Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for influencing the acoustics of an interior with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- “Influencing” is understood in particular an improvement of the room acoustics with the aid of the proposed device.
- the device can be used to reduce noise and / or to regulate the reverberation in an interior.
- the device is used in particular indoors, in which a good audibility is required, as is the case for example in interiors in which worked and / or communicated.
- the proposed device should be used as a design element of interior design.
- Devices are known from the prior art, which use sound-absorbing elements made of an open-pore material to improve the room acoustics. These are often insulation materials, such as mineral wool.
- fiber insulation of synthetic fibers in particular polyester or polyethylene fibers, or natural fibers, such as wood, coconut, cotton, hemp or sisal fibers
- use of sound-absorbing foams of polyurethane or melamine resin is known.
- the open porosity of the material causes impinging sound waves are not reflected directly, but run in the material, so that a sound attenuation is achieved.
- sound-absorbing insulation materials are usually visually only slightly appealing, they are often obstructed installed by the room side, a perforated plate is set. The space is then completed by the perforated plate, which can otherwise be designed arbitrarily.
- the sound-absorbing elements are installed without a superior plate, they are usually designed as a plate itself, which applies to install it on a wall or on a ceiling.
- the plate thickness is often 30 mm to 50 mm.
- the attachment of the sound-absorbing elements to a wall or ceiling regularly requires an auxiliary structure, which is tuned to the respective mounting location. This means that the auxiliary construction allows either attachment to the wall or to the ceiling.
- suspension systems that include wire cables for suspending the sound-absorbing elements from the ceiling are suitable. Wall mounting is not possible by means of such suspension systems. The functionality is therefore very limited.
- acoustic panel with a circumferential support frame, which is formed from extruded hollow chamber profile blanks.
- the profile blanks are connected to each other at their ends facing each other via the corner, so that the acoustic panel on the support frame undergoes a stiffener.
- On the support frame two sound-absorbing microcapillary fiber foam panels are attached, which together with the support frame enclose a cavity in which a sound-absorbing filling material is arranged.
- the acoustic panel can be used in this way as a freestanding acoustic partition or to form a soundproof cabin.
- the hollow section profiles of the acoustic panel of DE 10 2012 108 296 A1 each have substantially a U-shaped cross-sectional profile with a base body and two profile legs extending away from the main body.
- the profile legs are designed such that they surround the both sides of the support frame arranged fiber foam plates each end face. That means that the Support frame is visible and can also be used as a design element.
- To attach the acoustic panel to a wall or ceiling of the support frame is not designed.
- a soundproof wall system which comprises a frame formed from profile strips and a fabric formed from a textile fabric, which is clamped at the edge via clamping grooves of the profile strips. The covering serves to cover a sound insulation layer arranged on the back side. Again, the moldings remain visible.
- a wall panel protrudes, comprising a frame and a pre-set panel detachably connected to the frame. The connection is made via brackets that surround the panel and are thus visible. Only the frame is covered by the panel.
- the present invention has the object to provide a device for influencing the acoustics of an interior, which can be attached to a wall or ceiling in a simple manner.
- the device is intended to enable both wall mounting and ceiling mounting without the need for prior modifications.
- a device is to be created which has a high functionality and variability.
- the device should meet high design requirements, so that it can be used as an element of interior design.
- the device with the features of claim 1 is proposed.
- the proposed device for influencing the acoustics of an interior comprises a panel which is at least partially made of a sound-absorbing material is formed, as well as a profile, which serves to attach the panel to a wall bounding the interior or ceiling.
- the profile has a section forming a hollow chamber, to which, according to the invention, a laterally projecting cantilever joins to form a contact surface for the panel.
- the boom increases the contact surface for the panel.
- the panel rests against this contact surface with a rear side, so that the panel covers the profile and leads to a concealed arrangement of the profile. This means that the profile is not visible when looking at the device from the front.
- the concealed arrangement of the profile allows a great deal of creative freedom. For example, several panels can be pushed without joints during their attachment, so that there is the impression of a continuous closed area.
