Claims (13)
- Pompe centrifuge comportant au moins un étage de pompe (14), pourvue d'une roue mobile (18) montée de manière solidaire en rotation sur un arbre de pompe (26) et d'une roue de turbine (32, 32', 32") disposée sur l'arbre de pompe (26) sans couplage de mouvement avec l'arbre de pompe (26) dans le débit de refoulement de la pompe centrifuge, et formant un capteur de mesure d'un dispositif de mesure de débit, caractérisée en ce qu'un aubage de la roue de turbine (32, 32', 32") est tel qu'un couple de rotation exercé par le débit de refoulement sur la roue de turbine (32, 32', 32") est orienté en sens opposé d'un couple de rotation exercé sur la roue mobile (18) par l'intermédiaire de l'arbre de pompe (26).
- Pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la roue de turbine (32, 32', 32") est disposée en aval d'un dernier étage de pompe (14).
- Pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la roue de turbine (32, 32', 32") est montée sur l'arbre de pompe (26) de façon à pouvoir tourner.
- Pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'est disposée au niveau de la roue de turbine (32, 32') au moins un moyen de signalisation qui se déplace par rapport à un récepteur de signaux d'un capteur de mesure (48, 48') du dispositif de mesure de débit.
- Pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que sont disposés sur un pourtour extérieur de la roue de turbine (32, 32') au moins trois moyens de signalisation qui présentent les uns par rapport au autres, dans le sens de rotation de la roue de turbine (32, 32'), une distance différente.
- Pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de signalisation, au moins au nombre de un, est un aimant permanent (42) et le récepteur de signaux du capteur de mesure (48) est un capteur de flux magnétique.
- Pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de signalisation, au moins au nombre de un, est un réflecteur de lumière qui se déplace à travers la trajectoire de faisceau d'une source lumineuse lors de la rotation de la roue de turbine, le capteur de mesure (48') comportant un capteur de lumière qui est disposé dans la trajectoire du faisceau de réflexion du réflecteur.
- Pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la roue de turbine (32") est disposée de manière solidaire en rotation dans la pompe centrifuge.
- Pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de mesure de débit comporte un capteur de mesure (48") sous la forme d'un capteur de force qui mesure un couple de rotation agissant sur la roue de turbine (32").
- Pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'est formé sur le pourtour extérieur de la roue de turbine (32") au moins un évidement (52) dans lequel s'engage un bras de moment se trouvant en contact avec le capteur de force.
- Pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce qu'une pluralité d'évidements (32) est formée sur le pourtour extérieur de la roue de turbine (32") pour recevoir le bras de moment.
- Pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7 ou 9 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le capteur de mesure (48', 48") est disposé à l'extérieur de l'espace intérieur du carter de pompe (2) de la pompe centrifuge.
- Pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce qu'est formée au niveau d'une paroi extérieure du carter de pompe (2) une ouverture, sur le côté extérieur de laquelle est disposé le capteur de mesure (48").
