Definitions
- the invention relates to an open-end rotor spinning with a single motor driven spinning rotor, the rotor cup rotates in a under horrbeetzmacherbaren rotor housing, to which a drive for the spinning rotor and bearing arms for a Faserbandaufluite immunity exhibiting lid member are connected, and which has a part of a centering device, according to Front open in itself open rotor housing during the spinning process by the cover member ver, which in turn has a receptacle for a replaceable arranged channel plate adapter.
- Open-end rotor spinning devices have been significantly advanced over time, particularly as regards their production performance and the quality of yarns produced.
- the rotational speeds of the spinning rotors have in the meantime been increased to well above 100,000 rpm, which was only possible by significantly reducing the spinning elements, in particular the spinning rotor.
- the reduction of the spinning elements also meant that in the operating state between the spinning elements only relatively small gaps are given, which requires not only a very precise production of the spinning elements, but also an accurate positioning of these components.
- the open-end rotor spinning devices must furthermore have good pneumatic properties. That is, the open-end rotor spinning devices must be designed so that during spinning operation in the open-end rotor spinning always a sufficiently high spinning vacuum is present, while preventing that false air can enter the open-end rotor spinning devices.
- Some of the known patent applications relate, for example, the interchangeable positioning of a channel plate adapter in the cover element of an open-end rotor spinning device, wherein in particular a minimal false air-free arrangement of the channel plate adapter in a receptacle of the lid member value is placed.
- the DE 43 34 485 A1 describes, for example, an open-end rotor spinning device with a vacuum-pressurizable rotor housing, in which rotates the rotor cup of a spinning rotor at high speed during spinning operation.
- the rotor housing is closed during spinning by a pivotally mounted cover member having an annular groove for inserting a lip seal member and an open in the direction of the rotor housing, equipped with conical contact surfaces receptacle for a channel plate adapter.
- the open-end spinning device is closed, the cover element rests against the rotor housing with the lip sealing element and seals it from the front.
- the channel plate adapter is interchangeably determined by means of bolts which pass through corresponding through holes in the cover element.
- a cylindrical pin is provided, which is embedded in a bore of the cover member and corresponds with a corresponding fitting bore on the back of the channel plate adapter.
- a disadvantage of this known open-end spinning device is, inter alia, the somewhat cumbersome way of fastening the channel plate adapter. That is, in a lot change, in which, for example, all spinning rotors of an open-end rotor spinning machine and thus all channel plate adapter are replaced, always awkward at both of the numerous jobs of the textile machine, the two bolts must be unscrewed, which is relatively time consuming and has a very adverse effect on the efficiency of the textile machine.
- the in the DE 43 34 485 A1 described embodiment of an open-end rotor spinning device could therefore not prevail in practice.
- open-end rotor spinning ver ver has a pivotally mounted lid member for closing the rotor housing during the spinning operation, which in addition to the known lip seal member, as usual, has a receptacle for a channel plate adapter.
- this known open-end rotor spinning device of the channel plate adapter is locked in the receptacle by means of a bar spring so that the channel plate adapter can be quickly and easily removed if necessary by bending back the bar spring. That is, the rod spring fixed to the cover element grasps for locking the channel plate adapter in a Tangentialnut, which is incorporated in the conical contact surface of the bearing body of the channel plate adapter.
- the DE 196 17 527 A1 describes, for example, an open-end rotor spinning device, in which the channel plate adapter in the installed state is fixed both positively and positively in a receptacle of the cover element.
- a non-positive fastening means a magnetic coupling is provided in this case, while the positive connection via a centrally arranged threaded connection.
- the channel plate adapter is fixed purely magnetically in the associated receptacle of the cover element and, if necessary, that is, when it is to be replaced, are pressed out of the receptacle by means of a special mechanical punch.
- the rear projection penetrates a corresponding hole in the receptacle of the lid member and is acted upon by a fastener arranged on the cover element so that the conical bearing body of the channel plate adapter is uniformly drawn into the receptacle of the cover element, the bearing surfaces are formed correspondingly conical.
- the channel plate adapter has a forward facing circumferential sealing surface which rests with the open-end rotor spinning device to a corresponding sealing surface on the rotor housing.
- the channel plate adapter is further equipped with laterally arranged Befest Trentsah mechanismsn which correspond in the installed state of the channel plate adapter with an associated fastening means in the region of the receptacle of the lid member.
- Such a design not only has the advantage that the channel plate adapter can be fixed exactly in the receptacle of the cover element due to the uniformly introduced pressure force, but also allows easy replacement of the channel plate adapter.
- it is reliably ensured by the circumferential sealing surface of the channel plate adapter, that during the spinning operation, despite the negative pressure prevailing in the rotor housing, no false air can reach the region behind the channel plate adapter. That is, by the voltage applied to the rotor housing circumferential sealing surface the formation of harmful false air flows and thus the emergence of excessive contamination in the region of the cover element is reliably prevented.
- open-rotor spinning devices are known in which the rotor housing is designed as a central, supporting component. That is, in these open-end rotor spinning devices both a single-motor drive for the spinning rotor are screwed to the rotor housing, as well as bearing arms, on which a lid member having a Faserbandaufleria observed limited rotatably and removably mounted.
- the cover member also has a receptacle for a channel plate adapter.
- the bearing arms and the rotor housing are preferably made as aluminum castings, while the cover element is at least partially made of plastic.
- a special centering device is also provided between the rotor housing and cover element, which ensures when closing the rotor housing that the cover element in both the horizontal and in the vertical direction is positioned exactly.
- Corresponding centering devices which are arranged in the region of the rotor housing / cover element and which are intended to ensure an alignment of the cover element with respect to the rotor housing when closing an open-end rotor spinning device, are also provided by DE 10 2006 019 224 A1 and / or the DE 10 2007 039 868 A1 known.
- the present invention seeks to develop an open-end rotor spinning, which is inexpensive to produce and has a recordable in a recording of a cover element Kanalplattenadapter, which is designed and positioned so that on the Kanalplattenadapterlagerung no false air in the Rotor housing can get.
- a cover element Kanalplattenadapter which is designed and positioned so that on the Kanalplattenadapterlagerung no false air in the Rotor housing can get.
- the centering device is formed by a arranged on the channel plate adapter guide surface and a rotor housing on the guide means, wherein the guide plate arranged on the channel plate adapter in the closed state of the open-end rotor spinning device positively corresponds with the arranged on the rotor housing guide means.