- the attachment can be made in such a way that joints are formed between the panels, wherein the joint pattern can be chosen according to design considerations.
- the rearward arrangement of the profile with respect to the panel simplifies the attachment of the panel to a wall or ceiling.
- the profile itself can be attached directly or indirectly via an intermediate spacer to the respective substrate.
- a modification of the profile is not required to allow either the attachment of the panel to a wall or to a ceiling.
- fasteners can be used for attachment.
- the profile arranged on the rear side causes a stiffening of the panel, so that the panel itself can have a comparatively small thickness.
- the panel thickness may be less than 10 mm.
- the section of the profile forming the hollow chamber preferably has a height, ie a dimension perpendicular to the panel rear side, which is greater than a width, ie a dimension parallel to the panel rear side, for stiffening.
- the cross-sectional shape of the hollow chamber forming portion is thus substantially rectangular. Due to the rectangular cross-sectional shape of the hollow chamber forming portion, the flexural rigidity of the profile increases, which proves to be particularly advantageous when the device is selectively suspended from a ceiling. Because the increased bending stiffness prevents the profile sags between the suspension points. At the same time, the increased flexural rigidity of the profile results in improved stiffening of the panel resting on and attached to the profile.
- the adjacent to the hollow chamber forming section of the boom profile preferably has a width, d. H. a dimension parallel to the panel back, which is significantly larger than a dimension of the boom perpendicular thereto.
- the boom in this way forms a filigree edge of the profile, which is visible depending on the arrangement of the profile on the back of the panel and / or viewing angle.
- the boom increases the contact surface for the panel, so that an improved support of the panel is achieved on the profile.
- the boom thus also contributes to the stiffening of the panel, which in turn favors a reduction in the thickness of the panel.
- the cross-sectional shape of the profile is such that the width of the cantilever is at least twice as large as the width of the hollow chamber forming portion.
- the width can be selected, for example, four or five times as wide as the width of the hollow chamber forming section.
- the profile is then preferably arranged in the manner on the back of the panel such that the cantilever comes to lie closer to a side face of the panel than the section forming the hollow chamber. This ensures that from the profile - depending on the viewing angle - at most the filigree edge formed by the boom is visible.
- the boom of the profile is flush with a side surface of the panel.
- the flush-mounted termination of the boom with the panel also allows the panel to be fastened close to the edge of the profile, so that the panel is optimally stiffened on the edge.
- the profile extending over the boom to the edge of the panel thus counteracts undesirable deformation of the panel. This proves to be particularly advantageous if several panels next to each other in a level can be arranged and therefore high demands are placed on the flatness of the surface formed by the panels.
- the profile may also have a boom, which remains behind the side surface of the panel. In this case the profile is set back from the edge of the panel. This allows a completely hidden arrangement of the profile, so that only the panel from the inside is perceptible.
- the portion of the profile forming the hollow chamber is preferably not visible. Because of the hollow chamber forming section moves to the width of the boom away from the edge of the panel inward. Thus, depending on the viewing angle, only the narrow side surface of the panel and the filigree edge of the profile formed by the arm remain visible, thus providing a light, floating impression that is visually very appealing.
- a location away from the edge of the panel inwardly offset position of the hollow chamber forming portion of the profile also has a favorable effect on the statics. This is especially true when multiple profiles are placed against each other so that they form a closed frame. Since the load transfer takes place in each case via the inwardly offset, the hollow chamber forming profile section, the cantilevered edge regions can be used to relieve the panel in the middle of the field.
- the panel does not necessarily have to be designed to be plane, but-at least in sections-can also be curved, corrugated and / or folded.
- the panel can be arranged inclined to the ground. If the panel is not designed level and / or should not be aligned parallel to the wall or ceiling, the boom of the profile preferably has a adapted to the shape and / or desired orientation of the panel configuration.
- the cantilever may connect at an angle to the portion of the profile forming the hollow chamber that is less than or greater than 90 °.
- the attachment of the panel on the profile is preferably carried out in the region of the boom, since this area is easily accessible.
