Abstract
Description
- The invention relates to a snow sweeper.
- The engine snow sweeper is one of the most effective snow sweepers currently due to its strong power, high efficiency, and strong operability. However, the general engine snow sweeper has the following disadvantages: 1, it is complicated in structure, complicated in operation, heavy in whole machine, poor in man-machine efficiency, high in cost, and low in safety; and 2, the engine snow sweeper is large in noise, serious in environmental pollution, large in fuel consumption, and unfavourable in energy conservation and emission reduction.
- The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a hybrid driving snow sweeper, which is simple in structure, stable in performance, convenient in operation, low in noise, and little in environmental impact.
- To solve the above technical problem, the invention uses the following technical solution: a hybrid driving snow sweeper, comprising a snow sweeping impeller, wherein the snow sweeping impeller is mounted on an impeller shaft, and the impeller shaft is driven by a motor. The motor comprises a DC motor and an AC motor, the DC motor and the AC motor are connected with a control panel, the control panel is connected with wires of battery power supply and AC power supply, and the control panel controls the operation of the DC motor or the AC motor so as to drive the impeller shaft.
- Preferably, the battery power supply comprises several lithium battery packs which are mounted in a battery positioning frame.
- Preferably, the DC motor is a brushless motor which is connected with a brushless controller, and the output shaft of the brushless motor is linked with the impeller shaft directly via a coupling.
- Preferably, the impeller shaft is connected with a big belt pulley, and the output shaft of the AC motor is connected with the big belt pulley via a belt.
- Preferably, a clutch protecting mechanism is provided between the big belt pulley and the impeller shaft.
- Preferably, the DC motor and the AC motor are located at both axial sides of the impeller shaft.
- Preferably, when the power supplies of the DC motor and the AC motor are effectively switched on simultaneously, the switch is turned on, and the control panel controls the operation of the AC motor; when the DC motor works, after the power supply of the AC motor is effectively switched on, the control panel controls to switch to the operation of the AC motor; and when the DC motor works, if the battery power supply is low, and the power supply of the AC motor is effectively switched on simultaneously as well, the control panel controls to switch to the operation of the AC motor.
- The invention uses the motor as the driving source and the DC motor and the AC motor are set simultaneously. Therefore, the hybrid driving snow sweeper can use the battery power supply separately to be driven by the DC motor, and can be connected with AC to be driven by the AC motor as well. Therefore, the invention is simple in structure, stable in performance, clean in energy, reducing in environmental pollution, and low in noise so as to achieve the purpose of environmental protection.
- The invention will be further described in combination with the accompanying drawings and the detailed description:
-
Fig. 1 shows an overall structural diagram of the invention. - As shown in
Fig. 1 , a hybrid driving snow sweeper comprises a snow sweeping impeller 3. The snow sweeping impeller is mounted on animpeller shaft 31, and the impeller shaft is driven by a motor. The motor comprises a DC motor 1 and an AC motor 2. The DC motor and the AC motor are connected with a control panel 4. The control panel is connected with a switch 41. The control panel is connected with wires of battery power supply and AC power supply. The AC power supply is connected with aplug 21. The control panel controls the operation of the DC motor or the AC motor so as to drive the impeller shaft. The DC motor 1 and the AC motor 2 are located at both axial sides of theimpeller shaft 31. - The battery power supply comprises several lithium battery packs which are mounted in a
battery positioning frame 12. The DC motor is a brushless motor which is connected with abrushless controller 11, and the output shaft of the brushless motor is linked with theimpeller shaft 31 directly via a coupling. - The
impeller shaft 31 is connected with abig belt pulley 32, and the output shaft of the AC motor is connected with the big belt pulley via a belt. A clutch protecting mechanism, which protects a clutch and a clutch disc, is provided between the big belt pulley and the impeller shaft. - The first step is to pack a single battery pack or a plurality of battery packs into the battery positioning frame and turn on the switch, and at this point, the machine begins to work normally; the second step is to connect the machine with AC via an AC plug when the DC battery finishes discharging or the operator wants to connect the machine with AC, and the system automatically switches to preferably select AC power supply for operation.
- When the power supplies of the DC motor and the AC motor are effectively switched on simultaneously, the switch is turned on, and the control panel controls the operation of the AC motor; when the DC motor works, after the power supply of the AC motor is effectively switched on, the control panel controls to switch to the operation of the AC motor; and when the DC motor works, if the battery power supply is low, and the power supply of the AC motor is effectively switched on simultaneously as well, the control panel controls to switch to the operation of the AC motor.
- In the invention, the hybrid uses a double-motor mode so as to ensure through a conversion mechanism that in the process of using the DC motor, the AC motor does not work, or when the AC motor works, the DC motor does not work, and ensure a mutually switchable working mode between the hybrid AC and DC.
- The motor used by the hybrid can be a combination mode of brushless motors, a combination mode of magnetic steel motors, a combination mode of series-excited motors, a combination mode of induction motors as well as a combination mode of crossing among motors.
- In addition, when the AC motor works, the DC motor can automatically generate electricity and supply power so as to ensure the operation of other accessories.