- an open-end spinning device with a centering device designed according to the invention not only has the advantage that it always comes automatically when closing the open-end spinning device to an exact positioning of the spinning elements, but by the inventive design of the centering is also ensured that when the cover element is closed no false air can penetrate into the rotor housing. This means, even if the cover element and thus the guide surface of the channel plate adapter at the beginning of a closing operation With respect to the rotor housing and thus the arranged on the rotor housing guide means should not be positioned exactly, such a malposition is automatically corrected in the course of the closing operation by the positive connection of the centering device.
- the centering device ensures that during the spinning operation always both the absolutely necessary, very accurate spatial allocation of the spinning components is met the most accurate or realized when closing the open-end rotor spinning and that also the entry of false air into the rotor housing reliably prevented.
- the arranged on the rotor housing guide means may be formed either as a circular, cylindrical member whose clear width is matched to the diameter of the channel plate adapter arranged guide surface, or the guide device has at least two guide stops, between which arranged on the channel plate adapter guide surface when closing the open-end Rotor spinning device is pivoted.
- the channel plate adapter is always properly positioned in the closed state of the open-end rotor spinning device, that is, it is reliably ensured that the one at the channel plate adapter arranged Fadenabzugsdüse and integrated into the channel plate adapter Faserleitkanal are always optimally positioned during the spinning operation with respect to the spinning at high speed spinning rotor.
- the guide means arranged on the rotor housing has an annular groove for receiving a sealing element.
- the sealing element is circular and preferably consists of a highly elastic material, for example rubber.
- the annular groove also has an inner annular wall which serves as an axial stop for the channel plate adapter installed in the cover element. That is, when closing the lid member of the channel plate adapter is applied with its sealing surface not only to the sealing element, but also to the inner annular wall of the annular groove and thereby accurately positioned with respect to the spinning rotor in the axial direction.
- the hitherto customary, manually operated adjustment means which often led to different, and often too adverse, settings of the spinning means of the numerous workstations, can be dispensed with.
- the outer annular wall of the guide device has a radial recess in which an operating lever arranged on the cover element of a fixing ring for fixing the channel plate adapter can be positioned when the channel plate adapter is properly secured. That is, the open-end rotor spinning device can only be closed and thus converted to an operative working state, when the channel plate adapter is properly locked in the receptacle of the lid member, which can be seen by a proper positioning of the operating lever of the fixing ring.
- the fixing ring is in turn pivotally mounted and can be positioned by means of the operating lever defined in a channel plate adapter insertion position or in a channel plate adapter locking position.
- the channel plate adapter With the operating lever positioned in the channel plate adapter insertion position, the channel plate adapter can be easily installed or removed, but the open-end rotor spinning device can not be closed.
- An operating lever positioned in the channel plate adapter locking position indicates that the channel plate adapter is reliably fixed in the receptacle of the lid member and thus allows closing and thus transferring the open-end rotor spinning apparatus to the operative position.
- the channel plate adapter has a circumferential sealing surface which abuts when the open-end rotor spinning device is closed against a sealing element which is positioned in an annular groove of the guide device arranged on the rotor housing. That is, by the pressing of the circumferential sealing surface of the channel plate adapter to the arranged on the rotor housing sealing element is reliably prevented that during the spinning operation false air can enter the rotor housing of the open-end rotor spinning device.
- the channel plate adapter can be fixed by means of a so-called multi-point locking in a receptacle of the lid member.
- multi-point locking is a very safe during spinning operation and, if necessary, easily and quickly releasable locking device, with a channel plate adapter is safe, very accurate and easily replaceable positionable in a recording of the lid member.
- Such a multipoint locking is particularly advantageous if it is designed as a three-point locking. That is, the channel plate adapter is equipped with attachment lugs, which correspond in the installed state of the channel plate adapter with the fixing element arranged on the cover element and, if appropriate Setting the fixing ring ensure proper setting of the channel plate adapter in a recording of the lid member.
- the channel plate adapter on a tower-like intent which is positioned during the spinning operation partially within the rotor cup of the spinning rotor and which is equipped with a Fadenabzugsdüse and has the output region of a Faserleitkanales.
- the voltage applied to a sealing element of the rotor housing circumferential sealing surface of the channel plate adapter also ensures that the entry of false air is reliably avoided in the rotor housing.
- the channel plate adapter has a pneumatically favorable front surface, by means of which it is ensured that during the spinning operation neither unwanted false air flows nor the generation of harmful air turbulences within the rotor housing can occur.
- FIG. 1 is one side half of an open-end rotor spinning machine 1 shown.
- Such open-end rotor spinning machines 1 generally have, as is known, a multiplicity of identical workstations 2 arranged in a row next to each other, which are preferably arranged on the front and the back of these textile machines.
- Such jobs 2 are equipped, inter alia, each with an open-end rotor spinning device 3 and a winding device 4.
- a sliver 6 for example placed in a sliver can 5 and prepared by a sliver breaker 30, is spun to form a spun yarn 7 which is subsequently wound on the winding device 4 into a cross-wound bobbin 8.
- the winding device 4 is equipped for this purpose with a creel 9 for rotatably supporting an empty tube, or a cheese 8, a bobbin drive roller 11 for frictionally driving the cheese 8 and a Fadenchangier affection 18.
- the workstations furthermore each have a workstation's own suction nozzle 14 and a workstation's own piecing element 20. That is to say, the workstations 2 are largely self-sufficient and, if necessary, can automatically repair thread breakages.
- the open-end rotor spinning machine 1 also has a cross-bobbin transport device 12 for disposing of the packages 4 completed on the bobbins 4 and often also a service unit 16 which is movably mounted on or on the open-end rotor spinning machine 1 on a guide rail 13 and a support rail 15.
- Such service units 16 patrol along the work stations 2 of the open-end rotor spinning machine 1 and engage automatically when a need for action arises at one of the work stations 2. Such a need for action exists, for example, if at one of the workstations 2 a full cross-wound bobbin 8 must be exchanged for a new empty tube.
- the service unit 16 has numerous devices which enable a proper change of reel / empty tube change.
- the open-end rotor spinning devices 3 of the work stations 2 each have, as usual and in particular with reference to Figures 2 and 3 clearly visible, via a rotor housing 10, which is connected via a pneumatic line 29 to a (not shown) vacuum source and in which rotates during spin operation, the rotor cup 17 of a spinning rotor 19 at high speed.