- the attachment can be done with the aid of fasteners, such as screws, rivets and / or brackets.
- the boom of the profile on at least one raised surface portion and / or web for conditioning of the panel.
- the at least one raised surface section and / or web forms or forms the contact surface for the panel.
- the boom is preferably set back relative to the contact surface, so that only the at least one raised surface section and / or web comes into contact with the panel. In this way, a substantial sound decoupling between the profile and the panel is effected.
- the panel is supported several times on the profile.
- the profile preferably has at least one raised surface section and at least one web.
- the attachment of the panel on the profile is preferably carried out in the region of a raised surface portion of the boom, so that a sufficiently large support surface is ensured, which allows a secure attachment by means of a fastener, in particular in the form of a screw, a rivet and / or a clamp.
- a fastener in particular in the form of a screw, a rivet and / or a clamp.
- the panel is preferably stretched over further raised surface portions and / or webs, so that the panel is aligned at the same time.
- a raised surface section of the cantilever forms a receiving groove on a side facing away from the panel, which is preferably executed undercut.
- the receiving groove can serve to receive a fastening means for fastening the panel to the profile, so that it is not visible even when looking from the side of the device.
- the receiving groove of the recording of an electrical line and / or a lighting device can be used, so that an indirect illumination of the interior of the device is possible.
- a rear-mounted illumination device also causes a backlighting of the panel, whereby a hovering impression is further enhanced.
- a metal sheet in particular an angle sheet, can be inserted into the receiving groove formed in the region of a raised surface portion of the cantilever, which serves to connect a plurality of similar profiles.
- the angle plate allows a connection between two angularly arranged profiles, for example, to form a frame.
- the boom of the profile on the end that is, at its free end, a recessed relative to the panel surface portion, so that between the profile and the panel a shadow gap is formed. This is particularly evident when the boom is flush with the side surface of the panel.
- the shadow gap preferably has a joint width of at least 2 mm. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a 2 mm shadow gap is bounded on the one hand by an 8 mm thick panel, on the other hand by a 3 mm recessed surface portion of the arm.
- the boom of the profile of a device according to the invention therefore preferably has at least one projecting and / or recessed portion.
- the means that the boom is preferably not designed flat, but forms sections that are arranged offset to one another. This has an advantageous effect on the bending stiffness of the boom, so that the cantilever length of the cantilever can be chosen comparatively large.
- the profile in cross-section comprises an obliquely extending surface section which, together with the arm and the section forming the hollow chamber, delimits a further hollow chamber.
- the inclined surface portion reduces the cantilever cantilever length, so that the load capacity of the profile increases and / or the shape stiffness of the profile is increased.
- the profile may have a comparatively small wall thickness in the region of the cantilever, so that the cantilever-if visible from the interior-optically continues to enter the background.
- the angle which surround the inclined surface portion and the boom of the profile 45 °.
- the portion of the profile forming the first hollow chamber forms a receiving groove on a side facing away from the panel, which is preferably executed undercut.
- stones can be used, which in combination with wire ropes a suspension of the profile including a panel from a ceiling.
- the sliding blocks can be moved as desired so that the suspension points can be determined freely.
- a spacer can be used in the receiving groove, which allows attachment of the panel at a predetermined distance in front of a wall.
- the receiving groove of the recording of an electrical line and / or a lighting device can serve.
- a receiving groove is formed within the first hollow chamber, which is preferably executed undercut and / or has a groove width extending perpendicular to the panel rear side, which is larger than a groove depth extending parallel to the panel rear side.
- the receiving groove formed within the first hollow chamber serves to receive a sheet metal, in particular an angle sheet, in order to connect two similar profiles set against each other to form a frame-shaped supporting structure.
- the undercut of the receiving groove ensures that the sheet or angle plate does not fall out. Since preferably the groove width is greater than the groove depth is selected, the sheet or the angle plate can be installed "upright", so that a particularly rigid connection of the profiles is effected.
- the profile of the device according to the invention has an overall height, which is predetermined by the section forming the first hollow chamber.
