Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de contact rotatif (10) pour un commutateur (12) avec un boîtier de dispositif de contact (100) et un boîtier de contact (14), un palier (16) disposé dans le boîtier de dispositif de contact (100) pour le boîtier de contact, dans lequel le boîtier de contact est monté à rotation dans le palier autour d'un axe de rotation (18), un balai de contact (20) monté dans le boîtier de contact et tournant avec celui-ci, lequel balai présente à ses extrémités respectivement un logement (22, 24) pour un contre-contact fixe (26, 28), dans lequel les logements dépassent d'ouvertures correspondantes du boîtier de contact assez largement pour venir en prise avec les contre-contacts fixes lors d'une rotation du boîtier de contact et qu'un contact électrique puisse s'établir entre les contre-contacts fixes via le pont de contact et au moins une borne à ressort (30), qui est agencée entre le boîtier de contact et le pont de contact de sorte que le pont de contact soit monté à ressort dans le boîtier de contact plus ou moins perpendiculairement au plan de rotation du dispositif de contact,
    dans lequel :
    le boîtier de contact (14) se présente sous une forme cylindrique, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de contact (14) présente sur sa surface enveloppante au moins en partie une section d'engrenage (148) et le boîtier de dispositif de contact (100) présente une ouverture (102) par laquelle dépasse la section d'engrenage (148) de sorte que le boîtier de contact (14) puisse être déplacé via une roue dentée en prise dans la section d'engrenage (148) dans un mouvement de rotation pour ouvrir et fermer les contacts entre les contre-contacts fixes (26, 28) et les logements (22, 24).
  2. Dispositif de contact selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de dispositif de contact (100) présente deux demi-coques de boîtier (100a, 100b), le palier (16) est formé dans au moins l'une des deux demi-coques de boîtier (100b) et au moins l'une des deux demi-coques de boîtier (100a) présente sur un côté plus ou moins perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation (18) l'ouverture (102) pour la section d'engrenage (148) du boîtier de contact (14).
  3. Dispositif de contact selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de contact (14) présente deux coques de boîtier de forme presque identique (140, 142) qui présentent pour monter le boîtier de contact respectivement des cavaliers (144, 146) et un palier pour le pont de contact et la au moins une borne à ressort.
  4. Dispositif de contact selon la revendication 1, 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le pont de contact présente une partie centrale de forme plus ou moins rectangulaire sur les côtés courts de laquelle il est prévu respectivement un logement pour un contre-contact fixe (22, 24).
  5. Dispositif de contact selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les logements pour les contre-contact fixes sont respectivement formés par des parties de logement de contre-contacts en forme de griffes (22, 24) et sont respectivement orientés de sorte que leurs griffes opposées se trouvent dans différents plans qui sont parallèles au plan de rotation du dispositif de contact.
  6. Commutateur rotatif (12) équipé d'un dispositif de contact rotatif (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