Open-end rotor spinning devices have been significantly advanced over time, particularly as regards their production performance and the quality of yarns produced. In order to increase the production capacity, for example, the rotational speeds of the spinning rotors have in the meantime been increased to well above 100,000 rpm, which was only possible by significantly reducing the spinning elements, in particular the spinning rotor.
The reduction of the spinning elements, however, also meant that in the operating state between the spinning elements only relatively small gaps are given, which requires not only a very precise production of the spinning elements, but also an accurate positioning of these components.
In order to be able to produce high-quality yarns with such open-end rotor spinning devices, the open-end rotor spinning devices must furthermore have good pneumatic properties. That is, the open-end rotor spinning devices must be designed so that during spinning operation in the open-end rotor spinning always a sufficiently high spinning vacuum is present, while preventing that false air can enter the open-end rotor spinning devices.
In order to meet the conditions described above, various embodiments of open-end rotor spinning devices have been developed over the years some of which have been described in detail in the patent literature.
Some of the known patent applications relate, for example, the interchangeable positioning of a channel plate adapter in the cover element of an open-end rotor spinning device, wherein in particular a minimal false air-free arrangement of the channel plate adapter in a receptacle of the lid member value is placed.
In other patent applications is described as the lid member is guided when closing the open-end rotor spinning device to ensure the most accurate positioning of the spinning elements during the spinning operation.