- the statically effective height of the profile is therefore maximum in the region of the hollow chamber forming section. This has a favorable effect on the load capacity of the profile, since the load transfer takes place over the section forming the hollow chamber.
- the support of the Panel on this profile section over at least one raised surface portion and / or web.
- the raised surface portion or web in the region of the hollow chamber forming portion is in this case in the overall height of the profile with a.
- a laterally projecting limb adjoins the section of the profile forming the first hollow chamber, which limb is arranged on the side facing away from the boom and at a distance from the panel. That is, the leg and the boom are substantially diametrically opposed to the portion of the profile forming the first hollow chamber.
- the laterally projecting leg is parallel to the back of the panel, so that the distance of the leg to the panel is constant.
- a sound-absorbing insulation material in the form of a plate or mat, wherein the thickness of the plate or mat corresponds to a maximum of the distance between the leg and the panel. Due to the additional sound-absorbing insulation material, an improved soundproofing can be achieved.
- a sound-absorbing plate made of PE fibers or PET fibers can be inserted.
- the laterally projecting leg of the profile has an end oriented towards the panel.
- a force and / or positive connection of the leg can be effected with an additionally inserted insulation board or mat, so that it is fixed in position.
- the laterally projecting leg of the profile can be used to attach the device to a wall or ceiling.
- the device can be hung in front of a wall when the laterally projecting leg of the profile is oriented such that it engages behind a hook or angle attached to the wall.
- the profile is preferably made of a metallic material, in particular aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
- Metallic materials are particularly robust and also radiate a high value.
- the profile may be an extruded aluminum profile. By extrusion, even profiles with complex cross-sectional shape can be produced comparatively inexpensively.
- the metallic profile can also be coated, in particular color-coated. If aluminum or an aluminum alloy is used as the material, the profile can also be anodized.
- a profile is proposed which is made of plastic. By using plastic weight can also be saved.
- the profile at least in sections has a wall thickness of 1 mm to 10 mm.
- the wall thickness of the profile does not have to be the same throughout.
- the profile may have a first wall thickness of 2 mm and at least one additional wall thickness, which in contrast is chosen to be larger or smaller.
- the wall thickness of the profile can therefore be selected in sections according to the respective static requirements. This can be achieved particularly easily with an extruded profile.
- the panel is preferably - at least partially - made of a synthetic foam, in particular made of a synthetic fiber foam.
- foams are usually open-pored and thus sound-absorbing.
- the synthetic foam preferably contains polyethylene or polyester, in particular in the form of fibers. Polyethylene or polyester can be considered a healthy, sustainable material compared to many other synthetic foams and / or insulating materials. He thus finds a great acceptance.
- foams based on polyethylene or polyester have a pleasant feel.
- plates made therefrom are sufficiently stable and easy to handle.
- the panel has - at least in sections - a thickness of 1 mm to 100 mm, preferably from 2 mm to 50 mm, more preferably from 3 mm to 10 mm.
- the panel may have a thickness of 8 mm.
- the comparatively small thickness of the panel aids in floating the panel when it is attached to a wall or ceiling by means of the profile. The stiffening of the panel caused by the profile makes such low panel thicknesses possible in the first place.
- the panel is coated, printed, glued and / or covered with a further material, in particular a textile material, at least regionally. In this way, the panel can be given an individual look.
- a further material in particular a textile material
- the panel has a surface facing the interior, which is profiled at least in some areas.
- the panel may be perforated at least in certain areas.
- the profiling and / or perforation prevents sound waves from being reflected directly. It thus has a sound-absorbing or sound-absorbing effect.
- the sound-absorbing effect can be further enhanced by the fact that behind the perforated panel another plate or mat is arranged from a sound-absorbing insulation material.
- a profiling and / or perforation gives the panel an individual look.
- the panels can also have any other shape, if this, for example, from creative Reasons is desired.
- the panel may have rounded corners.
