Ein Schalter mit einer rotierenden Kontaktvorrichtung ist beispielsweise aus der US-Patentveröffentlichung US2014/0091062A1 bekannt. Eine rotierende Kontaktvorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs von Anspruch 1 ist auf der US-Patentschrift US 5,945,650 bekannt. Weitere rotierende Kontaktvorrichtungen sind aus der US-Patentschrift US 3,632,935 , der internationalen Veröffentlichung WO 2014/170528A1 und der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift DE 10 2011 077 883 A1 bekannt. Eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung betrifft eine rotierende Kontaktvorrichtung für einen Schalter mit einem Kontaktvorrichtungsgehäuse und einem Kontaktgehäuse, einem im Kontaktvorrichtungsgehäuse vorgesehenen Lager für das Kontaktgehäuse, wobei das Kontaktgehäuse in dem Lager um eine Rotationsachse drehbar gelagert ist, einer im Kontaktgehäuse gelagerten und mit diesem rotierenden Kontaktbrücke, die an ihren Enden jeweils eine Aufnahme für einen feststehenden Gegenkontakt aufweist, wobei die Aufnahmen aus entsprechenden Öffnungen des Kontaktgehäuses soweit herausragen, dass sie mit den feststehenden Gegenkontakten bei einer Rotation des Kontaktgehäuses in Eingriff kommen und ein elektrischer Kontakt zwischen den feststehenden Gegenkontakten über die Kontaktbrücke entstehen kann, und mindestens einer Federklemme, die zwischen dem Kontaktgehäuse und der Kontaktbrücke derart angeordnet ist, dass die Kontaktbrücke im Kontaktgehäuse in etwa senkrecht zur Rotationsebene der Kontaktvorrichtung federnd gelagert ist. Um eine kompaktere Bauform dieser rotierenden Kontaktvorrichtung zu ermöglichen, ist erfindungsgemäß das Kontaktgehäuse etwa zylinderförmige ausgebildet und weist an seiner Mantelfläche zumindest teilweise einen Zahnradabschnitt auf, und das Kontaktvorrichtungsgehäuse weist eine Öffnung auf, durch die der Zahnradabschnitt ragt, so dass das Kontaktgehäuse über ein in den Zahnradabschnitt eingreifendes Zahnrad (eines nicht zur Kontaktvorrichtung gehörenden Mechanismus) in eine Drehbewegung zum Öffnen oder zum Schließen der Kontakte zwischen den feststehenden Gegenkontakten und den Aufnahmen versetzt werden kann. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Drehschalter 12 mit zwei Kontaktanschlüssen 120 und 122 zur Befestigung von Zuleitungen und einer rotierenden Kontaktvorrichtung 10 zum Schließen und Unterbrechen einer elektrischen Verbindung der beiden Kontaktanschlüsse 120 und 122. Die Kontaktvorrichtung 10 weist in ihrem Kontaktvorrichtungsgehäuse 100, das aus zwei Gehäuse-Halbschalen 100a und 100b zusammengesetzt ist, eine Öffnung 102 in der vorderen Gehäuse-Halbschale 100a zum Bewegen des Kontaktapparates der Vorrichtung 10 auf. Durch die Öffnung ragt ein Zahnradabschnitt 148, über den mit einem Zahnrad eines (nicht dargestellten) Mechanismus der Kontaktapparat in eine Drehbewegung versetzt werden kann, um die Kontakte des Kontaktapparates zu öffnen oder zu schließen. Die vordere Gehäuse-Halbschale 100a weist - wie in Fig. 1 erkennbar ist - zudem eine Öffnung auf, in der eine Welle des um eine Rotationsachse 18 drehbaren Kontaktapparates gelagert sein kann. The front housing half shell 100a has - as in Fig. 1 can be seen - in addition to an opening in which a shaft of the rotatable about a rotation axis 18 contact apparatus can be stored.

