Claims (14)

  1. Konstruktion zur Einschließung, Ablage und Aufbewahrung, umfassend mindestens einen Schrank (2), der in seinem Inneren mindestens ein Ablagefach (3) zum Aufnehmen von Produkten unterschiedlicher Natur ausbildet, welches zwischen einer Ruheanordnung auf einer zugewandten Oberfläche beim Öffnen, um Zugang zu seinem inneren Ablagefach (3) zu erlangen, und einer Trennungsanordnung von der Oberfläche gleitbar ist, wobei der mindestens eine Schrank (2) entlang seinen Wänden mindestens eine jeweilige Verkleidung (4) umfasst, die aus einem thermisch isolierenden und feuerfesten Material hergestellt ist, wobei das Ablagefach (3) mindestens einen Rahmen (5) für die geordnete Anordnung der Produkte umfasst, wobei der Rahmen (5) mit jeweiligen Bewegungsmitteln (7) versehen ist, um innerhalb des Schranks (2) deren Bewegung zu gestatten und die Einführung und Entnahme der Produkte, die in geordneter Weise angeordnet sind, zu erleichtern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungsmittel (7) mindestens eine Schiene (8) umfassen, innerhalb welcher ein Aufhänger (9) des Rahmens (5) gleitbar ist, und dadurch, dass die Rahmen (5) eine Vielzahl sind, die wechselseitig nebeneinander liegen, wobei jeder Rahmen (5) in Bezug auf die Schiene (8) drehbar und verschiebbar ist, um das Ausführen von Tätigkeiten des Ablegens, Überprüfens und der Entnahme der Produkte und dergleichen durch Benutzer zu gestatten.
  2. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur des Rahmens (5) retikulär, zellulär und dergleichen ist.
  3. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (5) Elemente (6) für die Einschließung und das Tragen der Produkte umfasst, welche vorzugsweise aus Regalen, Haken, Gurten, Behältern, Schalen, Schubladeneinheiten und dergleichen ausgewählt sind.
  4. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rahmen (5) entlang einer gleichen Richtung auf den Schienen (8) aus einer verdichteten Anordnung, in welcher die Rahmen (5) zueinander weisend und unmittelbar nebeneinander angeordnet sind, in eine erstreckte Anordnung, in welcher ein leerer Raum zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Rahmen (5) für das Ausführen von Tätigkeiten des Ablegens, Überprüfens und der Entnahme der Produkte und dergleichen durch Benutzer definiert ist, gleiten können.
  5. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Rahmen (5) teilweise aus dem Schrank (2) auf einer teleskopischen Führung (10) ausziehbar ist, um das Ausführen von Tätigkeiten des Ablegens, Überprüfens und der Entnahme der Produkte und dergleichen durch Benutzer zu gestatten.
  6. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanten des Schranks (2), welche das Ablagefach (3) eingrenzen, mindestens eine Dichtung (11) umfassen, die, wenn in der Ruheanordnung, einer Kompression zwischen der Kante des Schranks (2) und der jeweiligen Oberfläche, die daran angeschlossen ist, unterliegt.
  7. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Dichtung (11) aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das vorzugsweise aus einem anschwellenden Material, einem feuerbeständigen Material, einem feuerhemmenden Material und dergleichen ausgewählt ist.
  8. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanten des Schranks (2), welche das Ablagefach (3) eingrenzen, zwei seitlich benachbarte Dichtungen (11a und 11b) umfassen, eine erste Dichtung (11a), die aus einem anschwellenden Material hergestellt ist, und eine zweite Dichtung (11b), die aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das aus einem Silikonmaterial, einem elastomeren Material und Glaswolle ausgewählt ist, wobei die Materialien somit eine unterschiedliche Beständigkeit gegenüber Hitze aufweisen.
  9. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schrank (2) eine angekoppelte Leiste in teilweisem Vorsprung davon umfasst, welche in der verdichteten Anordnung der Konstruktion (1) ausgelegt ist, um im Inneren des Ablagefachs (3) des benachbarten Schranks (2) aufgenommen zu werden, wobei der benachbarte Schrank (2) mit mindestens einem Riegel versehen ist, der lösbar mit der Leiste (21) in Eingriff gelangen kann, um die Konstruktion (1) in der verdichteten Anordnung zu verriegeln.
  10. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schränke (2) eine Vielzahl sind, gemeinsam ausgerichtet sind und entlang einer gleichen Richtung auf jeweiligen Führungen (18) aus einer verdichteten Anordnung, in welcher die Schränke (2) aneinander anliegen, in eine erstreckte Anordnung, in welcher ein leerer Raum zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Schränken (2) definiert ist, gleiten können, und dadurch, dass ein Endschrank (2) mit mindestens einem Schaft (22) versehen ist, der sich von einer eingezogenen Anordnung, in welcher der Schaft (22) vollständig in den Schrank (2) eingeführt ist, zu einer ausgezogenen Anordnung, in welcher der Schaft (22) teilweise in einem jeweiligen Loch (23) aufgenommen ist, das im Boden der Montageumgebung der Konstruktion (1) definiert ist, bewegen kann, wobei der Schrank (2) mit einem Mechanismus (24) zum Verriegeln des Schafts (22) in der ausgezogenen Anordnung versehen ist.
  11. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine anti-seismische Vorrichtung (25) zum Verhindern des unbeabsichtigten Kippens der Schränke (2) der Konstruktion (1) ist.
  12. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die anti-seismische Vorrichtung (25) mindestens zwei Säulen (26) umfasst, die stabil an dem Boden verankert sind, unmittelbar neben den Endschränken (2) angeordnet sind, durch ein Querelement (27) überragt sind, das mit einer Schiene für jeweilige vertikale Gleitstangen (28) versehen ist, wobei das untere Ende (29) von jeder dieser Gleitstangen stabil an das Abdeckungselement (16) der Schränke (2) angekoppelt ist.
  13. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schrank (2) einen Belüftungskanal (30) umfasst, der intern mit einem anschwellenden Material ausgekleidet ist, wobei der Kanal (30) das innere Ablagefach (3) direkt mit der Außenumgebung verbindet.
  14. Konstruktion zur Einschließung nach einem der Ansprüche 10-12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endschrank (2) mindestens eine Tür (31) für den Zugang zu seinem inneren Ablagefach (3) umfasst, wobei die Tür (31) mit einem thermisch isolierenden Material und feuerfest ausgekleidet und mit mindestens einer Dichtung (11) versehen ist.