- the panel preferably has edge lengths of 600 mm to 2400 mm, so that, for example, formats of 900 mm ⁇ 900 mm, 800 mm ⁇ 1200 mm or 1200 mm ⁇ 1200 mm result.
- the profile preferably has an overall height of between 30 mm and 100 mm.
- the total height may be 40 mm.
- the total width of the profile is preferably 80 mm to 150 mm, for example 120 mm.
- the device according to the invention comprises at least one panel and a plurality of profiles, which are arranged on the rear side with respect to the panel and form a frame.

Description
The invention relates to a device for influencing the acoustics of an interior with the features of the preamble of
Devices are known from the prior art, which use sound-absorbing elements made of an open-pore material to improve the room acoustics. These are often insulation materials, such as mineral wool. Furthermore, fiber insulation of synthetic fibers, in particular polyester or polyethylene fibers, or natural fibers, such as wood, coconut, cotton, hemp or sisal fibers, use. In addition, the use of sound-absorbing foams of polyurethane or melamine resin is known. The open porosity of the material causes impinging sound waves are not reflected directly, but run in the material, so that a sound attenuation is achieved.
Since sound-absorbing insulation materials are usually visually only slightly appealing, they are often obstructed installed by the room side, a perforated plate is set. The space is then completed by the perforated plate, which can otherwise be designed arbitrarily.
If the sound-absorbing elements are installed without a superior plate, they are usually designed as a plate itself, which applies to install it on a wall or on a ceiling. The plate thickness is often 30 mm to 50 mm. The attachment of the sound-absorbing elements to a wall or ceiling regularly requires an auxiliary structure, which is tuned to the respective mounting location. This means that the auxiliary construction allows either attachment to the wall or to the ceiling. For ceiling mounting, for example, suspension systems that include wire cables for suspending the sound-absorbing elements from the ceiling are suitable. Wall mounting is not possible by means of such suspension systems. The functionality is therefore very limited.

From the
Based on the above-mentioned prior art, the present invention has the object to provide a device for influencing the acoustics of an interior, which can be attached to a wall or ceiling in a simple manner. The device is intended to enable both wall mounting and ceiling mounting without the need for prior modifications. In this way, a device is to be created which has a high functionality and variability. In addition, the device should meet high design requirements, so that it can be used as an element of interior design.
To solve the problem, the device with the features of
The proposed device for influencing the acoustics of an interior according to
The concealed arrangement of the profile allows a great deal of creative freedom. For example, several panels can be pushed without joints during their attachment, so that there is the impression of a continuous closed area. Alternatively, the attachment can be made in such a way that joints are formed between the panels, wherein the joint pattern can be chosen according to design considerations.
The rearward arrangement of the profile with respect to the panel simplifies the attachment of the panel to a wall or ceiling. For one thing, the profile itself can be attached directly or indirectly via an intermediate spacer to the respective substrate. A modification of the profile is not required to allow either the attachment of the panel to a wall or to a ceiling. For attachment commercially available fasteners can be used.
In the configuration as a hollow chamber profile, the profile arranged on the rear side causes a stiffening of the panel, so that the panel itself can have a comparatively small thickness. For example, the panel thickness may be less than 10 mm. The section of the profile forming the hollow chamber preferably has a height, ie a dimension perpendicular to the panel rear side, which is greater than a width, ie a dimension parallel to the panel rear side, for stiffening. The cross-sectional shape of the hollow chamber forming portion is thus substantially rectangular.
The adjacent to the hollow chamber forming section of the boom profile, however, preferably has a width, d. H. a dimension parallel to the panel back, which is significantly larger than a dimension of the boom perpendicular thereto. The boom in this way forms a filigree edge of the profile, which is visible depending on the arrangement of the profile on the back of the panel and / or viewing angle. At the same time the boom increases the contact surface for the panel, so that an improved support of the panel is achieved on the profile. The boom thus also contributes to the stiffening of the panel, which in turn favors a reduction in the thickness of the panel.