The
The rotor housing is closed during spinning by a pivotally mounted cover member having an annular groove for inserting a lip seal member and an open in the direction of the rotor housing, equipped with conical contact surfaces receptacle for a channel plate adapter. When the open-end spinning device is closed, the cover element rests against the rotor housing with the lip sealing element and seals it from the front. In the recording of the cover element, the channel plate adapter is interchangeably determined by means of bolts which pass through corresponding through holes in the cover element. For angular alignment of the channel plate adapter within the receptacle also a cylindrical pin is provided, which is embedded in a bore of the cover member and corresponds with a corresponding fitting bore on the back of the channel plate adapter.

In the past, however, attempts have been made to replace this somewhat cumbersome and time-consuming fastening method of a channel plate adapter by the use of a spring-loaded locking means that fixes the channel plate adapter easily detachable in the receptacle.
In practice, however, has shown that such a method of attachment is only partially suitable to ensure a proper fit of the channel plate adapter during spinning operation, which is easily solvable if necessary.
The eccentric introduction of force of the locking means may for example lead to tilting of the conical bearing body of the channel plate adapter in the receptacle of the lid member, with the result that problems with incoming false air occur at the relevant open-end spinning device, which leads in particular to a strong contamination of the relevant cover element.
In order to reliably prevent such unwanted entry of false air into the open-end rotor spinning device, therefore, various open-end rotor spinning devices have been developed in which it should be ensured that when setting the channel plate adapter in a corresponding receptacle of a cover member not to tilt the channel plate adapter in his admission can come.

Although the two open-end rotor spinning devices described above are relatively expensive to manufacture and therefore expensive, the problem of the false air flowing into the rotor housing could not be satisfactorily resolved even with these devices.

