oder zur Regulierung des Nachhalls in einem Innenraum eingesetzt werden. Die Vorrichtung findet demnach insbesondere in Innenräumen Einsatz, in denen eine gute Hörsamkeit gefordert ist, wie dies beispielsweise bei Innenräumen der Fall ist, in denen gearbeitet und/oder kommuniziert wird. Ferner soll die vorgeschlagene Vorrichtung als gestalterisches Element der Innenarchitektur einsetzbar sein.
Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Vorrichtungen bekannt, die zur Verbesserung der Raumakustik schallabsorbierende Elemente aus einem offenporigen Material einsetzen. Hierbei handelt es sich häufig um Dämmmaterialien, wie beispielsweise Mineralwolle. Ferner finden Faserdämmstoffe aus Kunstfasern, insbesondere Polyester- oder Polyethylenfasern, oder Naturfasern, wie beispielsweise Holz-, Kokos-, Baumwoll-, Hanf- oder Sisalfasern, Einsatz. Darüber hinaus ist die Verwendung von schallabsorbierenden Schaumstoffen aus Polyurethan oder Melaminharz bekannt. Die Offenporigkeit des Materials bewirkt, dass auftreffende Schallwellen nicht unmittelbar reflektiert werden, sondern sich im Material verlaufen, so dass eine Schalldämpfung erzielt wird.
Da schallabsorbierende Dämmmaterialien in der Regel optisch nur wenig ansprechend sind, werden sie häufig verdeckt verbaut, indem raumseitig eine gelochte Platte vorgesetzt wird. Den Raumabschluss bildet dann die gelochte Platte aus, die im Übrigen beliebig gestaltet werden kann.

Die Profilschenkel sind dabei derart gestaltet, dass sie die beidseitig am Tragrahmen angeordneten Faserschaumplatten jeweils stirnseitig umgreifen. Das heißt, dass der Tragrahmen sichtbar ist und zusätzlich als gestalterisches Element einsetzbar ist. Zur Befestigung des Akustikpaneels an einer Wand oder Decke ist der Tragrahmen nicht ausgelegt.
Aus der DE 20 2013 101 522 U1 ist ferner ein Schallschutz-Wandsystem bekannt, das einen aus Profilleisten gebildeten Rahmen und eine aus einem textilen Flächengebilde gebildete Bespannung aufweist, die randseitig über Klemmnuten der Profilleisten eingespannt ist. Die Bespannung dient der Abdeckung einer rückseitig angeordneten Schalldämmschicht. Auch hier bleiben die Profilleisten sichtbar.

Die Verbindung erfolgt über Klammern, die das Paneel umgreifen und somit sichtbar sind. Lediglich der Rahmen wird durch das Paneel abgedeckt.
Ausgehend von dem vorstehend genannten Stand der Technik liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zur Beeinflussung der Akustik eines Innenraums anzugeben, die in einfacher Weise an einer Wand oder Decke anbringbar ist. Die Vorrichtung soll sowohl eine Wandmontage, als auch eine Deckenmontage ermöglichen, ohne dass vorherige Modifikationen erforderlich sind. Auf diese Weise soll eine Vorrichtung geschaffen werden, die eine hohe Funktionalität und Variabilität besitzt. Darüber hinaus soll die Vorrichtung hohen gestalterischen Ansprüchen genügen, so dass sie als Element der Innenarchitektur einsetzbar ist.
Zur Lösung der Aufgabe wird die Vorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 vorgeschlagen. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.

  16. The device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that the device comprises at least one panel (1) and a plurality of profiles (2), which are arranged at the rear side with respect to the panel (1) and form a frame.