Further preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the profile is such that the width of the cantilever is at least twice as large as the width of the hollow chamber forming portion. The width can be selected, for example, four or five times as wide as the width of the hollow chamber forming section. The profile is then preferably arranged in the manner on the back of the panel such that the cantilever comes to lie closer to a side face of the panel than the section forming the hollow chamber. This ensures that from the profile - depending on the viewing angle - at most the filigree edge formed by the boom is visible.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the boom of the profile is flush with a side surface of the panel. This means that the profile is visible when the side surface of the panel is exposed from the side and can be used as a design element in edge formation. The flush-mounted termination of the boom with the panel also allows the panel to be fastened close to the edge of the profile, so that the panel is optimally stiffened on the edge. The profile extending over the boom to the edge of the panel thus counteracts undesirable deformation of the panel. This proves to be particularly advantageous if several panels next to each other in a level can be arranged and therefore high demands are placed on the flatness of the surface formed by the panels.
Instead of a flush with the panel final boom, the profile may also have a boom, which remains behind the side surface of the panel. In this case the profile is set back from the edge of the panel. This allows a completely hidden arrangement of the profile, so that only the panel from the inside is perceptible.
However, even if the profile is arranged in the manner on the back of the panel that the cantilever is flush with the side surface of the panel, the portion of the profile forming the hollow chamber is preferably not visible.
A location away from the edge of the panel inwardly offset position of the hollow chamber forming portion of the profile also has a favorable effect on the statics. This is especially true when multiple profiles are placed against each other so that they form a closed frame. Since the load transfer takes place in each case via the inwardly offset, the hollow chamber forming profile section, the cantilevered edge regions can be used to relieve the panel in the middle of the field.
It is noted that the panel does not necessarily have to be designed to be plane, but-at least in sections-can also be curved, corrugated and / or folded. In addition, the panel can be arranged inclined to the ground. If the panel is not designed level and / or should not be aligned parallel to the wall or ceiling, the boom of the profile preferably has a adapted to the shape and / or desired orientation of the panel configuration. For example, the cantilever may connect at an angle to the portion of the profile forming the hollow chamber that is less than or greater than 90 °.
The attachment of the panel on the profile is preferably carried out in the region of the boom, since this area is easily accessible. The attachment can be done with the aid of fasteners, such as screws, rivets and / or brackets.
Preferably, the boom of the profile on at least one raised surface portion and / or web for conditioning of the panel. This means that the at least one raised surface section and / or web forms or forms the contact surface for the panel. Incidentally, the boom is preferably set back relative to the contact surface, so that only the at least one raised surface section and / or web comes into contact with the panel. In this way, a substantial sound decoupling between the profile and the panel is effected.
Ideally, the panel is supported several times on the profile. For this purpose, the profile preferably has at least one raised surface section and at least one web. The attachment of the panel on the profile is preferably carried out in the region of a raised surface portion of the boom, so that a sufficiently large support surface is ensured, which allows a secure attachment by means of a fastener, in particular in the form of a screw, a rivet and / or a clamp. When attaching the panel in the region of a raised surface portion, the panel is preferably stretched over further raised surface portions and / or webs, so that the panel is aligned at the same time.
In a further development of the invention, it is proposed that a raised surface section of the cantilever forms a receiving groove on a side facing away from the panel, which is preferably executed undercut. The receiving groove can serve to receive a fastening means for fastening the panel to the profile, so that it is not visible even when looking from the side of the device. Furthermore, the receiving groove of the recording of an electrical line and / or a lighting device can be used, so that an indirect illumination of the interior of the device is possible. A rear-mounted illumination device also causes a backlighting of the panel, whereby a hovering impression is further enhanced.
Alternatively or additionally, a metal sheet, in particular an angle sheet, can be inserted into the receiving groove formed in the region of a raised surface portion of the cantilever, which serves to connect a plurality of similar profiles. The angle plate allows a connection between two angularly arranged profiles, for example, to form a frame.