The associated channel plate adapter has on its back on a central extension, which is equipped with outwardly projecting abutments for a fastener.
In the installed state of the channel plate adapter, the rear projection penetrates a corresponding hole in the receptacle of the lid member and is acted upon by a fastener arranged on the cover element so that the conical bearing body of the channel plate adapter is uniformly drawn into the receptacle of the cover element, the bearing surfaces are formed correspondingly conical.

In order to finally eliminate the problem of the intrusion of false air in the rotor housing occurring during use interchangeable plate, therefore, an open-end rotor spinning has been developed, which, as usual, on a unterdruckbeaufschlagbares, during the spinning operation by a lid member closable rotor housing, in the but arranged in a receptacle of the lid member channel plate adapter has a very special design.
Such a design not only has the advantage that the channel plate adapter can be fixed exactly in the receptacle of the cover element due to the uniformly introduced pressure force, but also allows easy replacement of the channel plate adapter. In addition, it is reliably ensured by the circumferential sealing surface of the channel plate adapter, that during the spinning operation, despite the negative pressure prevailing in the rotor housing, no false air can reach the region behind the channel plate adapter. That is, by the voltage applied to the rotor housing circumferential sealing surface the formation of harmful false air flows and thus the emergence of excessive contamination in the region of the cover element is reliably prevented.