Fig. 2 zeigt den inneren Aufbau der Kontaktvorrichtung 10 des Drehschalters 12: iin der hinteren Gehäuse-Halbschale 100b des Kontaktvorrichtungsgehäuses 100 ist ein Lager 16 für ein Kontaktgehäuse 14 des drehbaren Kontaktapparates der Kontaktvorrichtung 10 vorgesehen. Das etwa zylinderförmig geformte Kontaktgehäuses 14 ist in dem Lager 16 des Gehäuses 100 um die Rotationsachse 18 drehbar gelagert. In der vorderen Gehäuse-Halbschale 100a kann zusätzlich ein Lager für das Kontaktgehäuse 14 vorgesehen sein. Insofern kann die vordere Gehäuse-Halbschale 100a zumindest teilweise identisch wie die hintere Gehäuse-Halbschale 100b ausgebildet sein. Fig. 3 zeigt den inneren Aufbau des Kontaktgehäuses 14, das - wie in Fig. 5 gezeigt - zwei insbesondere identische, aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Kunststoff hergestellte Gehäuseschalen 140 und 142 aufweist, die über Steckverbindungen 144 und 146 zum Gehäuse 14 zusammengesteckt werden können. Zwischen den beiden zusammengesteckten Schalen 140 und 142 ist ein Lager für eine elektrisch leitende Kontaktbrücke 20 vorgesehen, die zum elektrischen Verbinden der beiden Kontaktanschlüsse 120 und 122 dient. Mindestens eine Federklemme 30 ist zwischen der Kontaktbrücke 20 und einer der Gehäuseschalen 140 bzw. 142 angeordnet, wodurch die Kontaktbrücke 20 in etwa senkrecht zur Rotationsebene der Kontaktvorrichtung 10 und des Kontaktgehäuses 14 federnd gelagert ist. Die Federklemme dient vor allem dazu Toleranzen auszugleichen, wie beispielsweise Fertigungstoleranzen der rotierenden Kontaktvorrichtung 10 und Toleranzen durch plastische Verformung der rotierenden Kontaktvorrichtung 10, die im Betrieb auftreten können. The spring clamp is primarily used to compensate for tolerances, such as manufacturing tolerances of the rotating contact device 10 and tolerances by plastic deformation of the rotating contact device 10, which may occur during operation.

Die klauenförmig ausgebildeten Aufnahmeteile 22, 24 sind hierbei derart bemessen und geformt, dass es mit einem in sie eingeschobenen feststehenden Gegenkontakt 26, 28 zu einem elektrischen Kontakt kommt und die mit den feststehenden Gegenkontakten 26, 28 elektrische verbundenen Kontaktanschlüsse 120, 122 über die Kontaktbrücke 20 elektrisch verbunden sind. Claims (6)

  1. Rotating contact apparatus (10) for a switch (12) with a contact apparatus housing (100) and a contact housing (14), a support (16) provided in the contact apparatus housing (100) for the contact housing, wherein the contact housing is rotatably supported in the support around a rotational axis (18), a contact bridge (20) supported in the contact housing and rotating with same, which has at each of its ends a receiving part (22, 24) for a stationary counter contact (26, 28), wherein the receiving parts protrude out of corresponding openings in the contact housing so far that they engage with the stationary counter contacts when the contact housing is rotated and an electrical contact can occur between the stationary counter contacts via the contact bridge, and at least one spring clamp (30) which is disposed between the contact housing and the contact bridge such that the contact bridge is spring-mounted in the contact housing approximately perpendicularly to the rotation plane of the contact apparatus, wherein the contact housing (14) is formed approximately cylinder -shaped, characterised in that the contact housing (14) has at its jacket surface at least partially a gear portion (148), and the contact apparatus housing (100) has an opening (102) through which the gear portion (148) protrudes so that the contact housing (14) by means of a gear engaging into the gear portion (148) can be brought into a rotational movement for opening or for closing the contact between the stationary counter contacts (26, 28) and the receiving parts (22, 24).
  2. Contact apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the contact apparatus housing (100) has two housing half shells (100a, 100b), the support (16) is formed in at least one of the two housing half shells (100b) and at least one of the two housing half shells (100a) has at a side situated approximately perpendicularly to the rotational axis (18) the opening (102) for the gear section (148) of the contact housing (14).
  3. Contact apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the contact housing (14) has two virtually identically formed housing shells (140, 142), which for mounting the contact housing each have plug connections (144, 146) and a support for the contact bridge and the at least one spring clamp.
  4. Contact apparatus according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterised in that the contact bridge has an approximately rectangularly formed middle section, at the short sides of which is in each case provided a receiving part for a stationary counter contact (22, 24).
  5. Contact apparatus according to claim 4, characterised in that the receiving parts for the stationary counter contacts are each formed as claw-shaped counter contact receiving parts (22, 24) and are each positioned such that their opposing claws are situated on different planes which lie parallel to the rotational plane of the contact apparatus.
  6. Rotary switch (12) with a rotating contact apparatus (10) according to one of the preceding claims.