Further preferably, the boom of the profile on the end, that is, at its free end, a recessed relative to the panel surface portion, so that between the profile and the panel a shadow gap is formed. This is particularly evident when the boom is flush with the side surface of the panel. The shadow gap preferably has a joint width of at least 2 mm. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a 2 mm shadow gap is bounded on the one hand by an 8 mm thick panel, on the other hand by a 3 mm recessed surface portion of the arm.
The boom of the profile of a device according to the invention therefore preferably has at least one projecting and / or recessed portion. The means that the boom is preferably not designed flat, but forms sections that are arranged offset to one another. This has an advantageous effect on the bending stiffness of the boom, so that the cantilever length of the cantilever can be chosen comparatively large.
With increasing Kraglänge the laterally projecting cantilever increases the risk of deformation of the profile under load. This can be counteracted by increasing the wall thickness of the profile, in particular in the region of the boom.
Alternatively or additionally, it is proposed that the profile in cross-section comprises an obliquely extending surface section which, together with the arm and the section forming the hollow chamber, delimits a further hollow chamber. The inclined surface portion reduces the cantilever cantilever length, so that the load capacity of the profile increases and / or the shape stiffness of the profile is increased. Accordingly, the profile may have a comparatively small wall thickness in the region of the cantilever, so that the cantilever-if visible from the interior-optically continues to enter the background.
Preferably, the angle which surround the inclined surface portion and the boom of the profile, 45 °. This leads to the formation of a hollow chamber, which forms an isosceles triangle in cross-section, when the boom connects at an angle of 90 ° to the hollow chamber forming section. In this way, a maximum stiffening of the profile can be effected.
Preferably, the portion of the profile forming the first hollow chamber forms a receiving groove on a side facing away from the panel, which is preferably executed undercut. In the groove groove stones can be used, which in combination with wire ropes a suspension of the profile including a panel from a ceiling. Within the receiving groove, the sliding blocks can be moved as desired so that the suspension points can be determined freely.
Alternatively, a spacer can be used in the receiving groove, which allows attachment of the panel at a predetermined distance in front of a wall.
In addition, the receiving groove of the recording of an electrical line and / or a lighting device can serve.
As a further development measure, it is proposed that a receiving groove is formed within the first hollow chamber, which is preferably executed undercut and / or has a groove width extending perpendicular to the panel rear side, which is larger than a groove depth extending parallel to the panel rear side. The receiving groove formed within the first hollow chamber serves to receive a sheet metal, in particular an angle sheet, in order to connect two similar profiles set against each other to form a frame-shaped supporting structure. The undercut of the receiving groove ensures that the sheet or angle plate does not fall out. Since preferably the groove width is greater than the groove depth is selected, the sheet or the angle plate can be installed "upright", so that a particularly rigid connection of the profiles is effected.
Advantageously, the profile of the device according to the invention has an overall height, which is predetermined by the section forming the first hollow chamber. The statically effective height of the profile is therefore maximum in the region of the hollow chamber forming section. This has a favorable effect on the load capacity of the profile, since the load transfer takes place over the section forming the hollow chamber. In order to achieve a substantial sound decoupling between the profile and the panel, preferably the support of the Panel on this profile section over at least one raised surface portion and / or web. The raised surface portion or web in the region of the hollow chamber forming portion is in this case in the overall height of the profile with a.
Advantageously, a laterally projecting limb adjoins the section of the profile forming the first hollow chamber, which limb is arranged on the side facing away from the boom and at a distance from the panel. That is, the leg and the boom are substantially diametrically opposed to the portion of the profile forming the first hollow chamber. Preferably, the laterally projecting leg is parallel to the back of the panel, so that the distance of the leg to the panel is constant. Between the leg and the panel can be inserted in this way a sound-absorbing insulation material in the form of a plate or mat, wherein the thickness of the plate or mat corresponds to a maximum of the distance between the leg and the panel. Due to the additional sound-absorbing insulation material, an improved soundproofing can be achieved. For example, a sound-absorbing plate made of PE fibers or PET fibers can be inserted.
As a further development measure, it is proposed that the laterally projecting leg of the profile has an end oriented towards the panel. About the nose, a force and / or positive connection of the leg can be effected with an additionally inserted insulation board or mat, so that it is fixed in position.