In order to ensure proper alignment of the cover element with respect to the rotor housing when closing the open-end rotor spinning device, a special centering device is also provided between the rotor housing and cover element, which ensures when closing the rotor housing that the cover element in both the horizontal and in the vertical direction is positioned exactly.
The above-mentioned open-end rotor spinning devices with centering devices in the area of the rotor housing / cover element and the open-end rotor spinning devices with channel plate adapters, each having a peripheral sealing surface, are quite promising developments in the field of open-end rotor spinning devices. However, with respect to such open-end rotor spinning devices are still doubtful further, significant improvements possible.
Based on the aforementioned prior art, the present invention seeks to develop an open-end rotor spinning, which is inexpensive to produce and has a recordable in a recording of a cover element Kanalplattenadapter, which is designed and positioned so that on the Kanalplattenadapterlagerung no false air in the Rotor housing can get. In addition, it should be reliably ensured in the open-end rotor spinning device to be developed that the spinning elements are always correctly positioned during the spinning operation and thus very accurately.
This object is achieved in that the centering device is formed by a arranged on the channel plate adapter guide surface and a rotor housing on the guide means, wherein the guide plate arranged on the channel plate adapter in the closed state of the open-end rotor spinning device positively corresponds with the arranged on the rotor housing guide means.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
The development of an open-end spinning device with a centering device designed according to the invention not only has the advantage that it always comes automatically when closing the open-end spinning device to an exact positioning of the spinning elements, but by the inventive design of the centering is also ensured that when the cover element is closed no false air can penetrate into the rotor housing.
In this way, it is reliably ensured that, when the open-end spinning device is closed, the spinning rotor revolving in the rotor housing and the associated channel plate adapter arranged in the cover element are always correctly positioned. That is, by the centering device according to the invention ensures that during the spinning operation always both the absolutely necessary, very accurate spatial allocation of the spinning components is met the most accurate or realized when closing the open-end rotor spinning and that also the entry of false air into the rotor housing reliably prevented.
Even after an exchange of one of the spinning components, for example, arranged in a recording of the cover element channel plate adapter, the subsequent closing of the open-end spinning device is immediately ensured that the channel plate adapter is accurately positioned with respect to the spinning at high speed in the vacuum-pressurized rotor housing spinning rotor.
The arranged on the rotor housing guide means may be formed either as a circular, cylindrical member whose clear width is matched to the diameter of the channel plate adapter arranged guide surface, or the guide device has at least two guide stops, between which arranged on the channel plate adapter guide surface when closing the open-end Rotor spinning device is pivoted.
By the embodiments described above, in particular by the very advantageous embodiment with two guide stops in the region of the guide device can be ensured in a simple manner that the channel plate adapter is always properly positioned in the closed state of the open-end rotor spinning device, that is, it is reliably ensured that the one at the channel plate adapter arranged Fadenabzugsdüse and integrated into the channel plate adapter Faserleitkanal are always optimally positioned during the spinning operation with respect to the spinning at high speed spinning rotor.
Preferably, the guide means arranged on the rotor housing has an annular groove for receiving a sealing element. The sealing element is circular and preferably consists of a highly elastic material, for example rubber.
When closing the open-end rotor spinning device of the channel plate adapter is accurately positioned by the centering device according to the invention, pressed with its sealing surface on the arranged in the annular groove, elastic sealing element, whereby the entry of false air is reliably prevented in the rotor housing.
In an advantageous embodiment, the annular groove also has an inner annular wall which serves as an axial stop for the channel plate adapter installed in the cover element. That is, when closing the lid member of the channel plate adapter is applied with its sealing surface not only to the sealing element, but also to the inner annular wall of the annular groove and thereby accurately positioned with respect to the spinning rotor in the axial direction. The hitherto customary, manually operated adjustment means, which often led to different, and often too adverse, settings of the spinning means of the numerous workstations, can be dispensed with.
In an advantageous embodiment, it is further provided that the outer annular wall of the guide device has a radial recess in which an operating lever arranged on the cover element of a fixing ring for fixing the channel plate adapter can be positioned when the channel plate adapter is properly secured. That is, the open-end rotor spinning device can only be closed and thus converted to an operative working state, when the channel plate adapter is properly locked in the receptacle of the lid member, which can be seen by a proper positioning of the operating lever of the fixing ring.
The fixing ring is in turn pivotally mounted and can be positioned by means of the operating lever defined in a channel plate adapter insertion position or in a channel plate adapter locking position.
With the operating lever positioned in the channel plate adapter insertion position, the channel plate adapter can be easily installed or removed, but the open-end rotor spinning device can not be closed.
An operating lever positioned in the channel plate adapter locking position indicates that the channel plate adapter is reliably fixed in the receptacle of the lid member and thus allows closing and thus transferring the open-end rotor spinning apparatus to the operative position.
Furthermore, the channel plate adapter has a circumferential sealing surface which abuts when the open-end rotor spinning device is closed against a sealing element which is positioned in an annular groove of the guide device arranged on the rotor housing. That is, by the pressing of the circumferential sealing surface of the channel plate adapter to the arranged on the rotor housing sealing element is reliably prevented that during the spinning operation false air can enter the rotor housing of the open-end rotor spinning device.
In an advantageous embodiment of the channel plate adapter can be fixed by means of a so-called multi-point locking in a receptacle of the lid member.
Such multi-point locking is a very safe during spinning operation and, if necessary, easily and quickly releasable locking device, with a channel plate adapter is safe, very accurate and easily replaceable positionable in a recording of the lid member.
Such a multipoint locking is particularly advantageous if it is designed as a three-point locking. That is, the channel plate adapter is equipped with attachment lugs, which correspond in the installed state of the channel plate adapter with the fixing element arranged on the cover element and, if appropriate Setting the fixing ring ensure proper setting of the channel plate adapter in a recording of the lid member.
By using such a three-point locking not only ensures that the channel plate adapter when needed can be quickly and easily replaced and / or replaced, but also ensures that the bearing body of the channel plate adapter on its entire contact surface with a nearly uniform contact pressure on the bearing surfaces of Recording the cover element is applied.
In an advantageous embodiment, the channel plate adapter on a tower-like intent, which is positioned during the spinning operation partially within the rotor cup of the spinning rotor and which is equipped with a Fadenabzugsdüse and has the output region of a Faserleitkanales.
The voltage applied to a sealing element of the rotor housing circumferential sealing surface of the channel plate adapter also ensures that the entry of false air is reliably avoided in the rotor housing.
Overall, the channel plate adapter has a pneumatically favorable front surface, by means of which it is ensured that during the spinning operation neither unwanted false air flows nor the generation of harmful air turbulences within the rotor housing can occur.

In practice, the centering

The
A more advantageous embodiment of the

In order to ensure a precise alignment of the spinning components of the open-end

The

The fixing
