Claims (14)

  1. Ensemble comprenant un premier isolateur rigide à socle côté rail de chemin de fer (1') et un dispositif d'ancrage d'attache de rail de chemin de fer (3), pour retenir une attache de fixation de rail de chemin de fer flexible (6), lequel dispositif d'ancrage (3) est configuré pour supporter le premier isolateur rigide à socle côté rail de chemin de fer (1'), dans lequel :
    le premier isolateur rigide à socle côté rail de chemin de fer (1') est configuré pour fournir, en utilisation, une face de support de charge électriquement isolante (10') entre une face latérale verticale (21A) d'un patin (21) d'un rail de chemin de fer (2) et les faces de support de charge verticales (301, 302, 303, 304) du dispositif d'ancrage d'attache de rail de chemin de fer (3) pour un positionnement adjacent au patin de rail (21), la face de support de charge électriquement isolante (10') étant réalisée par une face extérieure d'une paroi (100') de l'isolateur, et l'isolateur comprenant en outre un élément (110'), joint à une face intérieure (12') de la paroi (100') de l'isolateur, et qui a une surface supérieure (11') qui s'étend dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire par rapport à la face de support de charge (10') à une profondeur (D0) par rapport à la face intérieure de la paroi (100') qui est supérieure ou sensiblement égale à une profondeur (dw) de la paroi dans ladite direction ; et

  5. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la distance de décalage (D) est entre un quart et une moitié de la profondeur (D0) du dispositif d'ancrage (3).
  6. Ensemble selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la distance de décalage (D) est entre un quart et un tiers de la profondeur (D0) du dispositif d'ancrage (3).
  7. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif (3) est configuré pour retenir une attache de fixation de rail de chemin de fer flexible (6) d'un type qui est destiné à être entraîné latéralement sur un rail de chemin de fer (2).
  8. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre un ensemble de pièces comprenant une première pluralité de parties d'isolateur rigide à socle de premier côté (4) et une deuxième pluralité de parties d'isolateur rigide à socle de deuxième côté (5), dans lequel :
    l'une quelconque des parties d'isolateur rigide à socle de premier côté (4) peut être verrouillée avec l'une quelconque des parties d'isolateur rigide à socle de deuxième côté (5) de manière à former un deuxième isolateur rigide à socle côté rail de chemin de fer (1), pour réaliser un isolement électrique entre la face latérale (21A) du patin (21) du rail de chemin de fer (2) et les faces de support de charge (301, 302, 303, 304) du dispositif d'ancrage d'attache de rail de chemin de fer (3) adjacent au patin de rail (21), au lieu du premier isolateur rigide à socle côté rail de chemin de fer (1') ;

    les parties d'isolateur rigide à socle de deuxième côté (5) de la deuxième pluralité ont chacune une face extérieure côté support de charge (50) et diffèrent les unes des autres quant à leur épaisseur (t0, t1, t2), telle que mesurée au niveau de la face extérieure côté support de charge (50) de la partie d'isolateur rigide à socle de deuxième côté (5).
  9. Ensemble selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le nombre de parties d'isolateur rigide à socle de premier côté (4) dans la première pluralité diffère du nombre de parties d'isolateur rigide à socle de deuxième côté (5) dans la deuxième pluralité.
  10. Ensemble selon la revendication 9, dans lequel il y a onze parties d'isolateur rigide à socle de premier côté (4) dans la première pluralité et trois parties d'isolateur rigide à socle de deuxième côté (5) dans la deuxième pluralité.
  11. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, dans lequel la partie d'isolateur rigide à socle de premier côté (4) est formée de manière à fournir : une face supérieure intérieure côté support de charge (41) et une face inférieure intérieure côté support de charge (42) pour un positionnement contre les faces de support de charge verticales (302, 304) respectives du dispositif d'ancrage d'attache de rail de chemin de fer (3) ; une face inférieure (43) pour un positionnement sur la partie de plaque (31) du dispositif d'ancrage (3) ; la face extérieure côté support de charge (40) pour un positionnement adjacent à la face latérale verticale (21A) du patin de rail (21) ; et une partie de surface supérieure formée (44) pour une mise en prise par accouplement avec la partie d'isolateur rigide à socle de deuxième côté (5).
  12. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, dans lequel la partie d'isolateur rigide à socle de deuxième côté (5) est formée de manière à fournir : la face extérieure côté support de charge (50) pour un positionnement adjacent à la face latérale verticale (21A) du patin de rail (21) ; et une face inférieure (51) formée pour une mise en prise par accouplement avec la partie d'isolateur rigide à socle de premier côté (4).
  13. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, dans lequel l'une (5) des parties d'isolateur rigide à socle de premier et deuxième côtés (4, 5) est pourvue d'une ou de plusieurs protubérances (521, 522, 523) et l'autre (4) des parties d'isolateur rigide à socle de premier et deuxième côtés (4, 5) est pourvue d'une ou plusieurs ouvertures (441, 442, 443) correspondantes pour une mise en prise avec les protubérances (521, 522, 523) respectives.
  14. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 13, dans lequel la partie d'isolateur rigide à socle de deuxième côté (5) a une surface supérieure (52) et est formée de sorte que la surface supérieure (52) soit inclinée vers le haut ou vers le bas à partir de la face extérieure côté support de charge (50) de la partie d'isolateur rigide à socle de deuxième côté (5).