In addition, the laterally projecting leg of the profile can be used to attach the device to a wall or ceiling. For example, the device can be hung in front of a wall when the laterally projecting leg of the profile is oriented such that it engages behind a hook or angle attached to the wall.
The profile is preferably made of a metallic material, in particular aluminum or an aluminum alloy. Metallic materials are particularly robust and also radiate a high value. For example, the profile may be an extruded aluminum profile. By extrusion, even profiles with complex cross-sectional shape can be produced comparatively inexpensively. By using aluminum or an aluminum alloy weight can be saved, so that lower requirements are placed on the attachment of the device to a substrate. The metallic profile can also be coated, in particular color-coated. If aluminum or an aluminum alloy is used as the material, the profile can also be anodized. Alternatively, a profile is proposed which is made of plastic. By using plastic weight can also be saved.
In order to achieve a sufficient bending stiffness, it is proposed that the profile at least in sections has a wall thickness of 1 mm to 10 mm. This means that the wall thickness of the profile does not have to be the same throughout. For example, the profile may have a first wall thickness of 2 mm and at least one additional wall thickness, which in contrast is chosen to be larger or smaller. The wall thickness of the profile can therefore be selected in sections according to the respective static requirements. This can be achieved particularly easily with an extruded profile.
The panel is preferably - at least partially - made of a synthetic foam, in particular made of a synthetic fiber foam. Such foams are usually open-pored and thus sound-absorbing. The synthetic foam preferably contains polyethylene or polyester, in particular in the form of fibers. Polyethylene or polyester can be considered a healthy, sustainable material compared to many other synthetic foams and / or insulating materials. He thus finds a great acceptance. In addition, foams based on polyethylene or polyester have a pleasant feel. In addition, plates made therefrom are sufficiently stable and easy to handle.
Preferably, the panel has - at least in sections - a thickness of 1 mm to 100 mm, preferably from 2 mm to 50 mm, more preferably from 3 mm to 10 mm. For example, the panel may have a thickness of 8 mm. The comparatively small thickness of the panel aids in floating the panel when it is attached to a wall or ceiling by means of the profile. The stiffening of the panel caused by the profile makes such low panel thicknesses possible in the first place.
It is also proposed that the panel is coated, printed, glued and / or covered with a further material, in particular a textile material, at least regionally. In this way, the panel can be given an individual look. The freedom of design in this regard, no limits.
Alternatively or additionally, it is proposed that the panel has a surface facing the interior, which is profiled at least in some areas. In addition, as an alternative or in addition, the panel may be perforated at least in certain areas. The profiling and / or perforation prevents sound waves from being reflected directly. It thus has a sound-absorbing or sound-absorbing effect. The sound-absorbing effect can be further enhanced by the fact that behind the perforated panel another plate or mat is arranged from a sound-absorbing insulation material. Furthermore, a profiling and / or perforation gives the panel an individual look.
Preference is given to square or rectangular panel formats. The panels can also have any other shape, if this, for example, from creative Reasons is desired. For example, in plan view, the panel may have rounded corners. The panel preferably has edge lengths of 600 mm to 2400 mm, so that, for example, formats of 900 mm × 900 mm, 800 mm × 1200 mm or 1200 mm × 1200 mm result.
Die Gesamtbreite des Profils beträgt vorzugsweise 80 mm bis 150 mm, beispielsweise 120 mm.In cross section, the profile preferably has an overall height of between 30 mm and 100 mm. For example, the total height may be 40 mm. The total width of the profile is preferably 80 mm to 150 mm, for example 120 mm.
Preferably, the device according to the invention comprises at least one panel and a plurality of profiles, which are arranged on the rear side with respect to the panel and form a frame. The frame serves as a support structure, which on the one hand causes a stiffening of the panel, on the other hand allows easy attachment of the panel to a wall or ceiling. For this purpose, the several profiles can be placed on one another over the corners and connected by angle plates.
